The music choice from the lobby to floor 13 was in my chords. Cool modern non commercial chill ambient music made me happy after a 6 hour drive. Only negative point was the ultra soft mattress in room 207. It's also rented as a king, and it's not. It's a queen. I saw a king bed at my friends' smaller room in an upper floor. Apart from that, great choice.

This is an amazing hotel ,stylish , extra clean , quiet , with the most friendly staff, from the breakfast staff to the reception I cannot fault this hotel. A big shoutout to Amro and Lidja .Very high customer service standards . The rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable . The bedding is so soft and the bathroom beautiful with a great chic power shower .Stunning view from the bedrooms and the Cloud 9 top floor terrace where you will have your breakfast or relax in the evening in the lounge bar. I will definitely come back and use Motel one again and again.

The hotel offers rooms with great views of the city, although they are a bit small. The bar/breakfast room has an amazing view of the city and is modern and tastefully decorated. All in all a great stay. However, since the Vierschanzentournee was taking place, the room rate was a bit (too) high.
Door of my room seeems not be be 100% correct/safe. Very friendly receptionist!
Perfectly located just outside the station, from where many buses, trams and shuttles also depart to some beautiful places in the surrounding area (e.g. Swarovski Kristallwelten and Hall in Tirol) and only 10/15 minutes walk from the historic city centre (Altstadt). Our room was a bit small, but very clean and still comfortable and above all it was completely soundproof (despite being above the station, we never heard the noise of the trains). Hotel's highlight is definitely the rooftop bar, the Cloud One Bar, on the 13th floor. Here you can not only enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the Nordkette, but you can also have a 90% veggie and sustainable (bio) breakfast surrounded by a beautiful 360° view.
checking in was rather slow as too few staff st the desk, but the room was very nice, excellent beds and excellent bathroom. Perfect for a few nights.
I recently stayed at Motel One in Innsbruck for two nights with my 5-year-old. The room was basic but clean, with a lovely mountain view. Housekeeping was friendly, and we were warmly welcomed by Metzi (apologies if I got the name wrong). The staff were accommodating, happily holding our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. A special mention to one of the breakfast staff, who saw me heading up for breakfast after service had ended. She kindly invited me to come with her and went out of her way to prepare a tray of food—such a thoughtful gesture, and it made our morning! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof station and just behind the Ibis hotel, making the bus to and from the airport extremely convenient. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay—I would recommend it to others!"
There is no bottle water in the room, No tea and coffee facilities, And the price is very EXPENSIVE.

Breakfast area was much too crowded, people walking above each other. Would have been impossible for a business trip. Friendliness at reception is just the minimum required.

Arrrived at lunch time. Got the information that rooms are not yet available. Returned after work at approx. 09:30pm and got the room on the first floor with view to the tracks. Maybe next time it is possible to consider a more lovely room.
Excellent. Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful views. Perfect for the train station & only 10 minutes walk from the centre. We had a couple of requests on making the booking - often hotels just ignore this - however the fantastic staff on our arrival seemed to not only have read our request - but had given us what we asked for. Very impressed with this. Downside - lovely rooftop bar area - relaxing. Can't speak for the drinks - but we have to be honest and found the small food selection very disappointing for the price. If you are going to have a very small selection of sandwiches (that is, of course, fine) - then at least make it good quality. They were marketed as 'famous' toasted sandwiches - yet it was just 2 slices of cheap processed bread with very average cheap filling. This is a minor thing - but hopefully will be viewed as constructive.
Well located, near train station & city centre. Clean, cozy room room with amazing mountain views. Great value for money. Friendly reception personnel, Cecilia & Daniel, thanks again for your warm hospitality. Hope to come back one day.

The staff are so friendly and excellent to deal with all of them and the cleaners. Breakfast was fantastic also!
Bedroom was very small. I had problems walking to the balcony and the desk because I would allways touch the television. I could not enjoy the balcony as much because the entrance was only 180cm. I'm a good chunk taller than that. Bathroom was nice but the toiletpaper cut into my side. Food was good but the space cannot hold enough guest. If the wind is blowing outside the doors are loud and it is unsuable space. Good cleaning crew. Nice people but you could smile more.
Very overpriced and disappointing. Room 913. Smell of drains in the bathroom. Occasional bad smell in the bed (pet-related?). Lobby area is too small and crowded and the check in desk is too small for the number of guests. The bar/breakfast area is about the only nice feature of this hotel but there are no hot breakfast options. I will not recommend Motel One.
rooms were very small, airconditioning was not working, what caused that the room was too warm to have a good sleep at night. Everything was clean and new. I missed the mini bar
We had a warm welcome at check-in and staff were very helpful in providing us with a kettle. We also enjoyed spending time in the top floor bar with its views over the mountains. The room is quite cramped but acceptable for one night.
The rooms close to the elevators are unfortunately very noisy. Nice view from upper levels

Beautiful hotel and perfectly located.
The hotel was beautifully decorated and styled, but even though we were given an upgraded room I found them small. Our specific room I found very dusty and as we faced the train station tracks opening the very small window wasn’t really an option as it was noisy and dirty on that side of the hotel. Saying that it was a plus for train travel to be so close to the station.

all perfect. Single point of critic: Room was booked and used with two people. Towels in bathroom were only for one person. USB Charging slots would be also great.
Everything was great. Only things I would improve are water bottle in the room (we didn't understand why we have to go get water bottle from bar with voucher) and also it would be nice to have tv in room that has chromecast / possibility to use screen mirroring.

We requested a quiet room and they accommodated us. We did have the window with the lit up “1”. The blinds mostly covered it but there were small lights across the top of the blinds, which didn’t keep us up. The shower door only covers half the shower so you can’t take a long shower without getting water on the floor.

Helemaal top! Mijn favoriete hotel in en om Innsbruck. We slapen hier altijd een nacht voor en na de wintersport. Super kamers, perfecte locatie, leuke bar, goed ontijt en aardig personeel.. wat wil je nog meer?
Perfecte locatie voor een kort verblijf, goed bereikbaar en mooie schone kamers. heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Geen last van Innsbruck HBf
Slim en mooi ontworpen hotel. Parkeren onder het hotel is een pluspunt! Een dik warm dekbed is veel te warm als ook de slaapkamer al warm is. Veel hotels maken de fout dat de dekbedden te warm zijn. Met het raam open slapen was geen optie vanwege het lawaai van het verkeer. Fijne lounge/bar en ontbijtruimte op de bovenste verdieping met rondom een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad en de bergen. De terrassen zijn ook fijn. kwaliteit en keuzemogelijkheden ontbijt was goed.

Prima hotel, had graag een grotere loungeruimte gezien om lekker te zitten, ruimte in hal is prima, lekker warm, maar beperkt. De bar is te klein, de twee avonden dat we wilden gaan, was het vol. Jammer.
Wat hebben wij genoten, een heerlijk hotel en fantastisch personeel. Heel erg vriendelijk! Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Goed verzorgd hotel Vriendelijk personeel We zijn hier dit jaar drie keer geweest en zeker goed bevallen! Volgende keer komen we zeker terug!
Heerlijk hotel met goede faciliteiten, comfortabel bed en douche, mooi uitzicht. De cocktails in de bar waren helaas het enige dat we niet goed vonden.
Mooie schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel
Prijs- kwaliteit van het hotel klopt niet. De kamer is veel te klein. Je kunt er geen koffers plaatsen. We hebben achteraf gekeken naar andere hotels, die waren qua prijs realistischer. We hadden een kamer met uitzicht, nou dit uitzicht was het treinstation!! De zenuwachtige man aan de lobby bij aankomst sprak amper Duits en kon onze vragen niet beantwoorden. We zouden warm welkom worden geheten zoals werd vermeld in uw mail vooraf. Daar hebben we niets van gemerkt. Het ontbijt was goed. 1 Personeelslid stond uitgebreid haar haren in een staart te doen bij binnenkomst van de ontbijtruimte aan de bar. We komen niet meer terug.

Fijn hotel, alleen jammer dat het ‘s nachts zo warm was in de kamer. Dit was ook niet te regelen met de thermostaat. Raam open was geen optie door de locatie direct aan het station.

De grote stad met een dorpsgevoel
Welkom in het meest stedelijke dorp van Oostenrijk: want wist u dat de Tirolers hun Innsbruck liefdevol het ‘uit de kluiten gewassen dorp’ noemen? En terecht, want de op vier na grootste stad van de Alpen heeft een big-city-flair met een landelijk tintje. Mogen wij het u bewijzen? In ons Motel One Innsbruck ligt de grote stad met een dorpsgevoel aan uw voeten.
Uw hotel in Innsbruck is net een alpenchalet in de jungle van de grote stad
Goed nieuws: liefhebbers van alpenchalets hoeven niet eens zelf de Nordkette (bergketen) te bedwingen. Nee, dit alpenchalet ligt gewoon midden in de stad. Het hotel ligt direct bij het centraal Station en aan de voet van de bergen. Maak het u gemakkelijk in een van de fluwelen fauteuils en geniet van de behaaglijke warmte van het knetterende haardvuur. U zult het ervaren: de flatscreen-tv in de lobby is al net zo rustiek en gezellig als een echte Tiroolse tegelkachel.
Alleen ontbreekt er nog een drankje. Geniet van een drink van de bar, leun achterover in onze rustieke landhuis-sofa’s en geniet van het uitzicht op de Nordkette. En omdat we natuurlijk geen echte bergen in ons designhotel konden plaatsen, hebben wij de mooiste natuurkrachten gewoon in een trendy fine-arts-stijl terug laten komen op de glazen gevels van onze lobby. Er bestaat geen enkele twijfel: zo heeft u de Tiroler Alpen nog nooit meegemaakt.
Liever naar het origineel? Pal voor ons betaalbare hotel in Innsbruck beleeft u de bergketen van dichtbij. Hij omgeeft het dal als een trouwe bewaker: van het nieuwe stadsgedeelte tot aan de historische stadskern.
Over het oude centrum gesproken: ook de smalle geplaveide steegjes en prachtige vakwerkhuizen van Innsbruck liggen op slechts een steenworp afstand van het hotel. Slenter ontspannen door het historische centrum, breng een bezoek aande St. Jacobsdom en maak een selfie voor het 'Goldene Dachl', de kleinste grote schat van Innsbruck. Trek gekregen? Met een grote portie Tirolere Speckknödel en ‘Kiachl’ als nagerecht zit u weer vol energie voor een afwisselend door deze stad met zijn dorpse karakter. Want Innsbruck heeft nog zoveel te bieden. Zijn bruisende kant kent u al. Maar hoe staat het met de rustige en natuurlijke kant van de stad?

Hoe is het eigenlijk om te kunnen vliegen? Ontdek het zelf. De Olympische skischans Bergisel brengt u naar grote hoogten. De slanke stalen reus van de alom bekende architecte Zaha Hadid is al van verre te zien en wakkert de spanning aan. En na de adrenalinekick komt u weer helemaal bij onder het genot van koffie en gebak in restaurant ‘Bergisel Sky’.
Met de Innsbrucker Nordkettenbahn gaat u nog een stuk hoger. In de transparante gondeltjes heeft u een adembenemend rondom-uitzicht op het pronkstuk van de Alpen. En wie weet? Als u goed kijkt, spot u onderweg misschien zelfs wel steenbokken en marmotten. Want het is alom bekend: steenbokken en marmotten komen uit Tirol.
