Nice hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast was not worth the money, nothing warm like scrambled egg, bacon or sausages and the fruit salad was direct from the can.
A good place to stay if visiting the Messe, good breakfast and friendly staff. The media streaming feature from PC/mobile to the TV did not work.

Overall the hotel has been very clean and neat. The bed has been made very comfortable with two pillows and a warm bed blanket. The towels in the bathroom were white and without any stains and in satisfing amount - for the floor, face and body towel had been present. The TV had only german chanels available maybe put some english speaking to the menu would be great too, especially if you have an international guest attire. What I appreciate a lot is the quietness of the hotel. The floor has been covered in carpet therefore all the steps and unanwanted noises has been silenced by the fibers of the carpet. Also the room has been quiet and one has not been disturbed by the traffic in the hallway and other rooms. The most pleasant moment has been in the morning at the breakefast. The pastry has been warm, the jogurt has been cold but still maintained the room tepmperature, the salami has been delicious also the variety of cheeses could satisfy my appetite. The OJ has tasted fresh, not too sweet not too yellow. And the freshly baked peacan pie was just a sweet finish of a very pleasant stay at motel one. The staff at the reception seemed to be a bit confused at the check in but stayed calm during the whole process. The staff in the breakfast area has been very efficient and pleasant to talk to. Thank you.
First stay ~ The people at the alcohol-bar need to be nicer to the customer. On the evening of around 30 Dec 2024, the male bartender was rude and the server woman was unprofessional for a rate of 4. On 26 Dec 2024 they were nice for a rate of 10. Both stays ~ However, a rate of 10 to Claudia from Colombia & Guadalupe from Venezuela that both worked at the breakfast, and both were fantastic & caring, especially the lady Claudiathat was so attentive!!! Also a rate 10 to Alexandra (maybe from Poland) that cleaned my room she was kind, friendly & helpful. Please express my gratitude, from Lauri to Claudia, Guadalupe, and Alexandra!!! 🥰 Thank you!

Breakfast was always excellent and a great start to our days. Hotel room is basic but adequate, clean, and in good repair.
The room was as we expected. The room was very hot though and the fans did not work and made weird sounds. When pointing this out to the staff they were not willing to do anything about it. The bathroom also did not have a fan so it stayed moist very long. The breakfast was very standard, more than we are used to from other Motel one Locations and definitely not worth the price. However, the location is very good right next to the metro.
This is our second stay at a Motel One, the previous being in Glasgow. It is the perfect hotel for us. Clean, efficient and welcoming and the bar area is superb........well designed, relaxing and comfortable. We will always stay at a Motel One there is one available. Fantastic!

This is the best hotel in Vienna. Everything is as it should be: clean, spacious and quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and great location (close to U bahn).
Everything was perfect - from the staff at the reception to the staff at the bar and breakfast!
Nice motel, with cute, modern interior. Staff is friendly, common area is very nice, breakfast buffet is good, location is okay. Rooms are very small, AC does not work in winter time so we had to open the window at night because it was too hot in the room. Overall it was a good stay.
Very good location , friendly stuff, nice lobby for a drink. It would be better to have a kettle in the room.
The hotel was very nice, the staff was polite and the breakfast was very good. The only disadvantage is the size of the room, which is small. We enjoyed our stay Thank you
Motel One- at Prater was excellent , right from check in to cleanliness everything was amazing! But most importantly the staff at Motel One is excellent, they are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made my stay so much comfortable with their friendly advice and things to do in the city, I highly recommend staying at Motel One on your next visit to Vienna.

I was really surprised how nice and modern the hotel ist.
I missed some warm/cooked food for the breakfast. Rest was OK.
Everything was perfect. Nothing to say.
The hotel is very modern with a cosy and beautiful welcoming area! The location is excellent right next to the train station. The staff is polite and helpful and the rooms are very clean
I usually stay at Motel One Wien Hauptbahnhof which I love. I love the Prater version too. And it’s only a 5 minute walk to my grandson!

Great hotel, friendly, helpful staff.
In general we had a quite good stay, however the housekeeping was very poor. It would have been nice to have some more few food options at the bar and some hot breakfast choices. We understand the concept of your brand, but for the money asking a bit of enrichment on some products is essential we believe. Also we had an unpleasant treatment they day we checked out from the lady at the front desk.
Motel One Prater Vienn has a very friendly staff especially Mile who was so friendly to us every morning for a breakfast.
Overall the second best hotel of the world. Seriously. Number one is 25t Hours hotel, but it is not the same price range. Room 458 I had to dig deep into to find something that was not great. So here they are: The television was not in front of the bed. The design was good on the bed aide wall, but the feont of the bes was just a boring white wall.
Our 3rd stay in a Motel One - this time in Vienna and again excellent. Had a room with a view of the Prater with a balcony. Good size. Continental breakfast good and filling for a day of walking. Will be staying in Motel One again.
It is cosy, clean, nice and quiet only 4 stops from the centre, close to the underground. Lovely!
Excellent service for our dogs: pillow and mat was very welcoming! The Prater Park with dedicated section for dogs within walking distance made our dogs happy!
Everything was just perfect!
I had a most wonderful stay at Hotel One Wien-Prater. The hotel lobby is "quirky" and very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location right beside the Prater and a train station. The room itself is an ideal size and very clean. Although the room doesn't have a kettle or mini bar (a problem for someone like me who loves a cup of tea in the early morning and late evening), the staff in the lounge bar gave me hot water and milk whenever I needed, so that I could make my own cups of tea to take back to my room - greatly appreciated! It is, however, the amazing staff at the hotel which make it memorable. A special mention of Sara in the lounge bar - no matter how busy it was, Sara was always welcoming, smiling and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this unique hotel and will definitely stay there again if I am back in Vienna.

Hotel czysty, sprawna obsługa. Szkoda, że w pokoju nie ma lodówki.
Hotel oceniam bardzo dobrze. Można by było lepiej zorganizować przestrzeń podczas śniadań - za każdym razem mam problem aby znaleźć na przykład sztućce czy masło lub soki . Ustawienie naczyń , jedzenia i napojów jest nieoczywiste .
Jeżeli jest duże obłożenie hotelu jest problem z miejscem, aby zjeść śniadanie, są kolejki, tłok i brak miejsca.

Bardzo ładny i schludny hotel
Niestety, pomimo próśb, w recepcji nie udało się zapewnić żelazka do odprasowania koszuli i garnituru po podróży. Śniadanie, niestety, wydawane jest w ciasnej strefie barowej z nienaturalnie niskimi stolikami. Ponadto, jest ich za mało w stosunku do ilości gości.
Czysto, schludnie bardzo profesjonalnie. Doskonała obsługa, bardzo serdeczna i pomocna.
Świetne miejsce, by ruszyć na Prater i go dokładnie zwiedzić. Warto celować w pokoje z widokiem na park rozrywki, bo w nocy jest bardzo kolorowo. Na plus smaczne śniadanie oraz możliwość zaparkowania auta pod hotelem, za dodatkowe 17 euro za dobę. Może nie jest to najtańsza opcja, ale na pewno bardzo wygodna.
