It was not out first time in motel one and we know what to expect. But in this stay only thing i could complain is the breakfast. It was always too crowded and people had to wait for other guests to finish. It was not nice for the waiting guests and it was a pressure on the people who are having their breakfast. There is enough place for sitting but not enough tables because they are too small. Other than that it was great.
From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly hospitality of Mr. Zakaria Ibrahim immediately put me at ease and made my stay at this lovely hotel enjoyable. While I have a minor comment about the room size, it was easy to overlook thanks to the exceptional treatment from all the staff.

By far my favorite Motel One, because of the friendly and competent staff! No-one else in the chain checks me in so fast and in no other hotel is breakfast managed so well.
I had an incident where I had requested for the room to be cleaned as I found blood stains on the bedsheet but the cleaner just re-did the bed sheets. When i came back in the evening after a long day of workshops, Derek was so kind to get me new sheets so I could re-do my bed. Just that attention would have been nice instead of ignoring why I had asked for the room to be cleaned. It was pretty obvious.
Very nice welcome in the evening from an italian gentleman at the reception desk. Nice thtat I could stay in the m orning at the cafe to finish my work. Great!!

Very pleasant stay, couldn't really spend too much time due to accidents and other things so I wasn't able to experience everything, but the staff was incredibly nice and made me feel welcome. Also we appreciated the online check-in function. That way my partner was able to get into our room even though I was still busy with meetings.
I received a breakfast voucher from Motel-One for newsletter-subscription, however, it wasn't easy to use it at the end. I wanted to book the stay directly on the site, but since I choose "I'm travelling with a child", I was taken to a form and I had to file an "enquiry" to the hotel. They replied and I accepted their offer. After that, I wanted to use my free breakfast voucher, but first I was told 2 times, that I cannot use it since the booking wasn't made via the website. Then, after speaking with the 3rd front office colleague, I was finally able to use my free breakfast voucher. The hotel itself is okay, sound insulation is good, although our room looked on the street, where racerboys during the night were present, we could barely hear them. Breakfast was also good, lot of selection with quality food/beverages. Which I didn't like (besides the free-breakfast voucher issue) the parking lot. It's catastrophic. Maybe with a Smart or a Fiat 500 the parking lot would be easy to use, but with a bigger (longer or wider) car it was a disaster, even though our car is equipped with sensors in the front, on the back and also on sides. EV charger is there but it doesn't work, after having a word with the receptionist I was told it won't work in the near future, because of some issue which is out of their hands..

As usual, a great stay in one of my favourite hotels ever! A clean and well presented hotel, excellent rooms and wonderful staff... Ideal location with great access to public transport. The bar/breakfast area could however do with being a few degrees cooler, though - it was VERY warm...
Nice cozy suites, very clean and new, delicious breakfast, good WiFi connection. I would like to admit super helpful and nice staff! People are just wonderful. Perfect place for business trips!

Team was great, location good. Parkhouse and bed with room for improvement. We booked a double room who h had a rather small bed of approx 140cm - that’s ok for 1 night. However we had just 1 blanked of approx 1.30 cm, no idea how MotelOne assumes that would be fine for 2 people!? Anyhow, staff helped us out immediately with a 2nd blanket. Parkhouse is rather small and difficult to park but especially opening the doors and using the stairs is hard when carrying a luggage. Anyhow good there was a parking option.
An overall nice hotel. I'm glad I choose them, no complains.

Very friendly employess at the reception. Roooms very clean. And a outstanding nice breakfast. Area of improvement: very narrow parking for the cars. Difficult to park - but with two persons we manage without damage :-)

It was fine. I stay here regularly. There was some ambient noise at night, probably from the pipes on the roof. I'll ask for a 3rd floor rather than 4th floor room next time.

I very much like Motel One. The only draw back is there is no way to plug the sink in the bathroom. It makes shaving a bit tedious as I have to leave the water running.

Good place as usual. Clean, friendly, but also basic. WiFi was not strong sometimes, water was running on the flower from shower spot. But overall we would got back occasionally. Breakfast & Bar didn’t try.
Excellent as usual. I stay here often. A little rumbling noise early in the morning, presumably from the heating / air conditioning pipes on the roof.
This hotel is beyond basic, is afforable, comfy, nice located, breakfast is very good and variety. Its only 10 min walking to downtown, I booked in Nurenberg because of a recommendation from a german friend. And you have many Motel One in Germany in main cities, so you have the chance to have same value for your money in other interesting places in Germany and Amsterdam, for example. reason for my visit was touristic. Only thing I would change is not to charge for parking. Thank you.
Another great stay at Motel One am Plärrer! Great location, typical Motel One cleanliness and quality, lovely breakfast selection, great late-night snacks... The highlight at this particular Motel One? To be greeted by name by several members of staff (Dirk, Adel amongst others) makes you feel very welcome indeed... That's the reason that this will almost certainly be my favourite Motel One... Can't wait for my next visit! Make sure there's an extra bottle of Aperol behind the bar!!
I chose MotelOne because I trust their service, as I have been at different locations already. But unfortunately the Nürnberg-Plarrer hotel service and price is unfortunately overrated, better hotels are available in Nürnberg at a cheaper price. The breakfast area is not cleaned after, the furniture is old and uncomfortable.
I'm overall happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it. The room was super clean, the bathroom was great, the bed was comfy and the lighting of the room, including the headlamps, was perfect. However, there are a few points that I felt were missing during my stay. First of all, there wasn't any wardrobe/garderobe in the room; only 2 shelves, and several hangers which were obviously not enough. I also sought disposable, single-use slippers, as walking in the room either with socks or shoes was inconvenient (I asked the reception and they told me there aren't any). There wasn't a mini fridge, which gave me hard time preserving the goods that I bought such as cheese, bacon, beer. Finally, there wasn't a kettle, and although the reception and the bar were very helpful to provide boiling water, still going down to the first floor every time was challenging.
Wonderful design, fair price, focus on what matters to the traveler. Love the family room … perfect for our needs of a family of four.

Very present stay as other Motel One hotels, with such a good price. We will for sure look for Motel One in the cities we are traveling next time.

De plus, grâce à son emplacement central, sur la place Plärrer, il constitue un excellent point de départ pour visiter la ville.
La métropole franconienne vaut en effet le détour, et pas uniquement pour ses saucisses à griller, son pain d’épices ou son marché de Noël. Notre hôtel design est situé à deux pas du centre-ville, où vous trouverez des sites touristiques tels que le Germanisches Nationalmuseum (musée national germanique), l’église Saint-Laurent ainsi que de nombreux commerces. De l’autre côté de la rivière Pegnitz, le centre historique vous attend, avec ses nombreux monuments historiques tels que la maison d’Albrecht Dürer, la grand-place (Hauptmarkt), la Belle Fontaine et le château impérial. Tous ces sites sont facilement accessibles à pied ou avec les transports en commun. À proximité immédiate de notre hôtel design, vous disposerez de toutes les liaisons importantes via l’arrêt de tramway Kohlenhof, la gare de Steinbühl et la station de métro Plärrer.
