The Thomas Henry Tonic Water with a hint of orange gives this non-alcoholic drink a sophisticated flavour with a refreshing lightness, making it a worthy alternative to the classic Aperol Spritz.
The harmonious fusion in Dry Americano of "UNDONE No. 7 - This is not Orange Bitter" and "UNDONE No. 9 - This is not Vermouth" is a real insider tip. Served on ice with Thomas Henry Dry Tonic and a hint of orange, this drink is a refreshing reinterpretation without any alcohol.
It's not just the tiki mug in which the Paloma UNDONE is served that is exotic. The taste of the "UNDONE No. 4 - This is not Mezcal" in combination with fresh lime juice, agave syrup and Thome Henry Pink Grapefruit is also reminiscent of a tropical summer holiday. The icing on the cake is a grapefruit zest and a pinch of sea salt.
