A very good stay ! Clean, quiet, central, with good breakfast and very nice and helpful staff.
Everything is great as always: lovely bar/lobby,, great rooms, reception works perfectly, croissants for breakfast are to die for. A few things to improve: put on smart tv in rooms (Bluetooth barely works, screen share is only possible with android), add some kind of loyalty program (it’s weird to stay in the same hotel for the 8th time and not get any benefits) and maybe make sure the security guy on the first floor is less aggressive with checking your hotel card?
The location, staff, cleanliness and cutting edge atmosphere make Motel One a wonderful place to stay. Filip, Krystyna, Kinga, Mateus and Paulina made my stay great.
You offer me a voucher of included breakfast. When I arrive hotel, I have to pay extra 58 pln for breakfast. (But was included? in the voucher for first time), I asked for 1 only invoice and reception, probably because it is junior, said me NOT possible. I insist today by email to your Warsaw hotel. 2 options: 1. Check in the website booking if the voucher was real or not? If real, why I had to pay extra? 2. If not real voucher, please remake the 2 invoices (room and breakfast, into only 1 invoice. I wait your reply.
Very nice atmosphere, clean, peaceful and professional staff.
Lounge/bar is the best part of the experience. Super friendly Staff, especially in the bar. Rooms are too small, without any amenities like water kettle(coffe/tea base), pen/notes. Aircon wasn't working properly. No free water att all in the hall. Nowadays tap/water dispenser available 24h is usually base. Breakfast - every day the same things. Not worth the price at all. Apart from boiled eggs and quite cold pancakes - everything was cold food. No scrumbbled eggs/sausages/bacon/ porridge etc at all. Good fresh bread. Not good quality coffee grains. Good selection of tea. Parking wasn't available. Great location.
The ventilation system in my room was very lound, even when the heating system was turned off. This was a disturbance when I was trying to fall asleep.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Tout était parfait. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Nous aurions cependant apprécié avoir une bouilloire et/ou une cafetière dans la chambre. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien, tout peut se faire à pied.
Certainly! Here's an expanded version of your message: --- I was disappointed to find that, as mentioned, there was no parking available in the evening when I checked into the hotel. This created a very inconvenient situation, as it was quite difficult to find parking nearby at night. After driving around for a while, it caused unnecessary stress and took up a lot of my time. Additionally, once I got to my room, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that it was extremely cold. Despite adjusting the thermostat, it didn't seem to warm up adequately, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. I hope that these issues can be addressed for future guests, as they significantly impacted my stay.

Check in online didn’t work, had to do it on site. There Was long queue to check in. Breakfast food choices was quite plain. Would like to have premade sandwiches, and not have to make one myself. Coffee cups were only for espresso.
The Motel One property in Warsaw is wonderful however best feature is your staff. Most are exceptionally friendly and professional. Filip at the front desk could not have been more helpful during my brief stay. I had just returned to Warsaw from 3 weeks in Donbas , Ukraine. Filip could not have been more helpful . He made certain my room was ready , that I had bottled water and stayed in touch to make certain my stay was going well. I had a great stay and will be coming back 2/4/25.
Clean, relatively spacious, modern equipped room with fine bathroom and quiet. Excellent service and politeness from all the Staff and for this particular instance excellent price (59 euro for one night).

All great in terms of rooms and service—no complaints there. However, I find it very disappointing that Motel One does not provide tea/coffee-making facilities or even a bottle of water in the room. When you’re in the hospitality business, this seems like a basic and thoughtful provision for guests. Who wants to come down to the bar for tea or coffee in their pajamas? It feels unnecessarily inconvenient and not in line with the level of comfort guests should expect. This policy seriously lets down an otherwise good experience. Be warned on your first night.. bring your own water.
In Warsaw for work, in February it will be two years that I've been living at Motel One. There must be a reason why I feel like I'm part of the family! Many thanks to all the guys of the various staff: managers, administration, sales, reception, bartenders, housekeepers (I hope I haven't forgotten anyone). Although, as everyone can imagine, I miss Marta!

Excellent hotel in a great location, friendly helpful staff, Filipe on reception especially deserves a mention, what a lovely young man, really helpful when we asked for advice etc. We had a great room on the 8th floor with a city view, beautiful bar area and excellent choice for breakfast, can highly recommend this hotel 😁
Overall, my stay was fine, but the service at the reception could use improvement. I believe it is very important for Polish to be prioritized as the primary language of communication, rather than Ukrainian or English. Additionally, the reception staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional.
Everything was nice and relaxing. Very gentle and polite staff, very clean rooms with comfort matrix for a very relaxing sleep.. good wifi. very nice and cozy lounge area Breakfast was not what expected.
Could improve breakfast choices. Limited options especially for gluten intolerance. Hot English breakfast options and would rate a 10

Not having scrambled eggs at the breakfast was a little disappointing but but I found something different on there otherside diverse buffet. The bar chef at night was always my evening highlight. If I have the choice to book not book the extra view room I would have chosen a cheaper option cause I don't think that the extra price is worth it even on the 6th floor. I booked late so that was the only option and for that it was good - the price one has to pay for booking late on a busy week.
Room was ok, breakfast was poor, the food was tasteless. Not worth the additional charge.
Everything great, above all the incredibly kind and helpful reception staff. One annoying problem with the bathroom: the shower head holder in room 256 does not maintain its position, but slides down, making hands-free showering difficult, if not impossible.
This was my second Motel One experience and, like the first, it was excellent!
Bar très agréable et des cocktails à tombé. La chambre est OK bien que peut-être un peu petite et manquant de rangement. Le petit-déjeuner mériterait d'être amélioré il n'y a pas énormément de choix. Par contre le parking à 100PLN par nuit c'est beaucoup trop cher, ça revient moins cher de se garer dans la rue...
Hotel toujours agréable mais: - Impossible de régler la température de ventilation/clim beaucoup trop froid pour moi, les deux (2) régulateurs sont la pour la décoration !- Impossible d'avoir une couverture en plus car limitée !

L'hôtel est très agréable, la chambre et la salle de bien sont spacieuses et propres et avec un belle décoration. Le petit déjeuner est parfait ! Seuls problèmes : c'est la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre, j'avais trop chaud et les oreillers sont beaucoup trop durs, j'ai très mal dormi les trois nuits.
Aujourd'hui tous les hôtels moyenne gamme propose une bouilloire dans la chambre. Ce serait bien que ce soit le cas.
Hôtel immense, néanmoins d'un calme absolu ! Très bien situé : a proximité du métro, des bus, et de la voie principale qui mène à la vieille ville. En face du musée Chopin , et du parc qui longe l'école de musique, où à chacun de mes passages, une mélodie s'échappait d'une fenêtre Si je dois retourner à Varsovie, je retournerai dans cet hôtel

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre deuxième séjour dans un Motel One. Le personnel était très agréable, a répondu à nos questions et nous a aidé à réserver un taxi pour l'aéroport. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuné qui était très très bon, il serait intéressant de rajouter un peu plus d'options / végétaliennes si possible. Nous avons pris un verre au bar également qui était très sympathique. L'hôtel était propre, la chambre était petite et cela peut être compliqué si vous avez deux grosses valises, mais nous avions une belle vue sur la ville. Nous regrettons seulement le manque d'équipement dans la chambre notamment pour faire bouillir de l'eau car il n'y a aucune option pour avoir des boissons chaudes la journée ou le soir (thé ou tisanes par exemple), mais nous avons l'impression que cela est le cas dans tous les hôtels de la marque.

Situé juste en face du musée Chopin historique et de l’institut éponyme, le Motel One Varsovie vous accueille dans un décor musical. Le château Royal situé dans le centre-ville vaut le détour ; bâti au XVIe siècle, il fut longtemps la résidence des rois polonais. Après la reconstruction de la vieille ville, totalement détruite pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, le château Royal fut classé au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. L’impressionnant palais de la Culture qui se dresse sur 237 mètres de haut, se trouve également à deux pas de notre hôtel et compte parmi les emblèmes de la ville. Si vous aimez les balades dans la nature, vous serez comblé par le jardin de Saxe et le parc Lazienki. Envie de faire du shopping ?
