Quiet and had a lot of vegan choices for breakfast like coconut Joghurt
Very comfortable and clean. Loved the bathroom-especially the powerful shower. Is your use dimmed lighting? Too dark! Surprised that did not need room key to operate lift to room. Security is important when travelling alone.
I liked everything. The Room was clean and no negative interactions with any of the staff. The only downside that i had was that the breakfast did not have any sausages or baked beans. But to be fair the Breakfast was still very good because there are a lot of other things to choose from :).
Room Door was hard to open. Asked to fix. Did not happen so asked the front desk to help me open the room door. Was quite annoyed in helping. Overall: Change attitude of staff!

Overall good. Room was a little smaller than I was expecting (maybe it’s just the layout) and the AC wasn’t cold enough for me.
All in all, the stay was fine. The price for a bottle of water almost borders on theft. A bottle of Selters costs €6.00 for 0.75 liters. In comparison, a crate of Selters costs €7.99 (plus refundable deposit) at REWE, for example. The crate contains 12x1l of water. This concept should be urgently reconsidered, because all in all Motel One provides very good service for the prices it charges.
Having been a regular guest at Motelone I experienced the usual setup, however, the cleanliness during my last stay offers room for improvement
Very nice hotel for an attractive price this time. Good bed, perfect location for us. I find only the watrer bottle at the bar very (too) expensive
Everything was clean and in great condition. Reception staff was fabulous, thanks again. I had to rush, so didnt use the lounge or breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, very well situated downtown but still quiet. Love the design and the cleanliness.
No AC in the room while it was very warm outside. Which would be fine if the windows would open more... No fridge. No coffee machine. Too basic for that price!
Good hotel for the price and location, just a short ride from the town center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was it was so hot in our room, we had to sleep with the window open. The staff told us the AC was working normally, but I don’t think that was the case, but they were kind enough to switch our rooms.
The stay was great but the room was very hot, the air conditioning was broken and after asking the receptionist she did not do much or help.
The room was really small, no glass, spoon, nothing. The room was quite noisy as well, unfortunately I could here my neighbours and people walking in the corridor during the night.
Not worth the €139 we paid for (without breakfast). The room was very dusty (it doesn't look like it's been stayed in for a while). The A/C system was already off (Sept 20th) and kipping the window doesn't bring any cool air in. Very uncomfortable stay.
Cosy room but a bit basic. Could do with some kettle to prepare a cup of tea or coffee. A bottle of water in a mini bar with some snacks would be handy especially if not restaurant is available. No telephone is available which means if any problem one has, have to go down to reception. Pen and paper would also be handy in case we need to make notes. The bathroom could do with proper shampoo and conditioner rather than just body gel. Having a body cream would be nice too. The breakfast quite basic for the price. Good location, 12 minutes walking distance to Lufthansa Bus Express to the Airport. Walking distance to access to public transport to city center. The room was clean every day with clean towels and linen bed. Staff in reception were very friendly and helpful. Yes I would recommend this hotel to friends and family
First of all, the location is great if you are with the car. I personally like that it was not right in the middle of the city noice. It was clean, I quite like the lobby area, the garage where I had to park was very accessible. But on the other hand, it was what it is. It's a great place to have one night but not longer, for me. I woke up in the middle of the night and realized that I didn't even have 1 bottle of water in the room. But like I said, for 1 night it did the job for me. Would I stay at another motel, any motel. Probably not. Thank you though for the service.

Goede sfeer, ontvangst, goede lokatie. Goede bedden.
The staff was incredibly friendly. The room itself was nice even though not entirely clean. There was hair in the bathroom, a lot of dust in all corners, stains on the tables and some particles on the bed. Since i’m allergic to dust, I had a hard time breathing at times
I absolutely loved my stay. From the beginning till the end I encountered absolut hospitality. The friendly, accommodating staff at reception, the amazing service of Naxi, serving me my daily green tea and cappuccino un-asked to my breakfast table. What a special treat. The lobby area is absolutely cosy and inviting with all the great couches and chairs, the roof top bar something else. As well my room was great. Small yet offered amazing views over downtown Munich. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return, when back in Munich.

The check in was not good, we waitrd 1.5 hours for our room which messed up our whole day and made us late for a concert which is the whole reason we were in Munich! It would also be nice to have coffee in the room

Most of the time I have online Check in. You Write “ now waiting at reception “ Way do I always have to stand in Line and wait as anyone Else ? No priorty line ! This is Not ok

Check-in took longer due to technical problems. Outdoor terrace was set up for breakfast in the morning with the chairs all being dragged over the floor instead of lifted.
Very nice design, bad conection with public transportation, personal not so friendly.

We queued more than 2h in front of the hotel, which was exceptionally unsatisfying given 30+ degrees. The two guys at the reception were nice and calm given the overall bad mood amongst the guests. The woman at the bar however, was not very nice and several guest were astonished by how bad / rude she responded to any requests.
I had express check in . It was not prepared had to wait as the check in was slow The service at the roof top bar was very slow
Onduidelijke info over mee laten slapen van kind. Hier is geen extra bed voor, dus moet bij ouders in bed slapen. Daarnaast is er een aardig parkeerprobleem bij drukte. Wel alles netjes en goed ontbijt
We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. De locatie is prima en het hotel ziet er netjes en modern uit. De ambiance is erg prettig. Ook is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook de mogelijkheid om fietsen te huren vonden wij heel positief.

Fijn onderweg-hotel met een ruime, rustige kamer met heerlijk bed. Voor ons een vaste tussenstop onderweg van Italië naar Nederland. We kwamen deze keer 's nachts aan rond twee uur en wilden nog een drankje in de bar (24/7 open) doen. Daar moesten we wel even ons best voor doen, uiteindelijk kwam de receptionist ons met overduidelijke tegenzin helpen. Dat mag wat vriendelijker.
Net hotel, onduidelijk dat er twee delen zijn die op verdiepingen niet verbonden zijn.

De parkstad Schwabing, waarin ons hotel is gehuisvest, combineert wonen en business in een stedelijke maar toch ook groene omgeving. Het park met de gelijknamige naam vormt dé trekpleister van de noordelijk gelegen wijk. Een betere locatie voor uw overnachting in München zult u niet gauw vinden: ons hotel ligt direct naast de Highlight Towers en de Engelse Tuin en het metrostation Nordfriedhof liggen op wandelafstand. Met de metro bent u heel snel bij BMW Welt met het aangrenzende Olympiapark en in het centrum van de stad bij de Marienplatz en het Centraal Station. Vanaf hier is het echt niet ver meer naar het Oktoberfeest.
