I loved your hotel, from the design and the cleanliness, to the amazing kindness and professionalism of your staff. They are all to be congratulated, they provide great customer service and are helpful, friendly and very efficient. Everyone makes you feel that you’re a special client and that is very rare nowadays. I’m looking forward to booking more often at your hotels.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was satisfactory, but it got off to a rough start. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned by a quite unpolite man (dont remember the name). The bed and sheets were dirty, there were food remnants on the table and floor, and the bathroom was particularly unclean and wet. Used, wet, and dirty towels were left on the floor of the room, making the initial impression quite unpleasant. A different member of the staff (Jenni) quickly resolved the issue by assigning me a new, clean room. She also offered me two complimentary cocktails at the bar as compensation. While the situation was handled well, I hope the hotel improves its cleaning protocols to avoid similar incidents for future guests.
Great hotel stay again with you. Clean and accessible hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Reception was mostly good. The person checking us in was a little rude and did make an unhelpful comment but this was a minor issue.

I was a solo traveler and had a pleasant stay of 6 days at the end of November. Staff were all friendly and helpful to my needs. Room was clean and quiet. Hotel decor is top notch. Really couldn’t ask for more! Thanks for the accommodation.
Reception, overall very friendly and efficient with one exception: on Saturday we asked what time at the latest we had to be out for the room to be done and they said they did not know. They did not volunteer to find out either. Room: small but clean, comfortable, bright an pleasantly decorated. Good that a safe has been added. Breakfast: Good choice of organic products. Highly missing: olive oil, bread toaster and orange squeezer. We keep asking for them every time we stay at a Motel1.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed, at an incredible price. My room was perfectly cleaned and well-maintained, the public spaces (bar and relax areas), and breakfast were all excellent
As usual, I had a wonderful stay at Motel One Munich Deutsches Museum. I’ve been a regular here for every three weeks, and it somehow feels like a second home. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the facility is spotlessly clean, and the location is convenient for exploring the city on foot. Of course, I always enjoy a delightful chat with Vesna Kipreos at breakfast. I’m already eagerly looking forward to my next stay.

All basic needs were met perfectly well. Generous lobby, descs, tables and bar. Clean, modern clear design, small bathroom - no waste of space. Great view from the upper floors. Very friendly staff. Check in time, due to a bus arriving, was very slow!
More expensive than it used to be but still very good value. Clean comfortable rooms either good beds and great sheets and pillows . Staff very friendly and welcoming . Breakfast good selection though could improve the orange juice. Will use again .
Overall the hotel was perfect for my needs, and it was just a short walk to the center of Munich. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

It would be nice to have a little more space to store items like clothes when staying longer. It seems there is the only option to have a full breakfast. It would be great to be able to have only a cup of coffee. Otherwise everything was perfect.
Reasonably priced hotel close to the city and the museums
I have been to this place before. This time they gave me a room with great view #925 and a cocktail at the bar as a treat for my birthday. Everyone at the reception, at the bar and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. I was very happy to stay here. When I will return to Munich next time I will definitely stay here again. I stayed in concept room 703 - really nice design, good city view and storage cabinet. The only recommendation is to put a usb only plug near the bed, as not all travellers have the multiple international converters for charging multiple devices at once (camera, iPhone, iPad, etc). Staff were welcoming and helpful.
Very pleasant hotel, cleanliness is excellent. They managed to organize the stay of 200 persons of our company trip in a very efficient way. Maybe there is no mini-fridge in the room but for me it was a plus because it meant no machine noise when I am trying to sleep. I was happy with my stay at this hotel.
Dear team, I wanted to report a miscommunication that obliged me to request twice for my room should be cleaned. On both instances it was not followed through, and it was my last evening. I insisted that the shower was clogged. Luckily a staff member decided to clean the room herself as no cleaning service was available anymore. I hope this feedback will help you be alert. I did not have any issues before on other stays. I would not have been so insistent if it was not for the clogged shower and if it was not one of the most expensive weeks because of Oktoberfest. With that kind of price the service really needs to be delivered. Thank you very much for listening.

Great hotel and location
It was a convenient location and a reasonable price given Oktoberfest. The staff was helpful, especially given my limited German. The queen bed room was a bit too small to be comfortable with two adults and 4 days of clothes. The accommodations were Sparten - no in-room coffee/tea, no refrigerator, paper cups, only one trash can. The room fan did not work. The sheets on the bed when we checked in were stained with something?

This hotel is in a great and quiet neighborhood and an easy 20 min walk to Marienplatz and most of the sites. The staff give great info on restaurants and are helpful - there is a nice bar in hotel for nightcap. Rooms are clean and have amenities but are on compact side but we had no issues with comfort and would stay again

Soul less hôtel. Service ice cold not to say non existent .... not the least closet space in the room . No amenities like sleepers , bathrobe , réception attendance unfriendly not to say snappy ... I understand your formula is low budget although not so low for me but this does not justify what I just stressed .
The services and facilities are really very basic, and the room is small. However, the staff was smiling and showed professionalism. Unfortunately, I was charged twice for the period of staying at the hotel. I have sent an email to the hotel and hope they will reimburse one payment soon. Very nice location next to the park and a beautiful view over the city. The room was great, bead really comfortable, only the make-up mirror in bathroom was installed at a totally impossible hight... Breakfast was good, bread selection excellent but I was missing the warm breakfast dishes. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

We were traveling through during our vacation and wanted to combine it with a few days in Munich. The hotel is beautifully located within walking distance of the city, which was perfect for our plans. The lovely and welcoming atmosphere perfectly matches the style of the nearby German Technical Museum, and there is a calming ambiance throughout the hotel. The parking facilities were excellent, but what truly stood out was the incredibly kind and service-oriented staff. We arrived on a public holiday and unexpectedly needed a doctor for our daughter. The reception team went above and beyond to help us find a doctor. Truly impressive—chapeau!
