Very good hotel with very good service Room for improvement: Parking situation
Good efficient, well situated for work. Clean, comfortable just fine rooms, good and friendly personnel and good breakfast.

Would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room, complements from the hotel. Otherwise, very good stay.
It was a good experience for me. I thank all the staff especially Ms. Merve Antikoglou for her kindly and professional supports during the time I stayed at the hotel. In my opinion she can be an idol staff for all hotel staff. This thoughts are because that I have been an associate professor at the Tourism Faculty of a university for 20 years. In this context I thank your hotel in the presence of her. It was a pleasure staying at Motel One Stuttgart-Feuerbach.
overall a good experience: check-in is quick and includes all elements (breakfast, parking, paying); clean and businesslike rooms; breakfast not very extensive, but appropriate for business; simplest ckeck-.out I ever experienced (drop key card and go). On a side note: after our meetings we like to return to the Hotel's reception&bar area for a cup of tea and recapture.... lovely.
+ nice friendly room, good bed - very slow check-in (20+ people waiting) - no AC, only heating, opening window towards a very noisy road and train station - limited parking, parking garage show "free" but no space available ..

Was my first time staying there, stayed for two weeks. Liked it very much. Room was nice and clean, personal was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was various and delicious.
Very stylish and modern instalations.... however rooms quite small..... excellent breakfast and cosy bar.
Stylish modern hotel with very well-designed, ultra-clean rooms representing great value-for-money.
Good quality place to stay. The only shame was the parking, which we realised on the third day was quite limited and meant we had to park on the road, which caused us some anxiety. Staff were helpful and friendly, bar was comfortable and bedroom was exactly what we needed, and very warm despite the weather.
breakfast are good but simple, Wi-Fi in old part of building is a nightmare (Mercedes car dealer ship )

We stayed now a second time due to the location that suits us, but again the personnel is the most unfriendly I have seen. The way they speak to a customer is humiliating and rude. Young people loosing their manners of respect. Clearly the tone and understanding of politeness and respect should be taught. Unacceptable: I can’t find your booking! „Give me your name!“ Not a „ Welcome to our hotel, how can I assist you today?“ Not: I wish you a pleasant stay.

I have sent you a review over your contact box, but it seems it is just being ignored: a small issue, which could have been very easily and quickly solved, just became unnecessarily complicated and annoying. Below, the message: YOUR REQUEST Hello, I would like to express my disappointment and bad experience about my last stay in Stuttgart-Feuerbach. I have booked a ‘superior’ room, Special One, for two people. Arriving at the hotel, I already had a bad feeling, seeing the receptionist, which on our first stay asked for payment, although the room has been already paid online. But, again, looking in my booking, she states, you booked a room for two people without breakfast. Breakfast has been booked together with the room. Anyway, the ‘funny’ part started when we went to the room and at some point noticed that it was arranged for only one person. I will not reproduce now the conversation we had with the two receptionists, it is somehow hard to imagine. In summary, we had to change rooms, first to one which was again for one person, then finally to another one which was arranged for two persons. The new room however was a simple room, which usually costs a bit less than the one we booked. The whole story also cost us one hour and some annoyance - instead of going on to enjoy our evening, we had to have weird conversations and unnecessarily move around in the hotel. The room and hotel is nice. However, I would only stay for a weekend if that because the room is so small you can’t move around easily with two people. We have been traveling for multiple days so we had big luggage and didn’t have anywhere to put it. But if you have small luggage and only staying a weekend you would like it.

Rooms are quite small, as well as bathroom. I've missed things like comb (I've forgotten mine). During the breakfast there were no places to sit (to many people, to little tables/sits. Staff was wery kind and helpful. Design of bar and lounge is great. Prices and offer of bar is quite fair. Breakfast very tasty and fresh, good quality of food.
Everything ok. But I have recognized long dark hairs on the Croissants and the other day in the fruid salad. :-(
I recently stayed at Motel One Stuttgart Feuerbach and was overall pleased with my experience. The location is excellent, offering easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, which left a positive impression. However, my experience with the receptionist was less than ideal. I didn't receive the mineral water voucher at check-in, which led to an unpleasant discussion when I tried to claim it later during my stay. The receptionist was not very helpful or friendly. Despite this, I’m still considering staying here again next year due to the overall quality of the hotel.

Overall very satisfied. Friendly staff, clean, modern functioning room. Air conditioning was great and needed as I was there during a summer heatwave. Best breakfast buffet I have ever had in a hotel, lots of healthy and high quality food options, the food was outstanding. It would have been awesome to have a gym on site to be able to exercise, but alas, otherwise very, very satisfied

Room: ok, Breakfast: ok, Parking: enough place but no possibility for charging my car. Bar: very expensive. Food: very small variety
The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Away from the city noise, but with good public transport.

The organisation of the breakfast was a disaster. We had to queue for more than 30 minutes. Clear management failure!

the overall the hotel is clean, tidy and well presented. Room iss clean and tidy and good. my biggest disappointment with this hotel is there is no water in the room or glass, every hotel I stay at always leaves a bottle of water in the room, yours is the only one that doesn't. me and my colleagues that stayed there agree not good at all. i usually have a kettle in my rooms too where i can make a hot drink while working in the room but not yours. I understand the pricing point but surely this could be offered to those that request maybe? Pleasant stay except for the above and hence why i have scored it low, sorry but this is important to be when i am working away.
Nice bar area, clean, comfortable rooms. Cleaner managed to throw away one of my t-shirts left on the bed :(
Great place to stay. 10 mins (4 stops) on U-Bain from main train station. Lovely rooms, bed comfortable & great pillows. Great big bar area & staff lovely.

Good hotel, great Team and breakfast, but the chair & desk combination in the room was quite bad

The stay was pathetic because your air conditioning system was not functioning and the only solution was to keep the window open to ventilate the room. It was really inconvenient because your hotel was next to a bysy street and the traffic noises were severe while ventilating the room. Will never recommend it to anyone.
Everything was nice and the value for your money was also okay. Coffee or tea in the room would have been nice. Besides that everything else was great. The staff was very friendly, everyone from the front desk, bar and even also the housekeeping staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The room was clean but the shower was broken and inadequate to use . Even if I have flagged this to reception after booking in the issue was not solved.
