Excellent hotel in a great location, friendly helpful staff, Filipe on reception especially deserves a mention, what a lovely young man, really helpful when we asked for advice etc. We had a great room on the 8th floor with a city view, beautiful bar area and excellent choice for breakfast, can highly recommend this hotel 😁
Overall, my stay was fine, but the service at the reception could use improvement. I believe it is very important for Polish to be prioritized as the primary language of communication, rather than Ukrainian or English. Additionally, the reception staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional.
Everything was nice and relaxing. Very gentle and polite staff, very clean rooms with comfort matrix for a very relaxing sleep.. good wifi. very nice and cozy lounge area Breakfast was not what expected.
Could improve breakfast choices. Limited options especially for gluten intolerance. Hot English breakfast options and would rate a 10
Great stay. Very clean
Exceptional Hotel in every respect, comfortable, clean and friendly staff-all the employees at the reception are worthy of every praise (special congratulations to Klaudia for her genuine smile and tireless activity). A (small) point for improvement was the shower water pressure.
Very clean rooms, very comfortable spaces and very friendly staff. Breakfast was really good and full too.
Hi! Thank you for the comfort, cleanliness and peace of mind during my stay. I stay at your hotel every time I have the opportunity to visit Warsaw. Thanks to Rostyslav (from the reception) for his good mood, understanding and care. Rostyslav's communication and work made my stay even better. I will definitely come back to your hotel again.
Great hotel and location. Welcoming and friendly staff throughout.
Not having scrambled eggs at the breakfast was a little disappointing but but I found something different on there otherside diverse buffet. The bar chef at night was always my evening highlight. If I have the choice to book not book the extra view room I would have chosen a cheaper option cause I don't think that the extra price is worth it even on the 6th floor. I booked late so that was the only option and for that it was good - the price one has to pay for booking late on a busy week.
Room was ok, breakfast was poor, the food was tasteless. Not worth the additional charge.
Everything great, above all the incredibly kind and helpful reception staff. One annoying problem with the bathroom: the shower head holder in room 256 does not maintain its position, but slides down, making hands-free showering difficult, if not impossible.
This was my second Motel One experience and, like the first, it was excellent!
perfect hotel in the centre of Warsaw
Everything was comfortable
very satisfied. in-room kettle would have made it perfect
All in all, the stay at your hotel was very pleasant. However, I have a few suggestions: in the rooms, there should be at least water (maybe one bottle for the night), it is inconvenient to have to direct oneself to the bar. In the rooms, it would help to find general information about breakfast and cleaning hours, so one can adapt to those. Finally, the lounge does have a comfortable atmosphere, but the furniture is hardly appropriate for breakfasts. Maybe more regular dining tables would be an option.
The modern design and cleanest rooms are exceptional for price offered. As we were for 4 nights and for business trip, we could only noted that the location is very good, just breakfast could be updated and with more things added (omelette, sausage, english breakfast etc). We are recommending this hotel to everyone who mention Warsaw to us.
Beautiful Hotel, nice atmosphere and friendly. Unfortunetly all pillows are very firm and high, no other choice available at front desk. Queen size beds are very small, only one small blanket for two. Bed size looks like for only one person. King size bed was fantastic apart from the pillow situation WiFi you have to reconnect very time, very annoying. No smart tv for streaming Netflix only for Samsung devises
Most everything was excellent, however, there were two rooms beside us that on Friday night, with a number of girls in each room. They were up all night, and both doors continued to bang shut through the night, significantly disturbing our sleep. Since there is no phone in the room, we chose just to bear the intrusion, instead of getting dressed and going to the lobby to lodge a complaint Not a good experience!! Thank You; Ward S Hotze Rm 228
I was staying with my family (with newborn baby, 7 years old son and my wife) and arrived half of an hour later my wife. She and kids were not allowed to get into room until I will pay and provide invoice details. Ironically it was me who requested invoice right after booking the room. I guess reception staff could let them in and be more friendly. Especially since we have provided guarantee card, so even if they don’t trust us for some reason they could always charge that card. Another minor thing: it could be good to have cartoons tv channel on the tv.
missing a refrigerator - a 10 point score if it was there nice large tv screen
Perfect location, excellent design, best view on Chopin Museum! <3 Big love and will get back soon!
Great Hotel and great staff!
Good location, comfortable beds, rooms in lowest price category are small, difficult parking situation.
The service staff at the reception was very helpful. Plates for breakfast were too small as there were no trays that I could find. Sitting in an ordinary chair at an ordinary table is preferable.
I would have scored this place a lot higher, but the reason for the score was the air conditioning, or lack thereof. The room felt constantly warm and stuffy, even though we had the air at the max. We even opened the windows, but because only the top opened, and only a few inches, and the curtains location, the cool air from outside could not come through the windows and got stuck in the curtains, even though we opened them. Other than the air situation, the hotel is lovely and a good price. The breakfast was also amazing.
Hotel was nice but basic, staff weren't very helpful or friendly. Hotel is very dark due to lighting features. Location was good but not sure I would return or recommend. Did the job and was reasonably priced!
Very friendly and accommodating staff in reception and bar. Room was sparkling clean. A kettle would have been nice. Excellent value for money. Thank you!
The hotel and staff are always exceptional - and this stay was no exception.
Fantastic place to stay in Warsaw … very comfortable room at a great price… Bert efficient and friendly staff… they even minded a bag for a few weeks for us
I occupied two rooms. I tried to use the cheapest available room. As a cheaper room became availabe (non-city view) I moved. My complains all seem to stem from this move. (1) The new room had a bit of a smell -- probably as the bathroom had not been used for a while the drains smelled. But the smell did not diminish even though I stayed in the room several days. It was not terrible, but noticeable. (2) To move from one room to the other, I had to pack my stuff and ended up waiting for 4 hours after I had to move out at 11 am and before I could move into my new room at 3 pm. When I queued up to check in again -- another 30 minute wait -- I learned that the motel offered an extended stay until 3 pm to "some guest". Well it was not offered to me. (3) At this point, I had decided that the morning receptionist does not like me. It is difficult to put your finger on these things, but I had no happy interaction with her for the rest of my stay. I talked to the manager about it and he appreciated my feedback. Now, this became so bad that I did not want any more interactions with the front desk. (4) There was no place to open a laptop and do a solid hour of work. The room's desk and stool (and it was really just a stool) gave me a back ache within minutes. The lounge area is cool, but did not have any "sit up right" type of tables (unlike the Motel One in Vienna). This turned out a major inconvenience as I had to edit some stuff during my stay Ultimately, I was happy to leave.
Excellent hotel - great price and nice clean rooms! Everything worked well and great customer service at the front desk!
Thank you for the upgrade. Most of the staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean.
Clean Hotel, very centrally located. Bar staff, cleaning staff were very professional and helpful. The man who there in the morning of my checkin was very unfriendly, and when I asked about a possible early checkin, he just coldly said - "after 15:00 not earlier".
Everything was just perfect! Spacious and bright room. Perfect cleaning.
