It was an amazing place, friendly and modern atmosphere and the people working there were really nice and attentive.
Prima kamer en prima ontbijt. Ik had wat problemen om online te boeken en te betalen, maar neb dit opgelost door derde mogelijkheid te kiezen (voor 18:00 uur melden bij receptie en dan betalen)

Some of the group couldn't find an alternative flight after Lufthansa canceled flights to Israel, and instead of being sensitive to the situation, the hotel supervisor charged us for the unusable rooms. Won't be arriving again to this hotel, and i would spread the case on social media. It seems like it's only because we are israeli.
It’s a very nice hotel, but it’s laughable that the only perk they offer to the members- free bottle of water! The absence of tea kettle or coffee machine is also highly regrettable

I did not get a bottle of water, as normally as a member i would. My window was not sealing well, it was very noisy all night long

We had a great stay at the Motel One in Salzburg Sued. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The whole team was very kind, nice and helpful.
I am still waiting for a refund for my cancellation. It has been a week.

Wees op tijd voor het ontbijt. Zeer druk en voelt daarom chaotisch aan.
Klijn, maar zeer fijn, dit geldt zeker voor de kamer. Goed bed, zeer goede airco, en modern en goed sanitair. Alleen is een pvc vloer aan te raden i.p.v. vloerbedekking Een uitstekende locatie voor ov verbinding naar de altstad. Uitstekend voor een kort verblijf, zoals een stedentrip

This is ever bad reception experience in all over the world! I have never seen this before . Unprofessional reception servers ! My colleagues and I booked a hotel for one night at 28rd/5 . My colleague checked in first during the day . Left check in my room in for myself . After whole days works I went to check in. And reception wasn’t know how to check in for me and asks me that if my colleague helped me already checked in maybe even I told them many time my colleague doesn’t do it . But the 3 ladies so confused with check in . One of them with pink hair , Chewing gum, slowly trying to figure out why my colleague didn't check for me, another one with Slightly tanned lady still trying to asks me to colleague make sure he didn’t check in for me Even I told her many times she doesn’t trust ! And there was another lady brown hair white skin trying to figure out what’s happening , she was chatting and laughing with pinks hair lady something I don’t understand in German. Which my check in we used 30mins ! The problem is reception side . The mix information for me and my colleague, they explained “Oh so I see you don’t check in now , my colleague doesn’t put your information into computer and you don’t have your room card yet “ after 30 mins ? grr… seriously? And then they print the room card for me ! Thanks god ! Pink hair lady told me “406A” I was shocked… I said “ 406A is my colleague room, he did check in during day please “ and 3 ladies talking in Germany something and then ask me “ are you sure “ I …….I don’t know what should I say … yes I’m sure ! Ok then they gave me 406B . After 35 mins that’s done with check in . The second days same thing happen again ! We need extend more days will check out 1/6. The reception doesn’t take money with my colleague because reception system wasn’t working at morning , so the make deal with pay cash after my colleague back in the night ! When I came to reception extended my room card after my colleague, the gentleman who was working at reception doesn’t want to extend for me ! Because he doesn’t know what happen at morning and his colleague no one tell him . My taxi wait me outside and I have to explain again ! Such a horrible experience! And ! Not finish yet ‘ yes … after whole day works , my and my colleague back to your hotel extended our room card pay cash …. The reception have no idea again what’s happening.. we explain again everything. We passed the room card to reception ,We paid cash , and we back to room . But we can’t open the door both of us ……. Ye we back to the reception, they forgot extend the room card of course, and not even really apologize to us …. I’m so upset ! How is works with your hotel ? How is the Salzburg young people works like this ! ?? Work not seriously, not positive, perfunctory, unprofessional at work, chewing gum…….

Super Hotel
Typical Motel One, very nice though small room, just quite far away from anything that's interesting in Salzburg. No scrambled eggs for breakfast, otherwise quite good. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is perfect - modern, comfortable rooms, easy check in. I also like the location. For working, the wifi, however, is not good enough and I had to use data over my phone. I also was rather annoyed by the cleaning staff who would knock every half hour starting around 9am. Checkout time is noon, but with this constant disturbance (one time someone even came into the room), one feels pushed out.

The staff made me feel very welcome and I was given a room when I got there even though I was early. The room was a very nice. Plenty of room for one or two people. If I am ever again in Salzburg I will not hesitate to stay here again.
I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Motel 1 Súd in Salzburg. Impeccable service, great room, and outstanding bar area options made my experience great. The staff's attentiveness and the hotel's elegant ambiance exceeded expectations. Highly recommend it for a top-tier stay in Salzburg. I will definitely return!
Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. There is no room service and wash cloths are not provided. There are no charging stations and no refrigerator. The cold breakfast buffet is 15 Euros. Great Market across the parrying lot , but closed on Sundays. The absolute worst part was the intrusive housekeeper. Despite me specifically requesting no house keeping services and hanging the no cleaning services sign on my door, the housekeeper open my door and poked his head in no less than FIVE times during my two 3 night stays. Completely inexcusable and all the front management did was give a sincere apology and a free cup of coffee which I had to ask for, it wasn’t offered.

Van harte welkom in onze hotel Motel One Salzburg-Süd aan de Alpenstraße, met het beste uitzicht op ... u raadt het nooit ... de Alpen! Als u binnenkomt in ons voordelige designhotel en dus de bergen de rug toekeert, rijst het volgende gebergte al voor u op. De achterwand van de bar en de receptie in ons hotel bestaat namelijk uit vier elkaar overlappende glasplaten, die de drie bekende bergketens van het Salzburger Landvoorstellen: de Ochsenkopf, de Drie Zinthörner en de Kitzsteinhorn. De balie zelf is bekleed met een houtmozaïek dat bestaat uit gevarieerd stuc- en houtdraaiwerk. U ziet het al: ook in Motel One Salzburg-Süd vindt u ambachtelijk design. In de lounge staan gezellige zithoeken, bekleed met stoffen met traditionele klederdrachtmotieven op onze gasten te wachten. In het ontbijtgedeelte zorgen lampen met verfijnde details en zwart-witfoto’s van Edward Groeger voor de finishing touch. De fotograaf is erin geslaagd om op een authentieke manier het dagelijkse leven van de mensen in het Salzburgerland in zijn werken vast te leggen. U vindt zijn foto’s ook terug in uw kamer. Door hun grote formaat komen zij uitstekend tot hun recht boven het groengemêleerd hoofdeinde van het bed. En u weet het : niet alleen de gezellige boxspring-bedden, maar ook een uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet, gratis wifi en vriendelijkpersoneel zijn bij ons traditie. U hebt voor uw vakantie in de stad Salzburg met Motel One Salzburg-Süd dan ook het ideale onderkomen gevonden. Hier voelt u zich alsof u thuis bent.
Het hotel is heel eenvoudig te bereiken bij aankomst: vanaf het station kunt u zonder problemen de bus nemen naar ons designhotel Salzburg. Dankzij de ligging in het zuiden van Salzburg is ons hotel bovendien de perfecte uitvalsbasis om het indrukwekkende slot Hellbrunn en het bijhorende park te bezichtigen. De kasteeltuinen van Hellbrunn zijn een architectonisc meesterwerk. De fonteinen uit de late renaissancetijd zijn wereldberoemd. U kunt ook gemakkelijk met het openbaar vervoer naar het oude stadscentrum gaan in het hart van Salzburg. De mooiste bezienswaardigheden van de stad liggen niet al te ver van het hotel: het geboortehuis van Mozart, het kasteel Mirabell, de burcht Hohensalzburg en de Dom van Salzburg liggen op u te wachten. Mocht u nog willen vragen: ‘Waar kan ik heen in het Salzburgerland?’, dan hebben wij het antwoord. De vierde grootste stad van Oostenrijk is ook interessant vanwege de uitstapjes die u in de directe omgeving kunt maken. Vooral in de zomer kunt u naar verschillende meren gaan voor een dagje aan het strand of een zeiltochtje. Om alles uit uw verblijf in Salzburg te halen, mag er zeker één ding niet aan het menu ontbreken: de Salzburger Nockerl. Vergeet dus niet naar een van de talrijke restaurants, cafés of eethuisjes in de buurt te gaan.
