Perfect central location to explore Manchester. The only downside side was our room windows faced onto a 9 to 5 office so we had to close the curtains during the day.

Amazing reception staff make this hotel. So friendly and chatty. Room was clean but needs a little updating- plug sockets don't have USB ports for example. Great location and quiet rooms.

Great location. Even though room is small is well organized to fit your needs. The friendly and helpful attention by Ginebra, Elletra and Fatima was simply outstanding.
The hotel was great. The only issue I had was that there was a horrible smell from the grains in the bathroom. I was in room 633.
The only comment I can make is about the unsecured WiFi connection. As a cybersecurity professional, I would recommend this to be reviewed.
Clean quiet room, friendly check-in staff, great location but the cherry on top was the fabulous bar manager Kerstin who made our stay with her cheery disposition and quality drinks. The only negative were the overcooked grey yolk eggs and small choice for 17.90. All in all, great stay, will return again.

Fantastic place to stay, myself and friend were here for 3 nights before a concert. Check in was smooth and quick, room was great size, comfiest mattress and pillows I've ever slept on, enough space to hang clothes plenty sockets to charge phone etc. The bar area was such a lovely place to sit and chill, breakfast was faultless and perfect location for everything

Location near main station excellent. Friendly and efficient reception on arrival. Room small, but clean, quiet and perfect for a short stay. Staff helpful and friendly.

A beautiful place to stay in beautiful city. Very well located . 10 min walk to arc de triomf. 20 minutes to get to city center on foot. And bang in front of a pretty park . The rooms are modern and minimal . Not much space for clothes ( at least in my room.) But very bright and with a large walk in shower. The staff are so helpful and polite and really go out of their way to make your stay a lovely experience. It was my second visit to Barcelona and definitely not my last ..next time I m definitely staying here again Oh and the breakfast is amazing!

Good morning, Everything in room and lobby was good. The only point to improvement is breakfast. In my opinion breakfast is the most important meal, and should not a big investment to have a something warm like scrumbled eggs, hot susage or bacon. Boiled eggs is better than nothing but should be thare even mayo not only a salt.

I always stay at Motel One Glasgow for several reasons: 1) central locations, 2) quiet rooms, 3) reasonable price, 4) delightful staff 5) quick access to both train stations. I have only 1 recommendation: replace the paper cups for hot beverages with ceramic cups : the paper cups leak 75% of the time. It’s messy and potentially dangerous.

I love staying at Motel One. It is clean, stylish and great value for money. The sheets and towels are a particular plus. They always feel such good quality. The only thing I would improve is either the provision of steaming services or some ability to screencast as I couldn’t find this (I might have missed it).
It’s a mess that windows are not possible to open.

Room very quiet, very modern and efficient. Insonorization perfect!! A bit queer to arrive at my room with my luggage, due to the lack of elevators for the first floor..no steps should be made when one carries luggage...and then steps again to go to the breakfast room...a lift is needed for people who can't walk or who has to go downstairs with their luggage. Breakfast should be a little improved, with poached eggs, bacon . Fruit salad was not so fresh and tasty
I extended my stay, staying close to a month at your hotel and costing me multiple thousands of euros. For my last extension, I called the front desk and confirmed I would stay longer and pay in the late afternoon. Motel One’s, Max tried to force his way into my room and refused to acknowledge I had an agreement with the front desk to stay longer. He denied that I had extended my reservation, he demanded proof with the door forced open by him while I was sleeping and then claimed he found no reference to my reservation made a week earlier. I had a reservation well documented with a reservation number and timeframe. When I proved it to him by showing him my phone, he argued with me and said he could not find it. He never looked. He just wanted to harass me.
Really good value and fantastic location. Being able to book at the reception desk would have been nice but it was easy enough to book on phone from the bar area.
Brilliant in every respect. Immensely professional , friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms and a superb breakfast. What more could anyone want ?

A lovely hotel and I stay here for most of my Glasgow visits. Friendly staff, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The rooms are ok! But I don't like rooms where I can not open the windows. The breakfast was very good, but I missed a sourdough bread. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.
The team at Tower Hill are superb. Always friendly and accommodating. Great vibe.

Friendly staff and great value for the price. The room walls were very scuffed, showing age, but everything else was clean and well appointed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Over all was a good stay. For the price of £420 for two nights I would have expected breakfast, some hotels around Glasgow are priced at the same price or lower along with breakfast. The room was cleaned to a good standard, the room was a bit small but comfortable, although again I would expect a little better as far as room size goes for the price I paid. Over all a good hotel with a friendly atmosphere and I would consider returning.
Comfortable room in relaxing hotel with central location. Staff friendly and helpful and continental style breakfast good apart from on the Saturday morning of our stay when the breakfast bar seemed relatively unattended and not restocked, so run out of eggs and some types of bread. Also, and not any fault of the hotel, for four hours on the Thursday and Friday afternoon there was a busker playing on the pavement just outside our window. Inspire of double glazing his awful repertoire of only 3 tunes was unbearable!
Dear Sirs, There are some recommendations coming from me. 1. It would be great to have some hot stuff for breakfast, like sausages and scrambled eggs. 2. In the evening I had to wait for a waiter for like 20 minutes, so I had to change my place to be seen by the waiter.
All staff very friendly and extremely efficient.
Everything was ideal - clean, secure, comfortable. I didn't notice the tea and coffee and kettle hidden away but no matter - good that it is provided, and a hairdryer too.
Low score because of the heating in the room. I believe you use a AI driven system based on the outside temperature. This is not explained on arrival, there is no way to individually adjusting the room temperature so everyone on the same floor has the same room temp regardless if that is their preference. I like a cooler room but I was unable to bring the room temperature down and had two uncomfortable nights (in Glasgow and Edinburgh). I was advised by reception on departure that if I wish to cool the room by opening the window I need to have turned off the room system, otherwise the AI keeps the room the same temperature. Also if I prefer a cooler room I should ask for (with hindsight!) a room on the lower floors as heat rises! The 11th floor in Glasgow was very warm indeed!. I suggest you inform guests at booking or at least when they check in as to how room temperature works in Motel One then they make an informed choice. As a frequent business traveller this experience has put me off booking Motel one in the future.
Hotel is clean and staff very friendly. Bar Area is nice. The fire alarm going off at 1:30am brings my score down though, no explanation or apology upon check out.

Perfect location, room was great and staff were friendly. We did notice a smell when we first came into the room or if we had the window closed, but it was great besides that.
