I have checked-in online but we had to wait for more than 15 min for the key. There was no automatic key pickup station available however it recommended in the email : "Um Zeit zu sparen, können Sie Ihre Zimmerkarte direkt an unserer ausgewiesenen Pickup Station im Hotel abholen". Maybe it was just out of order. Anyway , probably I would not mention it if there were no hint in the mail. Everything else was very very good.

It was OK, but phone are missing in thr room, we cant comunicate with the reception. The breakfast OK but cooked are missing

Everything was excellent but would be nice to have kettle or coffee machine in the room or way to make coffee/ tea freely. For the price of the room.

I was there for two days. Everything was fine and stuff was friendly, but there was no room cleaning until I asked at reception, which is a shame. The breakfast is ok, rather too expensive for the price. It would be great if there were at least scrambled eggs.
I was disturbed repeatedly by Frau Binter. I reached out to the assistant manager and he never got back to me. I will update this review if I hear back and there’s a satisfactory resolution. I don’t like writing negative reviews. It’s deserved. I have stayed at this hotel now for six weeks, spending almost €6000. To be treated so dismissively and rudely is unacceptable.
This is one of my favorite hotels in the Motel One chain due to its quiet location, proximity to public transport and generous public spaces. The buffet breakfast selections are also a plus.

Prima hotel, enige punt van kritiek; de hoge temperatuur in het hele hotel en zeker in de hotelkamer. 20 graden zou prettig zijn, het was meer dan 24 graden in het hotel.
Alles war gut.
It was all good as i know from Motel 1. The only point was that the room was very hot and the temperature cooling did not seem to work. That influenced our sleep quality what is the most important part of our hotel stay.
Pleasant stay. Room was clean, well maintained. Lobby water was a nice touch.

I have stayed with a lot of pleasure almost every year in December in the M-One at the Deutsche Museum. It's a great Hotel, the desk is very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is very clean. I have one recommendation, please set the TV channels so up that only the channels that you can see are behind each other, now you have to step through almost 50 channels to see only 20 of them. Please add also the Bayern TV channels and Muenchen-TV. to it. Thanks in advance.
not enough service at breakfast, completely overbooked
Once again, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was especially beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the staff was as always super friendly. I had a great conversation with Vesna in the morning, as usual.

In my opinion quite basic. The room is very small but adecuate. The bed is comfortable, its quiet, the breakfast is ok, the staff is nice.. There is no luxury, nothing to make it really nice, but nice enough and fair for the price.

I loved your hotel, from the design and the cleanliness, to the amazing kindness and professionalism of your staff. They are all to be congratulated, they provide great customer service and are helpful, friendly and very efficient. Everyone makes you feel that you’re a special client and that is very rare nowadays. I’m looking forward to booking more often at your hotels.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was satisfactory, but it got off to a rough start. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned by a quite unpolite man (dont remember the name). The bed and sheets were dirty, there were food remnants on the table and floor, and the bathroom was particularly unclean and wet. Used, wet, and dirty towels were left on the floor of the room, making the initial impression quite unpleasant. A different member of the staff (Jenni) quickly resolved the issue by assigning me a new, clean room. She also offered me two complimentary cocktails at the bar as compensation. While the situation was handled well, I hope the hotel improves its cleaning protocols to avoid similar incidents for future guests.
Great hotel stay again with you. Clean and accessible hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Reception was mostly good. The person checking us in was a little rude and did make an unhelpful comment but this was a minor issue.

I was a solo traveler and had a pleasant stay of 6 days at the end of November. Staff were all friendly and helpful to my needs. Room was clean and quiet. Hotel decor is top notch. Really couldn’t ask for more! Thanks for the accommodation.
Reception, overall very friendly and efficient with one exception: on Saturday we asked what time at the latest we had to be out for the room to be done and they said they did not know. They did not volunteer to find out either. Room: small but clean, comfortable, bright an pleasantly decorated. Good that a safe has been added. Breakfast: Good choice of organic products. Highly missing: olive oil, bread toaster and orange squeezer. We keep asking for them every time we stay at a Motel1.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed, at an incredible price. My room was perfectly cleaned and well-maintained, the public spaces (bar and relax areas), and breakfast were all excellent
As usual, I had a wonderful stay at Motel One Munich Deutsches Museum. I’ve been a regular here for every three weeks, and it somehow feels like a second home. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the facility is spotlessly clean, and the location is convenient for exploring the city on foot. Of course, I always enjoy a delightful chat with Vesna Kipreos at breakfast. I’m already eagerly looking forward to my next stay.

eerste keer in een motel one. keurig, vriendelijk, leuke bar en ontbijt ruimte. alleen kamer deuren die alleen met veel lawaai zijn dicht te doen. verblijf was tijdens Oktober Festen, vond de kamerprijs erg hoog
Formule al bij ons bekend, daarom ook dit hotel gekozen. Locatie en eigen parkeervoorziening bij hotel was ook een reden. Vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam, uitstekend ontbijt. Ook de afstand tot de S-bahn (en U-bahn) was een absolute plus.
Kamer voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Ontbijt was ruim voldoende. Parkeergarage tegen betaling.
3 nachten gelogeerd met 2 personen. Voor ganse periode voor elk slechts 1 kartonnen bekertje. Te gebruiken voor zowel badkamer als drinkbeker. Wel heel erg weinig

Mooi hotel , modern , geen koelkast op . Verder schoon en vriendelijk. Erg leuke terras .makkelijk met S Bahn verder .
Uitstekend, wel niet mogelijk om mijn wagen op te laden tijdens verblijg.
Vriendelijke ontvangst. Goede parkeergarage. Kamer zoals ik gewend ben bij Motel One. De ontbijtruimte is ruimer dan in andere Motel One vestigingen. Het is te lopen naar de binnenstad, ongeveer 20 minuten.
Kamer was klaar en super schoon . Prettige ontvangst . Goed ontbijt .
Prijs-kwaliteit was goed, Hygiëne was zeer goed.

Kennis is macht, en die kennis willen wij met de gasten van ons Motel One München-Deutsches Museum delen. Om de boekenwurm in ieder van ons te wekken, hebben wij in de One Lounge een gezellige bibliotheek ingericht die is gedecoreerd met wetenschappelijke miniatuurmodellen uit het Duitse Museum. Met een goed boek bereidt u zich hier voor op uw bezoek aan het nabijgelegen museum en lest u uw dorst naar kennis. En voor de gewone dorst hebben wij een natje en een droogje klaarstaan aan onze bar waar u in een ontspannen sfeer de dag de revue kunt laten passeren. de rustige Outdoor Lounge met zijn comfortabele lounge meubels en ligstoelen laat u ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad.
Ons Design Hotel gelegen aan de Isarhochufer, ligt perfect voor wie het centrum van München wil verkennen. Het tramstation Rosenheimer Platz ligt op slechts 400 meter van het hotel, waardoor u zeer snel aansluiting hebt met het openbaar vervoer in de stad. Ons hotel ligt ideaal om de stad te voet te ontdekken. Gasteig, met zijn veelzijdige waaier aan activiteiten, ligt net zoals het Duitse Museum op een paar 100 meters van het hotel. Breng ons een bezoekje en duik onder in de geschiedenis van de techniek en de wetenschap van alle tijden.
