The hotel is located in the center of the city, so it is a great area to start exploring the city. The rooms have a decent size, are very clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

When booking I always leave a comment in the message for the Hotel field. However I have the feeling nobody reads them or acts on them. The Wifi is unencrypted which is not state of the Art.
Having been a guest with Motelone for more than a decade and having spent thousands of euros with you, I am being treated like I have never been there before - your customer relationship management systems don't work. Why am I a member of BeOne then? The check in process at the reception was unacceptably slow, and unacceptably unfriendly. The room had a crooked mattresses and a noisy, thus probably broken A/C system so that I had to switch it off in order to sleep.

Hi Motel One Team, I booked the first night with one person and the second night with two people. At the reception I had to point out that the equipment had to be adapted to the number of guests. It was not automatic. I regularly stay at Motel One in Germany.
Alles war bestens.
Add a gluten-free option (Bread/rolls) at breakfast would be nice.

To be honest, I would have given less. I just don’t see the value for the price. I realize it’s a four star however the amenities don’t justify the price. The basic essentials were not included could’ve stayed in a different hotel for the same price and had all of the things this place was missing.
Overall the hotel is good and very well located but the rooms are a bit to small.
It continues to be a home when staying around Hannover. Good service, clean facilities, nice vibe.

The personnel at the reception was very friendly and provided useful information regarding parking our car. e also liked that we could get a coffee from the breakfast bar in the morning (without the need to have breakfast there). As usual I feel that the price for the hotel breakfast is too high. By now it is very similar to a lunch and not suitable for people that only like a small snack in the morning. Motel One does have an excellent concept and we always consider staying in one of them.
Everything worked well and staff were always helpful. Good value.

Excellent. Couldn't find anything not good. I rented a bike and borrowed an umbrella, which was very nice. Location was very good too!

Convenient location in central Hannover. The room was comfortable and quiet. The buffet breakfast was fine. The staff were friendly.

I am a frequent visitor and everything is always perfect. I asked to clean the room twice in my last stay 4 nights But my request was total ignored . I had to go to the front desk to pick new towels. In my check out ,my flight was delayed for a later time and I requested to stay tell 1 pm instead of checking out at 12 but my request was also rejected right away . Sometimes flexibility is indeed important. You guys have an exceptional facility and I always recommend the hotel As both staff and facility’s are great .

Hotel is next to a busy road. However not enough isolation at windows. No shampoo in the bathroom. Besides these, hotel was good in general.

I really had a great stay at Motel well, great location. The staff were really friendly, especially reception, very welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was very well maintained and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The only improvement or comment I had is that there was no kettle in the room, which is quite hard for me as enjoy my tea while working in my room. I did request some hot water from the bar, which the were very willing to help, but quite an inconvenience. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Thank you
