The staff were very polite and professional. In addition, they were very kind to assist with my request of having a room facing the mall as I wanted a sunrise view.

Small rooms but very functional, cozy and quiet. The room could use a few more clothes hangers in the "closet" for a longer stay. Coming from USA with jet lag, it was very difficult to wake up in morning. Being able to make a quick coffee in my room would have made my visit perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Olga at breakfast and Anca at reception provided excellent and friendly service. Breakfast was good but lacking protein options. It only had boiled eggs as the only hot item. It would have been nice to have some additional hot items at breakfast, maybe sausage or smoked salmon for additional protein. I think the hotel is an excellent value if you go when there is not a trade fair at the Messe. The price was very high during the weekdays of the fair.
My stay was good,the reception was super, the Privat loge was super, it's one of a kind. I looking forward to coming again in the Christmas period.

Very clean, very friendly staff, super nice parking and location. Value is awesome. Everything was great, just 2 small comments, it would be great to have a bottle water in the room and the breakfast didn't have omelette or some form of cooked eggs, or maybe I just didn't find them because I was in a hurry. Other than that, it was perfect, thank you!

Great stay in a central location. I stayed the week of the 9th of September and although there were times when the hotel was busy we still felt we received good service. On the afternoon of the 12th a large group of us went to the bar - the bar was busy but the lady behind the bar made us feel very welcome and took great care of us.
Mooi hotel, perfecte locatie. Gezellige bar en ontbijtruimte en voor de rokers is roken mogelijk buiten. 1 minpuntje wc liep door. nochtans een technieker langs geweest maar na gebruik terug defect.

Mooi en schoon! Prachtige inrichting van restaurant. Koelkast op de kamer zou ik wel fijn vinden Vriendelijkheid in bar zou iets beter kunnen, dit komt waarschijnlijk door gebrek aan personeel.

A bit pricey, but very nice hotel.
Fab place to stay, close to the Adele concert. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Comfy bed and nice garden area that we could sit out in the lovely weather. Lots of shops, restaurants and cash machine 2 minute walk from. Lovely information card of how to get to the concert. Free bottle of water in room plus handed a voucher to get another one from the bar. Would definitely stay here again.

De kamer was schoon, maar niet heel erg ruim. De locatie was goed voor het Adele concert waar we naartoe gingen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en het was fijn dat de lounge 24/7 open was waardoor we na het concert nog een drankje konden doen.
Such a nice stay at this hotel. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I had the best time at the gin bar with great drinks and conversation. Alisa is a wonderful bartender and took great care making delicious cocktails! I can’t wait to visit again soon.
Mooi hotel op een prima lokatie voor het Adele-concert (loopafstand). Goed ontbijt. Kleine kamers, maar wel handig ingericht. De badkamer wat krap, maar wel alles wat nodig is. Tegenvaller was dat we niet terecht konden in de hotel-parkeergarage. We hadden daarover gebeld, maar toen zeiden ze dat er altijd ruimte was. Niet dus. We konden wel in de algemene garage een verdieping lager terecht, voor slechts €20. Prima, maar daardoor moesten we wel met onze koffers de trap nemen. Niet fijn.
Vriendelijk personeel dat hard werkt. Ruime keus aan ontbijt. Goed gesitueerd.

very nice interior, including also the outdoor area. I enjoyed the evening before starting my holiday. Remark: please check if really a credit card is necessary. An ec-card or paying the money before staying is also an option for many people. Not every private person has a credit card.
Everything was great. Check in and check out was smooth, the desk staff was friendly, and all areas were clean. Only members who were not as friendly were the bar staff. They were not rude, but they were not as friendly as all the other staff.
I believe every room should be equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee/tea service and an iron and ironing board. This hotel has none of these. Also, there was no hair condition in the shower.
Our room was small but clean. The fridge would have been a good addition. Breakfast was a big disappointment. The service was slow and the selection was limited. No gluten-free products were available. When requested separately, I received gluten-free bread. I had to wait 20 minutes for bread! When the fruit salad ran out, I asked the waiter to bring more. Even that took 15 minutes when the waiter couldn't find a pair of scissors to open a jar of fruit salad! We went for breakfast early when it wasn't even crowded yet. We did not go a second time because the breakfast had to be paid for separately and was not worth €16.90.
Nice room (quite, green view out of the window, soft bed). Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Everything went easy and smooth. I felt welcome. To improve: shelf in room would be nice. Long hairs in hairdryer.

As a regular guest I was happy with my recent visit as usual. The friendly team, quick and easy check-in and -out, comfortable and clean rooms, practical equipment, easy and fast wifi, good breakfast, fair price - everything is great!
Taking so long to receive an invoice by email. The rest is all good.
Instead of a papercup in the bathroom the hotel should place glascups to save the environment. Furthermore I would expect a bottle of water. Thanks.
Super schoon en netjes hotel. Personeel, voornamelijk bij de bar, was echt heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn niet echt groot maar dat is niet gek voor de prijs. Enige (kleine) minpuntje was de douche. Deze had nooit een contante warmte wat best irritant was. Dit deed niks af aan onze ervaring dus daarom geef ik alsnog een 10!
Buiten de gefactureerde prijs, was alles in goed. De prijs is te hoog en niet conform de reservering

Ons hotel in Riem pal naast de beurs van München doet zijn naam eer aan: vanuit de ontbijtzaal kunt u zich bijna gelijk in het beursgebeuren storten. Of uitgebreid shoppen, want een van de grootste winkelcentra van München, de Riem Arcaden, ligt voor de deur van het Motel One München-Messe. U vindt er altijd iets van uw gading in één van de 140 winkels. Maar als u liever een frisse neus haalt dan kunt u direct om de hoek in het Riemer Park gaan joggen of wandelen. Of een duik nemen in het verfrissende meer van Riem. De Englischer Garten, Koning Ludwig en zijn Slot Nymphenburg of de ligging van München dicht bij het Voralpenland; het interieur in ons hotel neemt u mee op een ontdekkingsreis door de metropool met een hart. En natuurlijk mogen de Beierse gezelligheid met liefdevolle voorstellingen van het wit-blauwe ruitmotief en de traditionele blaasmuziek. Dat is “Minga” in zijn volle pracht!
