Very nice stay, room was very good and no issues.
A comfortable.pleasing to the eye hotel.very good staff. My only gripe and this was the customer dress code, the customer we saw in the bar area was offensive and swore a lot he dressed scruffy, your security did a very good job of ejecting him from the premises. This was sept 6th. But could we have some standard of dress code entering the bar area. Apart from that we would definitely come and stay again.
Fantastic friendly staff, clean and simple rooms, great customer service. Lovely atmosphere. Added bonus of beONE late check out and chilled bottle of water. What’s not to like? The only comments that I have are that the room is starting to look a little dated. Slightly worn carpet and stickers on refreshment cupboard peeling off. Also PLEASE replace those awful plastic cups with glasses and mugs!

Overall great experience. 2 things I hope can be improved: 1) Switch the 2 beds bundled into one by a king size bed. Feeling the separation in the middle isn’t great. 2) scrambled eggs for breakfast is a bare minimum.

Room was clean and quite spacious, equivalent to rooms at other hotels that charge a lot more. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
The hotel was really nice amd clean, I loved the modern/rustic decor but over all id say it is better than most hotels ive been too im definitely staying again.

Staff friendly and helpful, room clean with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. We had the breakfast option which was nice, a selection of continental breakfast items with something for everyone. Hotel is ideally situated for Manchester Piccadilly station. We arrived on the train and had only a 5 minute walk to the hotel, and in the morning, only a 5 minute walk for our train to the airport. Lounge/bar area is cosy and welcoming with a well-stocked bar. Kettle and hair dryer in room.
I found all the team I spoke to were friendly, and extremely helpful as and when required. The Hotel was the perfect location for my needs with all forms of transport a few minutes walk away. I did not have breakfast there but what I saw looked lovely. The Room was comfortable and clean, It was the perfect place to stay for my working week.
Exactly what we needed, very central, friendly and welcoming staff and a comfy night rest after a day of meetings!

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Loved their breakfast and close vicinity to the train station.
Stayed here many times. Really good location right next to Piccadilly station and perfect for Canal Street which is a two minute walk. Very friendly staff who are warm and welcoming. A very modern hotel with excellent facilities - Shower, bed, TV, wi-fi all excellent.
Spotless clean, great location, amazing staff
This is my second time choosing Motel One. Last time was Motel One Amsterdam. I love the super convenient location, across from the train station and probity to good restaurants. We feel very safe walking back to the hotel in the evening. Most of all, great value for the quality of room, beddings, bathroom facilities. The only thing that was better at the Amsterdam Motel One was the coffee. They have a way superior coffee machine at the bar and brewed an excellent Americano. May be the quality of coffee used in UK is different. One other thing is emails communication is not in English even though the location is in UK. Other than that, no other complaints, will likely try another Motel One in our travel.
Clean, comfortable, good location and good breakfast - only criticisms would be water pressure in shower wasn't great, and local tram noise could be heard through the double glazing.
Negatives include: An extremely rude member of staff on the bar, called "Shareal". The front desk staff were tired of receiving customer complaints about him. This individual should not be in a customer-facing role and (with all respect) possibly has some behavioural difficulties that I hope he gets help for. beOne members get a free bottle of water, but it is not chilled, and there is no fridge in the room. The King or Double bed is actually two beds pushed together, so you fall down the gap in the middle. No milk for the tea and coffee in the room. Nowhere to put used tea bags. Cheap plastic cups in the room instead of china cups like literally every other hotel (they can't be bothered to do the washing up, it seems). Weak water flow from shower. No room service, or ability to order food. Overall, it is like paying a lot more than a Travelodge, but having an objectively much worse experience.
Absolutely love this hotel great location staff so friendly and very appreciative they will go above and beyond for you definitely be back again soon

Chambre confortable. Elle manque juste de rangements pour un séjour de 4 jours (pas d’étagères).

Hôtel idéalement situé à côté de Picadilly Station, idéal lorsque l'on arrive en avion car une ligne ferroviaire existe entre l'aéroport et la gare Hôtel très propre, personnel vraiment agréable ! Quelle que soit la demande, il se pliera en quatre pour vous satisfaire Nous y retournerons sans problème si nous allons à nouveau à Manchester

Bien placé pas loin du centre ville, en face de la gare très pratique. Très jolie hôtel et belle chambre, manque de rangement dans la chambre. On entend le bruit du couloir et la chambre donne sur un immeuble voisin un peu gênant .. le personnel très gentil, accueillant et serviable. La wifi marche très mal

Les taches sur la moquette de la chambre cela est décevant. Poil ou cheveux sur le lit et sur un des linges ! La tablette dans la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée. C’est dommage.

Un collage photo sur le thème de l’abeille de Manchester apporte de la couleur, les chandeliers dorés Produzione Privata rappellent la forme des abeilles et des coussins couleur miel sont disposés sur les banquettes Signet.
Notre hôtel design est situé dans le centre de Manchester à proximité immédiate de nombreuses attractions touristiques telles que le Royal Manchester Theatre et la cathédrale de Manchester. Picadilly Station, la gare centrale de la ville, se trouve juste en face et vous permettra de vous rendre facilement aux Salford Quays et à l’aéroport de Manchester.
