Super comfortable I enjoyed my stay.
Could be good to have water and iron in the room. The water getting to the floor too much when taking a shower.
Everything was clean, Staff is supportive and very friendly. One small point, but it's a personal issue, it's annoying when you want to pay by card at the bar and you're forced to give a tip. I always tip, but unfortunately I have no understanding for this intrusive behavior. I see it as a provocation. Perhaps you should reconsider your behavior here.
Good stay overall, the brekfast quality is very good but there is no AC in the room, i had to open the window to have a better sleep. Staff is ok it could be more friendly and smily.

-please check the online check-in process. even if I made it prior to the hotel arrival, there was no room key automated machine and I had to do the entire process at the reception (actually two of my other colleagues they even checked-in faster without going through the online check-in) -great position -nicely interior designed -relatively crowded at breakfat -limited choices at breakfast (it would be great to have 2-3 hot dishes available) -overall room was good
Receptionist not helpful at all (not being able to use the voucher for free breakfast that we got), cleaning service coming to late to clean the room
I am a bit handicapped walking. Motel Ones location right at the Westbahnhof is ideal.
The rooms are fine and what you would expect from Motel One. However, the hotel is very loud and you can hear everyone walking by in the hallways, conversations in the other rooms and other noises going on all around. The housekeeping staff knocked already at 8:00 AM and was cleaning in other rooms near by and that was extremely noisy and did not create a pleasant and relaxed experience on a Saturday morning. I could see booking a Motel One again for a business trip but not for personal trips. Too functional and as stated, way too noisy.

I've been in three different motel one hotels. Everything went very well, but i Have to distinguish CARLOS SANTOS at the desk has a very positive mark on the hotel, he was very a friendly and profissional individual, always trying to help and clarify us on how and where to go on Viena! A +!

Not well done cleaning on the room floor and strong bad smell from wastewater pipes in the bathroom.

I like the Motel One group and have stayed at several hotels in different places, and all of them nice and great cost performance, but I have to say that my favorite is Motel One Westbahnhof Vienna! I have stayed periodically in Vienna, a couple times a year for the past 20 years, staying at many different hotels. And after staying in the Motel One Westbahnhof Vienna, I have kept coming back to it and no other. Hotel has a nice ambience. Rooms are nice clean comfortable as all Motel One, but I feel that this hotel is paricularly clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful, thank you very much!! Internet was also very good. Location is also very convenient, right near Westbahnhof, the airport bus and Metro, and the shopping center there is great. Thank you very much!

Amazing style with very good location near to all kinds of transportation. Reception guys were so kind and helpful. Clean and quiet, suitable for short and long term stays.
check in was awful, checked in already but not found by receptionist, key card did not work, interrupted handling our case while talking to other guest, did not give us the water, in the evening a colleague treated us very friendly and tried to compensate the mistakes; hairdryer dirty and did not work!!!
Hotel is strategically placed over the train station, great location and design of the building. Rooms were small, but comfortable both in temperature and mattress quality. Breakfast is assorted for every taste, vegan options were also present. Check in and check out procedures were fast, staff really kind and professional. 100% will return if I’ll ever visit Wien again.

Everything was perfect in this hotel. Specially Ahmed, Mike, Frank, Julia and Festim from the reception. The Area is perfect for city trips. We had to park our car in P+R and its also not that far from hotel. We missed the breakfast but it was delicious last time. They also offer Gluten and Laktose free breakfast. Milad from the night shift was also very helpful. Thank you and see you soon Motel One Team.
We really liked the hotel and the staff was very friendly. It was clean and comfortable. What could be improved is that there was inly apple juice for breakfast, in orange juice containers too. Also, we paid for parking at check out (17 euros) but the coupon was not accepted in the garage so we had to pay once more (21 euros) to be able to drive out:(
Modern and very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. I thought breakfast was expensive and no hot food. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. The reservations process did not go smoothly and this caused some inconvenience as emails were not responded to quickly. The situation was later corrected by an apology.
The hotel is nice, clean and close to transportation and commercial services.
The ventilation in the bathroom was always on, thus there was a constant noise. The temperature control didn't work and the room was being heated no matter what, making the room very warm.
Our family is Motel One Westbanhof guest from 2017, every year in December. It is our home in Vienna. The rooms are very nice, the beds are confortable. Perfect location in the city centre. We will be back for sure.

Onvriendelijk personeel! locatie omgeven met zwervers, heel onprettig. Veel mensen bij de entree om in te checken en te weinig personeel bij de balie om dit te verwerken..
Klimaanlage defekt
Wij verbleven voor de 8ste keer in Westbahnhof. Receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar wel bemerkten we in het algemeen dat het ook voor dit motel lastig is goed personeel te vinden, wij zijn zelf erg netjes maar onze kamer was niet altijd even net. Eén dag was de toiletbril hoog en ons toilet gebruikt en niet doorgespoeld. Ook de schone handdoeken lagen op de badkamervloer ipv aan het rek. In de lounge waren soms lange wachttijden. Wellicht kleine zaken maar onze eerdere ervaringen, ook bij andere filialen waren altijd een dikke 10, vandaar een kleine verbazing over het verschil.
Uitstekend hotel. Niets op aan te merken, behalve de ligging. Heel veel lawaai 's nachts zodat je met gesloten raam moet slapen. Vooral aan de stopplaats voor autocars net onder het raam was het lawaaierig. Als je dat niet gewoon bent beïnvloed dit je slaapkwaliteit. Maar dit is heel persoonlijk.
Perfect gelegen om met Ov de stad te bezoeken. Ontbijt is top en de bar ‘‘s avonds altijd gezellig druk.
Mooi hotel met een uitstekende service en kwaliteit. Waar je 24 op 24 welkom bent. Gewoon klasse.
Wederom weer een heel fijn hotel. Dit is het derde Motel One dat ik in Wenen heb bezocht. De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is zeer goed! Personeel is allemaal even vriendelijk. Ontbijt is uitgebreid, en wordt goed aangevuld. De stoelen in de lounge zien er mooi uit maar zitten verschrikkelijk, daar mag echt iets aan gedaan worden. Te opzichte van de andere Motel One hotels in Wenen is dit echt een tegenvaller. Verder alles dik in orde!
Uitzicht kamer belabberd, blinde muur. Ontbijt een crime met al die mensen, veel te druk al is dat fijn voor het hotel.

Ons Motel One Wenen-Westbahnhof is helemaal in de sfeer van het nabijgelegen museumkwartier en vooral in de sfeer van het MUMOK, het Museum voor Moderne Kunst. Overal in ons hotel vindt u levendige kleuren en opvallende designelementen, zelfs tot in de kleinste details. Om te beginnen nodigen vlak bij de receptie twee multifunctionele banken, zogenaamde ‘Enzis’, uit om te relaxen. Ook buiten in het museumkwartier zijn de ‘Enzis’ overal te vinden. Ook de kunstwerken van de Weense Thomas Draschan, die het ontwerp van de receptie, ontbijtruimte, bar en de hotelkamers heeft geleverd, zijn eigentijds en origineel. Zijn wandobjecten en lichtcollages stralen een typisch Weens levensgevoel uit en spelen met scenes van het Westbahnhof in op clichés en absurditeiten, maar dan wel met een vette knipoog ofwel ‘Schmäh’.
Het designhotel ligt vlak bij de Mariahilfer Straße, een populaire winkelstraat die vanuit het stadscentrum in de richting van slot Schönbrunn loopt. Van hieruit bent u ook snel bij andere bezienswaardigheden in het centrum zoals de Hofburg, de Stephansdom en de Staatsoper. Het Westbahnhof ligt pal voor de deur van het hotel zodat u heel gemakkelijk uitstapjes kunt maken naar de omgeving van Wenen en ons Motel One ook het ideale uitgangspunt voor een stedenreis naar Wenen is. Heeft de reiskoorts u al te pakken? Wij sluiten ons aan bij het citaat van Novalis, dat u overigens ook in de kunstige collages op uw kamer vindt: "We dromen van reizen in het heelal: maar zit het heelal niet in ons?" Wij vinden dat het niet gelijk het heelal hoeft te zijn. Wat dacht u ervan om eerst eens naar ons voordelige hotel in Wenen te komen?
