Clean, new, pleasent persons at the desk, nice room and good position
Live in a hotel named a motel and rightly charged as a hotel!
Bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel is in a fabulous location. The staff was extremely friendly as well. The only downside for me was that there was no fitness center. If there was, I'd be able to give a perfect 10 score. One staff member in particular really stood out to me for both his kindness, level of service, and friendliness as an employee. I can't quite recall this staff members name for certain, but I do believe it was Eduardo. He's an Argentinian man, around early 30s, and used to play professional football, and was working Mon night 17 Mar (hoping that helps identify him!). Really enjoyed my conversations with him and his service.
Very nice hotel lobby, bar and room. Bathroom fan was very noisy consistently.
Hotel was well located and room was suitable for my needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good range of things to pick from and was worth the price

The suite is amazing! Love the view and the bells were so soothing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I like how the hotel is thinking of ways to be environmentally friendly (glass straws, cleaning schedules etc).
Parking places in basement is WAY to narrow!!! With normal cars these days, you should make it easier to move around.

The staff were all wonderful, great location, close to the shops, but very quiet on an evening considering close proximity to a few bars! Bartender Federico was especially kind, overheard them chatting to many customers making people feel welcome - recommended great drinks!
Lovely staff - from the moment I checked in to the moment checking out every little it m was thought of. The room was SO clean and the bed - the best sleep I’ve ever had. So comfy - not too soft, and not too firm, the blanket was the perfect weight. I can’t wait to come back.
Unfortunately it wasn't the Motel One that i am used to. Room 361 was quiet different then usual and the bed to be honest very weired and not comfortable. The room was very small and not Motel One like. The house seemed very old and on level 3 the floor smelled kind of wet. The location was great though, but I will never stay here again.
Comfortable bed with a decent sized room however because my room overlooked the street it was noisy at night and the bells from the church kept going till midnight and again at 8am
The staff were always friendly and thank you to the staff in the bar, you were all amazing. Unfortunately the rooms have 0 soundproofing and you can hear every step from the rooms above. including the doors vibrating from those steps.
Great location, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. Only reason for point off is dubious stains in curtains - room otherwise spotless … also would be better is bedside light easier to access to switch off .

The hotel is in a quiet street, everything is clean and well organized. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would like to point out Minela at the front desk who was so professional, friendly, helpful and kind that it made our stay best possible.
Perfect location, nice and friendly atmosphere, serviceminded staff, clean and tidy everywhere. The breakfast selection is good, I'd only love to start already at 0600 or 0630. Small rooms, I miss a table for my laptop work.
I had a very annoying upper neighbour who kept making weird noises, like he was working out and shifting furniture but for 2 hours. told the reception and they took care of it.
The only thing that I would recommend is to have bigger beds :)
Good location. The Argentinian Chef in charge of the breakfast was very knowledgeable and willing to help. Below my bed it was, from day 1, full of dust... The parking is incredibly tight and difficult to access. Driving out was a real challenge. For this reason I would not stay again in this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, adequate room ( a bit tiny for 2 people) and an excellent breakfast except no hot cereals were available like portage or oatmeal. Suggest you make the coffee complimentary in the morning at least as this is common in most of the better hotels. My room didn’t have free coffee or tea either. A bit disappointing.
Small room but very good location and hotel
This hotel is great for any trip to the city , centrally located and easy to get to . Clean rooms, friendly staff and a really nice breakfast . Thank you Copenhagen, we had an amazing time . Ps don’t listen to the reviews the hotel is quiet and the church bells are beautiful .
Some time ago I have been to Motel One London Tower Hill and so I expected also hier the possibility of free coffee and flavored water. Also I missed a water cocker in my room. Beside this, it is a nice hotel, friendly people, good location. Everything you expect of a Motel One.

Great hotel, fast check in. Very good location, many attractions and shopping streets within walking distance, many good cafes and restaurants nearby. Hotel has a great bar downstairs, nice rooms with a really comfortable beds. Great bathroom with a good shower. Breakfast has a good choice and variety of food.
Lovely room, just what was needed for our trip. Temperature a little tough to maintain, got quite warm but fan did help to an extent. Walls are quite thin so could hear all the goings on but wasn't huge problem. Staff were very helpful, bar was good and staff there also very accommodating.
Lovely Hotel in the heart if central Copenhagen. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Overall I would highly recommend it to all my friends and family.
We had a lovely stay at Motel One. Location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.
The hotel is quite central and the bed is very comfy. The lack of hot or cold drinks in the room ( even at a extra charge) was disappointing and it was a bit weird not having tv channels but what really upset us was how rude and disinterested the reception team was to us, they never greeted us every time we came in and we had a few interactions with what seemed to be a manager ( he was not wearing an uniform) which were very unpleasant , at the end we picked up our luggages and left without saying bye as we seemed to be a burden for him.
An excellent choice for a trip to lovely Copenhagen. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, the city centre, harbour and the city's main attractions. As always in Motel One, the hotel is very clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is excellent.
Really loved the place and its helpful and friendly staff. For a weekend City break it’s perfect in terms of location, comfort and facilities. The breakfast is good and rooms clean and well-designed.

It is always very like ’home coming’ at Motel One in Copenhagen. Everyone is very friendly and helpful!
We really enjoyed our stay at Moment Hotel, Malmö. Friendly and efficient service at reception, spacy room and bathroom and good breakfast. Free coffee all day long is another positive. Only suggestion is that you find a way to improve the shower curtain structure. Too small, curtains get in the way. We could not find a bar.

Amazing stay at motel one CPH. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was gorgeous and so clean, we had a beautiful view of the city hall. Location is also excellent. Will definitely be back! Thank you.
Very nice and helpful staff, I underline and thank the guy at the reception who offered to put my lunchbox in the fridge because there is no fridge in the rooms. Thank tou very much. The hotel is very well located to visit the city easily. The door between the room and the bathroom doesn’t really close, so for intimacy when between friends it’s not ideal.

I absolutely loved my stay. People were very friendly and helpful. It was perfect. I woke up early in the morning to work in the lobby. And I was welcomed by a motel one staff from Tunisian origin living in Sweden. I do not know his name but he was very professional, dedicated and efficient and helped me to find my way around Copenhagen and int the hotel. Please thank him from me.
Great hotel. Good location. First floor room small with (not great) view over aircon and ground floor roof but perfectly adequate and nicely kitted out. Beds exceptionally comfortable. TV system a bit odd. Room overall very clean but loo brush dirty.

Na ulicach wzdłuż kanału o tej samej nazwie, pośród kolorowych kamienic z XVIII i XIX wieku, można zaspokoić głód i pragnienie.
