Rooms are quite small and minimalistic equiped, but clean and with a high quality bed. If you are with two, only one has space to store a phone next to the bed. If you bring a laptop no electricity is available near the small desk. Bathroom has a big walk-in shower.
The room was small but nice and clean. I always appreciate a water boiler in the room - there was none. I also missed conditioner in the shower - think all women in the world use conditioner :-) Friendly and helpful staff in reception and the cleaning persons. One detail - The brakfast was aslo very nice including the staff in the retaurant they were very friendly and efficient. You promised a free bottle of water for member - We asked for one in the restaurant/bar but we were told that we had to pay.
Room was 0n the same floor as the bar which was a bonus. We could access the garden from it. We were given our rooms together, there were 6 of us. The location was good for both walking and the train and there were plenty of museums and tourists sites nearby. Only criticism was that breakfast there was not enough space for 6 of us together as it was crowded. Also no toaster.

As always, a great stay! This time, I want to especially thank Motel One Berlin Potsdamer Platz for being so attentive to my preferences as a member of the Motel One Club. It’s great to see that the membership really works – I received a free breakfast and some birthday bonuses. These little touches make the stay even more enjoyable!

Fantastic location. Hotel room was lovely. Cleaned daily. Breakfast was nice. Plenty choice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Had a lovely three night stay. Free updgrade to a terrace room on arrival was a lovely gesture
Fantastic location. wish the room had a mini fridge or a kettle in order to be able to prepare some coffee in the room. No safe was also in but the girls at the reception were able to assist me.

A bit expensive for a room which was not cleaned during the whole week: you could offer a reduction or a few drinks at the lounge as a compensation for the choice not to have the room cleaned! I had to request some toilet paper (after 5 days) and bring it myself to the room :(
Very nice exprerience and hotel. The only thing that could be added is a small refrigerator in each room, so as to save some food and drinks.
i know you can't re-design the rooms, but it is annoying that there is no socket next to the table (to plug in laptop) and not enough hanging-space for a 9-night stay. Also my original room - 267 - was directly above the terrace where people went to smoke from the bar, and on the one night when I tried to go to bed early, I kept being woken up by people talking below my window. The following day I managed to change rooms.
Everything’s fine, excellent position, people are kind. Wifi didn’t work in room.
The first room had a very loud air conditioning system. Then I discovered some bugs that came from the back of the tiles in the shower and climbed up the wall. I showed the receptionist a video of a bug running for cover when I turned the light on. Receptionist moved me to a room with a much more tolerable air conditioning system and seemingly no bugs.
The beds are really soft and in my room (103) on one side the mattress was like a banana. Really soft and curved.

Your receptionist was friendly and extremely helpful, but above all, patient with all my many questions as a first-time visitor to Berlin. I found my room in pristine condition, with everything I needed for my overnight stay. I loved the fireplace screensaver on the television and found it oddly homely! The breakfast was beautifully presented, fresh, and inviting. Thank you.
after a long trip to US and stay in US hotel the space at Motelone was like being in 5 stars
There was everything nice. The one thing that was uncomfortable, the window look to the playground. Therefore we had less privacy.
Top Service.
Every thing was good except for the direction I had from the receptionist for the main station. I went down to Potsdam platz station with my luggage but people told me it was not how I should go to the main station. After going from I platform to another in the station, I ended up going back to the street and take a taxi.

I have stayed before and frankly this stay was not nearly as satisfactory as the last one. There was confusion over my "be One" membership. In the welcome letter it was clearly stated but denied at check in. While I received free water, I was denied a free breakfast. It was suggested that I must have booked through a third-party site (which I didn't). The room was clean and housekeeping was good, although drawers would have been helpful as I was with you for 11 nights. There was no way of communicating with anybody in the case of an emergency. I felt that the breakfast was over-priced although I considered that the room rate was acceptable, although I would not have considered it value for money otherwise. I suffered the inconvenience of having to change room halfway through, as the water from the wash-hand basin was pouring onto the floor. When reported to reception I was told that they already knew about it and I was left wondering why they had not communicated with me. The location of the property is good and I think I would return, on the basis that it might be as good as when my wife and I visited it previously.

The staff is all lovely and helpful but there don't seem to be enough of them around. The front desk only had one person and the breakfast room always has tons of dirty dishes on all the tables. I also don't understand the policy around servicing rooms. We were there 4 nights and the towels were only refreshed once. I don't expect the room to be cleaned but I do expect the bathroom to be re-supplied and the trash removed every day.

Central location, and 1min walk to berlin mall lovely compact and very clean rooms, very good breakfast and friendly reception lady. I really felt welcome , environmentally friendly hotel too Keep up the good work.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect location to walk to sights and for public transport. Would definitely recommend it.
Air conditioner had a sound so I couldn’t turn it on to make the room warmer. In bathroom air vent didn’t work and after every bath everything was wet there so I had to open the door while’s taking bath so I got cold in the end. No balcony or view, couldn’t open the balcony door because of the laud.
Generally I liked it, the location was good, it was quiet enough and fast to check-in. I did mark the "no cleaning" option in the app and then someone still have cleaned the room. It is not a big issue, but I would prefer to not being disturbed at all if I set that option.
Superb location and service. Rooms could do with a bit larger desk, kettle and perhaps even a minifridge. Also in the bathroom the fan was constantly working even with the lights turned off. But those are really minor inconveniences.

Nice hotel with great staff. Hairdryers are not good and failed every day. Those bedside lamps are impossible to find the switch in daylight let alone in the dark!!
Great location for the Berlin Marathon. I'm returning next year. The room was clean and the service was very efficient.

Standard city-located mid-market chain hotel. Basic small room with a comfortable bed, some clothes storage but no extras (I would have liked an iron and a safe) and with inadequate sound proofing. Variable hot water supply to shower. Unrestricted access to lifts/stairs seems insecure in a city hotel. Good position though, close to a public transport hub and many must-see tourist locations.

The room is very small bad luck, i was close to the lounge at the 3rd floor and listening to music at least, we can have a bottle of water in the room please, ask the guy the receptionist to stop eating a chewingum ;)

Bardzo przyjemny hotel. w dobrej lokalizacji. Personel sprawny, pomocny i bardzo przyjazny. W pokoju i całym obiekcie jest sterylnie czysto. Pokoje zapewniają ciszę i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Śniadania bardzo obfite, doskonała kawa . Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości usług.
