Beautiful entrance but unfortunately the room was a big let down, filthy carpets, filthy walls, pillows was awful and paper cups to have a cup of tea in. We will not be coming back fir a second stay.
Location was perfect, staff (both reception and breafastroom) were very freíendly and helpful. Room was really small though

Perfect location for Copenhagen city Centre, The staff were extraordinaily lovely and helpful, very impressed, they really went above and beyond to support and always smiling! Breakfast was very nice, e.g. lovely fresh breads and a very good variety of lovely food. Seemed all very fresh and with focus on organic. The room was clean and very nice, but rather small. Supercomfy bed! Disliked · No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Television only uses chromecast, no TV channels. Couldn't watch German or English TV. Chromecast suits some, we like just some easy switch-on news when in a hotel.

Perfect convenient location. Bar was great! Lobby was cozy, the fact that the Christmas market was right outside your door, 100%.
I stayed in room 726. The shower made a high pitched squeaking noise when switching on The door to 726 also jammed several times after scanning card which was annoying Staff were very helpful and lovely as always . Breakfast was good.
Comfortable, quiet room, very convenient location with transportation stop right outside hotel.
It’s mixed, because the hotel and staff were nice, but the booking was a mess. I am a wheelchair user and requested a wheelchair accessible room, with a sofa bed. This was talked about at length with a staff member, but when we got there the only remaining accessible room did not have a sofa bed. It was very difficult to convey this fact, and it had been discussed with your staff member. We then also had to book another room. Based on this I would not recommend your hotel to a friend. And I will be posting about this on social media. I’d love to hear back. They gave us the extra room at half price, and it was a nice gesture, but still, your hotel dropped the ball on this one. Would love to hear back.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just right, and the staff was outstanding
We stayed at this excellent located hotel in the heart of Manchester and close to rail and tram links. Whilst the rooms are compact they have all facilities and amenities needed and the beds are extremely comfy. Decor in the reception area and the bar is clean and modern.
Great position, reasonable price, small rooms, good Wi-Fi and pleasant reception staff, nice bar area. Would definitely stay here again, a closer car park will be a plus.
Overall a very nice hotel and experience. The only thing I was shocked was the price for my Gin Tonic. 20€ is (even for a good Gin) quite a lot and I wasn't aware about this price when ordering - yes, it was my mistake, but it would have been nice to get a head up on that price before. So, just a minor remark.
The best location for Edinburgh. Warm welcome, great rooms and a lovely relaxed bar area with good views.
Very nice place to stay.only one problem.i was booked in to stay one night.Thurs 12/12/24. But decided to stay the Friday night also 13//12/24 for an extra 181 euro.but then decided to stay the sat night also.and told your reception crew about my interest and could they give me a good rate for the 3rd night??but they couldn't?? So I paid 261 euro again that night.so in total I paid for 3 nights was 121 Thurs, 181 Fri ,and sat 261.total 563 euro for 3 nights?? Which I found way out of the standard.so if you could give me a discount for any future stays?? It would ne greatly appreciated.? Thanks. David
- unkind personal at check inn and check out (same person). Couldnt handle feedback (it was all our problem) - bad signing from car park to lounge/check in - only a light and outlet on one side of the bed - strange place for the bathroom light switch (especially at night)
I was really surprised how nice and modern the hotel ist.
Excellent service, very clean and all facilities available. I did not find the breakfast very good last year, meat is processed and cheese, not a fan, so didn't have breakfast there this time especially at £13.50 per person.

Staff very helpful but had two issues which seriously impacted my stay. I booked the room because I had my work Christmas party in Glasgow but after an hour I felt unwell and decided to go back to the room and just watch TV. Had two things in mind to watch at 9pm on Channel 4 or ITV which I couldn’t decide between, but I needn’t have worried as the TV had neither channels. Channel 3 just didn’t exist and channel 4 was a blank screen. Apparently it’s an ongoing issue which hasn’t been fixed. Secondly, the next morning while having a shower I tried to use the shower gel but the pump dispenser wasn’t working and nothing came out, so as I was wet and had nothing else to use, I had to have a shower with the hand wash! I’ve stayed in Motel Ones across the U.K., this experience does not make me want to return. Two basic things you got wrong. Strictly limited TV choices and inability to shower.

I had no problems during my stay and regarding the conditions of the hotel, but thanks to a confusion and lack of communication on behalf your receptionists, my stay was charged to me twice and your customer service and the time you take to resolve the situation is terrible. 8 days later I still haven't got my money back and I don't know when I will receive it. This is unacceptable.

Can't really fault it. Very minor gripe, only one bottle of water for a member even though two of us staying.
I missed some warm/cooked food for the breakfast. Rest was OK.

All was fantastic in general. The breakfast was superb. Also the quality and attention at the lounge-bar by barman Federico was outstanding, as well as the variety of drinks and cocktails available. Just two not very good comments:I couldn't find a way to get the room warmer. I spent so many time trying to find a thermostat or something similar on the wall. Finally, at the check out, the receptionist told me about the radiators (that I didn't see, my fault). It would have been nice to have some info available at the room (a leaflet or similar) saying how to control temperature. Also, it was impossible to watch regular TV (public channels such as BBC, etc.). It seemed to me that the only choices available at the start menu were: casting an external device (such as tablet or computer), Youtube, weather forecast and something else, but nothing just as "TV". Nevertheless, the experience was possitive.
Easy check in and we were able to get to our room a couple of hours early which was great. Clean and tidy room, lovely bed.
Travelling by myself I was so pleased to find this hotel. A warm welcome and a cosy place to return to after many hours walking the streets of Madrid.

Great location - very friendly staff. Nice lounge / bar area. Room is compact but modern, clean and stylish.
It's a great spot in the center of Newcastle. Basic supplies are provided in a compact space. Check-in and check-out were speedy and extremely friendly.
Hotel is good and reliable for a cheaper option. Bed was comfortable, room has plenty of space etc. My concerns as usual are: wifi all goes through a German VPN and is all in German - this is very frustrating! I can't do work for a UK based company through a German VPN, Netflix is different, etc. which seems like a very strange approach and is annoying. The second pain point is lack of phone signal, which means hotspotting (to avoid the German VPN) is also a challenge... but would be resolved if no VPN.
Great location in the Centre of Dublin. Breakfast was busy and a bit chaotic. I think the breakfast space could be widened to accommodate the crowds at peak times.

I would love to see a 'self check-in' terminal. Now I'm asked to enter all my details during the booking, during the online check-in and still I had to wait (due to a long que) and the employee needs 5 minutes to do some checks. I visit your hotel 6x a year and I would love to check-in faster / by myself.
Every time, when I'm at Motel One, it's nice and well organized, rooms are clean and modern. Only one thing. There is nothing warm for breakfast (e.g. scrambled eggs or sausages).
Gorgeous stay, staff were really friendly and welcoming! Wifi was best I've experienced in a hotel!
Great as always. Two things I've noticed this time: 1. The fan in the bathroom was always running, not sure if it's ok 2. The bed was quite stiff and the pillows very thick, which I could't use.

Room clean and practical as always. Staff friendly, and a special shout out to the chap behind the bar late on Thursday evening (12/10) who did a sterling job.
The staff was very helpful and attentive. In the room there are some things that I felt were missing such as sleepers. Also, there is no phone in the room, so for any questions, you must go down to the reception. Also, I think it is time to replace the mattresses as they were too soft and had a socket
