Your responsibilities
Your focus is on the well-being of guests and employees. You contribute to the coordination of the Housekeeping department. The following activities are also part of your duties:
- Collaborate with internal and external cleaning staff
- Uphold and implement our Motel One housekeeping standards and clean common areas
- Perform room checks
- Gain interdepartmental insights into new areas of work by working in our multicultural teams
Your profile
It doesn't matter whether you are already a hotel professional or are making a career change – you are definitely in the right place here! Because personality and customer-oriented skills are at the top of our priority list. You must also:
- Preferably have gained work experience in the hotel sector/catering/cleaning industry or want to make a career change
- Paying attention to detail, so that everything remains clean and tidy
- Have an excellent sense of quality and service
- Be a team player and be willing to assist outside your own department - because together we achieve our results
