Checkin was a little confusing, with the desk staff seeming bit overwhelmed. But they were lovely; biggest problem (and reason for not giving this stay a 10) is that we entered the room and immediately saw a cockroach crossing the carpet. Did not see another, but it wasn't a great first impression of our room.
I liked the style and feel of the Hotel as a whole. Even the parking garage was near and clean. Room was clean and efficient with a nice color palette.
Comfortable, quiet room, very convenient location with transportation stop right outside hotel.
Outstanding hotel! Great location, great breakfast, great room, and great service!
This hotel is ideally situated in the old town, close to attractions and shopping. The staff are helpful and friendly and are not phased with requests. The hotel serves a breakfast which is popular with guests. The breakfast area doubles as a bar in the evening and again gets quite busy. You can now check in online and avoid queuing at reception on arrival.
Everything was wonderful, but I would like to have access to bottled water and a vending machine. If there were any, I didn’t know where they were. We had to buy bottled water from the bar.
I like your hotel. It has all that is required except: a kettle in the room. If I want a cup of tea, a coffee in the morning, I have to go to the bar. and pay 3 Euro for a glass of hot water with a tea bag. I can do without food in the bar, but guests of the hotel should have complementary tea and coffee.
Great stay. Need to have kettles in the room. Or at least have them available. Real hassle to go from 7th floor to lobby to get a little hot water every half hour.
Average
I was greeted in a friendly manner and actually got the room I had previously requested!
My experience on previous visits was positive. However, on this visit, I had 3 sleepless nights because of extremely loud music from the bar next door.
Excellent location, really nice rooms, reception staff and bar; breakfast was good and well stocked; a welcoming addition would have been a hot breakfast option with some beans and sausages even with some extra charge
Very nice rooms, lots of space and very clean.
The room was small, but clean. There wasn’t really any space to do anything besides lay in bed, especially with two people in the room. Storage space very limited. A small desk and chair would be better than what is occupying that space now. I’ve stayed in lots of small rooms with clever storage solutions. There was no way to have circulating air in the room, so it got hot while sleeping and having the window open in December (in addition to the constant traffic noise outside) wasn’t ideal. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. Small gripe, and I’m not sure if it’s specific to this hotel or Germany (I travel through Europe routinely for work) but a couple of English channels on the tv, or the ability to stream would be a nice touch if you’re not a German speaker to unwind after a long day. The public space was cute though! And the housekeeping staff was always friendly in passing. Overall the location and cleanliness was great, everything else not so much.
We completely enjoyed our stay here. Many positives but the main thing was the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Thank you! We will always look to Motel One infuture travels.
Can’t get coffee in the morning of checkout because name not on list….happy to pay but woman managing the list said this is not possible
Great Location and Staff. The room was small but clean. The location to the Christmas markets and Romer square was exactly what we were looking for. Check in was easy and they were very accommodating. The only minor complaint was the heating system was turned up so high it was like a furnace in the lobby and restaurant/bar area, and even in our room we had troubles getting the temperature to a comfortable level.
Excellent location & comfortable room.
Great location for the Christmas markets.
Clean, modern hotel, nice bar, great location. However it is basic. No coffee in room, no refer. Shower soap pumps never work, I've stayed several times. Parking gets full during local events.
Great location. Bonus was the parking. Upon entry we were greeted kindly. Receiving a bottle of water was a nice touch and much needed after our drive in. We were able to get adjacent rooms with our children. The rooms were nice. The chairs in the room and in the lobby were very comfortable. The bed was good, a touch firm for us. Highly recommend for a quick stay near the old town or for multiple days.
All very good except that working in the room on the small coffee table is a bit cumbersome. A small desk would be better
nice hotel style. The room seems quite small as the bed takes all space. An higher desk for office instead of the low table would be appreciated. Breakfast very good.
I enjoyed my stay at Motel One Römer, the location was great and room was lovely, staff (cleaning, bar and reception) were also really nice - I give an 8 as we were put into the wrong room on our first evening but then we were moved to a better room for the remaining stay.
Check-In process was very slow, again. Same reason as last time (slow system), i am under the impression that it‘s simply always slow?
It has been magnificent as usual. Nice room, breath taking view, friendly stuff. Prices getting higher each time I am here...
stuff was friendly, room clean but kind of loud (i think from the elevator, but not sure) and there was so so little natural light in the room. Also the vegan options at the breakfast where good (but can be always improved, e.g. with something warm like baked beans) , but the coffee tasted bad (and no option for espresso)
The reception is wonderful and the location excellent. The rooms were very small and there was a very bad small coming from the washroom. The breakfast was delicious but completely chaotic.
Great location, clean, great service. Hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms are small but cozy & the bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices but was busy so be prepared and allow for extra time. Overall, a nice, centrally located hotel but small rooms.
Alles Top! Tolles Team.
Everything except one aspect : I had to do some undisturbed work in the room. I would have liked a higher table or working plate. There was only one little/low table on which the PC could be. It should not be difficult to have/install a small but higher „woking plate“ on the wall so you can sit more properly when doing some office work,; such a „board“ could even be possible to be „folded down“ to the wall when finished wirh work (to take less room space when not working)
Excellent service from checkin to the fancy bar, also the breakfast was beautiful.
All in all always a good experience, but what would help is body lotion in your rooms. Also, why does the bathroom door always have to close?
We had the best experience at Motel One in Frankfurt. We had a very early am flight from Italy and were traveling with a toddler and older relative. We received a warm greeting, were given restaurant recommendations close by, had our luggage stored while our rooms were being prepped. They made our rooms available to us early understanding our fatigue. Rooms are clean and all furnishings are modern. Bartender served us delicious drinks and even brought crayons and color pad for our toddler. The next am despite an early flight the staff helped my father get a cup of coffee prior to leaving in spite of the restaurant not yet opening. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to use them again on our travels.
It was almost perfect: in fact I have already re-booked for the Buchmesse next year. I was allocated a room which ticked all the boxes I requested when making the reservation - a quiet room on the inside of the hotel quite high up and not close to the lift. I was a little worried that I might hear noise from the trams and church bells, but the soundproofing of the windows was excellent. The only blemish was the dustcart emptying all the bins at 7.30 on the Friday morning inside the hotel courtyard.
- no bin in the room ?! - very unfriendly receptionists
Reception was efficient and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no bottled water, no glass and no tea/coffee facility in the room. Overall good value for money though.
Excellent and professional Team with very clean rooms including a Frankfurt highlight, the Motel One Bar.
Check-in/out is simple and good It would be helpful if there was even a small room sized for a family. Good right in front of the Leica shop
The room needs a small writing desk. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and even the tiniest rooms have a writing desk. The bar/restaurant area is not a good place to concentrate and the tables/chairs situation is uncomfortable for both eating and writing. Trying to find a comfortable place to eat breakfast was impossible. The bar staff was unfriendly and I did not feel welcome. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet.
Clean, modern rooms but very basic. No coffee maker or refer. The parking garage is difficult to access for English speakers after the gate comes down. Could access instructions be posted in English?
fantastic staff, room, service for bar and food
I would like to point out that we had an amazing time, totally due to Swen Schaich at the Motel one bar in Frankfurt! Even though things were incredible crowded the days that we were there, he took the time to take care of everyone in such a friendly and timely manner. My brother and I would have given him 11stars if it was possible - He made our 4 day stay so much fun and it really is great to see that you have employees that really care about the well being of your guests! I hope he will receive the recognition that he so well deserves from management! Thank you again for employing such wonderful hard working and kind person!
Quicker check in would be better there was a very long line even so people did a online check in.
Great stay, accommodating and bery nice
We had an excellent experience at the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. The hotel was centrally located and very easy to get around. We will definitely stay there during our next visit!
I enjoyed my stay. The place is fit for purpose. It would have been though good to have supply of drinking water at least a bottle upon arrival,
Room was very small. Almost no space for the luggage. Also no mini bar and no glasses. That would have bin nice.
Bardzo dobry hotel w centrum miasta. Pokoje OK, wygodne łóżka. Smaczne śniadania
Nowoczesny hotel w centrum Frankfurtu z dogodnym połączeniem komunikacyjnym z innymi częściami miasta i uprzejmą obsługą. Proste i smaczne śniada.

Frankfurckie nowe Stare Miasto
Dawno temu…
Dzięki oryginalnym materiałom z tamtych czasów i dużemu zamiłowaniu do szczegółów powstało 15 rekonstrukcji historycznych budynków i 20 współczesnych nowych budowli z typowymi elementami dawnego starego miasta.

Kto przyjeżdża do Frankfurtu, koniecznie musi spróbować słynnego wina jabłkowego „Ebbelwei”.

Gdy w 1888 roku otwarto dworzec główny we Frankfurcie, uchodził on za najnowocześniejszy dworzec w Europie.
Położenie i okolica
Wyszukany design
Nasz hotel we Frankfurcie nad Menem moglibyśmy równie dobrze nazwać „Mainhattan Central”.
Możesz też poczytać książkę: w końcu jesteś w jednym z dawnych centrów drukarstwa i księgarstwa – i oczywiście w stolicy corocznych międzynarodowych Targów Książki.
