Room and bathroom were clean, hotel bar was good
Very clean And finally my request for not cleaning every day was taken seriously. House keeping didn't move my stuff around even in bathroom- which I really appreciate. Very good experience
I cannot understand how you don't have SmartTVs on the rooms. Or at least ScreenCast enabled.
Disappointed there was no dinner/restaurant
The cleanliness of the hotel and the attention of the staff are the most striking features. I believe that there is a sufficient and quality breakfast presentation. I believe that a minibar and an electric kettle should be included in the concept.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, the service at breakfast detracted from the experience. A small, simple gesture, such as accommodating a guest's request for two hard-boiled eggs instead of soft-boiled, would have made the difference (since it was the only food I could eat at moment).

Very friendly staff at reception, excellent breakfast, perfect location for RAI, nice bar area. Iron and hairdryer in the room was great, but would have loved a kettle or at least hot water being available on the floor. Many people are dependent on their early morning tea. Price a bit high. You should market the breakfast better, it is a lot more than ”continental”!
Godt hotel
With the a/c switched off, the ventilation in the ceiling was too loud and I had to insert ear plugs to sleep. I changed rooms, but that didn't help as the ventilator in the bathroom was too loud and I had to wear ear plugs again. I managed to adjust the ventilator for my final night. Otherwise everything was fine, as usual - a comfortable warm lobby. And I would like to thank the receptionist who didn't charge me for two nights in the parking.

Nice cozy and clean place,well decorated for christmas with convenient amenities near by. The staff were polite and accommodating as well. Would surely go back when I visit next.
The location and the room was great. Staff were lovely. Location was very convenient and quiet. There was a supermarket (Dirk van den Broek) and a metro/tram station nearby. I know the breakfast was continental and optional but was not worth the price. Either lower the price or add cooked breakfast like omeletes, sausages etc. Having no slippers was a minus for us. Wifi speed and coverage could be improved. Overall our 4 nights stay was very good and we will recommend Motel One to our friends.

Hotel location is excellent for the RAI conference centre. Room albeit on the smallish side was very stylish, bed very comfortable and fantastic shower. Had 2 good nights sleep. Continental Breakfast but plenty of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, especially at this Christmas time. The rooms are small, but neat and clean. The staff at the reception as well as in the coffee bar are super friendly and do their job perfectly. Pets are allowed and that is a big plus. The only complaint I have is that the windows in the room cannot be opened. Also a big complaint is that the price does not include breakfast and a parking space. It has to be paid for separately, and the prices are not realistic. I believe that breakfast and a parking space should already be included in the price, because the price of the motel is inflated, and they do not offer other facilities, e.g. gym, something for fun, etc.
The first day was the room a little bit to cold, even though the a/c worked with 30° at arrival. We would appreciate it if there were other options for breakfast besides boiled eggs.

Much about the access and cleanliness was truly very, very good. I will use your place again. Outstanding for me was the friendliness and efficiency of the breakfast staff. They went out of their way to smile and engage, do what was needed and proceed with their work. FAB! As you see below, in the numbered lists, most of the stay was more than satisfactory. BUT the receptionist on the Friday, the person for my arrival was disgraceful in attitude, though not action. This Irish [she told me] lady had the audacity to say this: "Only stupid people smile for no reason." That is an insult to customer service, an insult to your brand, an insult to me who tried to lighten the atmosphere of arrival, an affront to those others around the hotel who strove to be friendly and to give an air of welcome, hospitality and approachability. Most of all it was an appalling insult to those folk who are not blessed with our kind of "awareness" such as Downs people who smile as part of their cherished lives. I got all the basics I needed from her, but it was a sullen, cheerless experience leaving my arrival with a bitter taste. Is that what you train your staff for? Does she embody the Motel One ethos?
We come here regularly and are very satisfied with this hotel. Close to metro, tram and train station, so perfect for visiting Amsterdam and the surroundings! We only have one small suggestion for improvement. The chairs for breakfast are too low for most, and most places are pretty dark as well. Our age (55+) will play a role here, but the only comfortable places we found to have breakfast are at the big wooden table. Next to that, everything is really fine! We will certainly return!
Very small room, staying as a birthday celebration and advised the hotel, nothing was done not even a free coffee! Received an email prior to arrival advising of some lovely room touches but didn't apply to our room unfortunately.
Check in was smooth. Room was clean an the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good with a rnage of options. Located close to the metro. Overall, a really good experience. Would recommend.

It was good. but on the check-in the company owner was not found, the same happened last year. This made him upset. It would be great if this wouldn't happen again. Best , Anne

Nice hotel!
Good motel, got what you'll need, a bed, shower and toilet. Didn't liked the fact I couldn't open a window for some fresh air, also the shower got quite some water on the shower room floor since it was a open walk in shower. Would be nice if the bar was open till later (closes at 01:00am). Breakfast was basic, would be nice to have some scrambled eggs.
Very good check in experience. Comfortable bed. Easy location for Uber to find us. Close enough to the airport. Good breakfast. Hassel free checkout.

I think it was fine for the most part. Wasn't fully aware that housekeeping had to be requested on demand, since on my bedroom the information I had was to skip, not request, housekeeping.

I enjoyed my stay but was disappointed the safety deposit box was not in operation. The staff were all very pleasant. A complimentary map was not available so that we could plan our visits. The room was very nice, but arrangement of bedside storage rather awkward ie for an alarm clock etc. I cannot comment on chamber service as opted to use green tag. Breakfast, delicious albeit rather expensive. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.
We had a fantastic stay, close to everything especially train and metro. Lovely clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again, staff very friendly and happy to help with any enquiries.
Too basic for the price - very small room, beds were okay but very few amenities. No coffee or tea facilities, limited bathroom toiletries etc. It all felt a bit budget. Breakfast too expensive. We have stayed in Motel One in Manchester x 2 and Berlin and these were of much higher standard than the Amsterdam one. Reception could have been more accommodating to us asking for a late checkout, considering we missed our first night due to a cancelled flight.

Staff are friendly. Room is clean with the right amenities. The only problem I had was that I didn't realise there was no fringe in the room and I bought juice and yoghurt for breakfast...
