You have to have additional internet routers as a backup, so you may fix internet issues quickly.
Very good room: conditions great (felt like we were one of the first guests), cleaned with eye for detail. Not big, but efficient furniture and fixtures, i.e. enough sockets, cloth hangers etc. Quiet. Comfortable bed. 👍🏻 Breakfast below par, mainly due to worn out, dirty and very uncomfy low chairs. Breakfast lounge untidy and very hot. We preferred having breakfast at the backerei next door. Nice and attentive front desk staff. All in all a very nice stay, thanks!!

Rooms to the streets are noisy due the the very noisy tram. First room was a corder room (522) with double noise, after compaining got a better with only on street side, so I could sleep.

I had to checkout at 5am, and the prepared lunch box on the day of checkout was very sweet. I don’t remember her name but the staff who checked me in was very friendly and helpful!

A brilliant concept well executed! You get what you need in an effective and well designed way! Friendly personal all over the house, but special mentioning to the bar staff. The roof top bar ist brilliant, but the staff breathed live into the room. Fantastic experience! A few more fantasy around the breakfast would be nice. Very continental… Update your murals, you are offering things that are not available! The homepage is sh**! Booking is slow, didn’t work in terms of paying and price, had to call. Friendly staff again helped. Online Check in didn’t work… I registered, never got my free breakfast… So fantastic in brick and mortar, loosing points online.
I think you have a bed bug problem as I got bit during the night that I stayed at your hotel.
Overall good but two points I would like to mention. It would be niche to have a piece of furniture in the room to store clothes. The open wardrobe concept might be from design and maintenance point of view, nice, for the hotel staff but in the case of a longer stay one actually needs to live out of the suitcase. The waiter that served us in the bar lacked basic principles such as knowing how to serve drinks. We came across the same person when trying to leave the lift at the reception, where this person was trying to get in before we were able to get out. In addition there was a queue of guests behind the mentioned person. A guest minded person acts differently.

Very nice hotel, especially the rooftop bar. Strange that you can't take the stairs from reception to your room. The only option is to take the elevator. If you can't take the elevator, you have to leave the hotel and go to the back entrance to reach the stairs. Once you have your key card, it's not a problem, you always enter the hotel through the back door.

Room was way too loud with the tram
The whole staff was very professional and friendly! When my phone slipped between the wall and the bed, Mathias came up and helped us. He was very professional and nice. The room was too cramped and we did not like the dark carpeted floor.

Nice and small. I like that it is not too much furtinure inside. For me it would be nice if 1. The working table in the room would be slightly bigger 2. The would be some convenient place for shoes.
The room was very nice and clean. The personal was friendly and helpful and the chairs in the lobby were comfortable.
Great experience. As usual a clean room and nice accommodations, this time I had booked for the wrong day and despite several big conventions in town the team managed to get me a room within minutes. Will definitely come again.
We love motel one for the most part. I don't like the pillows, they are to hard. My wife doesn't like the coffee mugs, she prefers to drink her coffee from a cup.
I missed charging my electric car in the parking garage. That should be standard these days.
Unplanned early check-in without problems or extra charges was really helpful for our trip schedule. The fireplace on the tv is annoying though

Plus: good bed, good shower, good breakfast, good bar, good staff, good location Minus: It is quite annoying that there isn't a good central stair that connects your floor to the lobby. Also, the only drinking "device" in the room is a paper cup. While I see you want your guests in the bar instead of in their room, this single paper cup is really very limiting your options. Also, there are some I think air conditioning units on the courtyard adjacent to my room. These are really Very noisy to the level that they hinder sleeping. Even with the windows closed, they are very audible and annoying.
Overall, it's a good hotel. But I feel you should keep water, cup, kettle and coffee in the room.

Very nice hotel and room, I only gave the rating a 7 as the room cleaner left the window half open and it was -10 outside and then very cold in the room when I came back. It also seems like the door cannot be locked from the inside, but perhaps my lock just didn't work.
Très jolie chambre, belle déco. Bar terrasse très agréable et parking pratique sous l'hôtel. Seul petit bémol, le petit déjeuner. Pas d'œufs brouillés et vienoiseries décevantes. A recommander! Merci.

Si vous rêvez d’activités au grand air à la campagne, la région du Neuseenland est l’endroit qu’il vous faut. Les anciennes mines d’extraction de lignite qui entouraient la ville ont désormais été converties en un magnifique espace de loisirs dans la nature. Randonnée, excursions à vélo, stand-up paddle, plongée ou sorties en bateau : on ne risque pas de s’ennuyer près des lacs de Leipzig (actuellement au nombre de 10).

Notre hôtel de Leipzig présente deux particularités. Non seulement il situé sur la Augustusplatz, et donc à proximité immédiate de l’opéra, de l’église Saint-Nicolas et du Gewandhaus, mais vous serez également à côté du musée Grassi des arts appliqués et d’ethnologie, ainsi que de la Maison de Mendelssohn. Cependant, l’emplacement privilégié de notre hôtel design n’est pas la seule chose dont vous pouvez vous réjouir, loin de là. À moins que vous n’ayez déjà séjourné dans un bureau de poste, peut-être ? C’est bien ce que nous pensions ! Vous en avez désormais l’occasion. En effet, notre Motel One Leipzig Post a insufflé une nouvelle vie au bâtiment classé de l’ancienne poste centrale de Leipzig. Construit en 1964, il a pendant des années servi de siège aux services de télégraphie, de courrier et des colis postaux. Auparavant, ce terrain abritait déjà depuis le XVIIIe siècle un relais pour les diligences, la poste aux chevaux et, plus tard, la Reichspost.
Le concept design de notre hôtel de Leipzig a donc lui aussi été élaboré autour du thème de la poste : Quoi de plus évident que de perpétuer cette tradition à l’intérieur ? Dès la réception, vous serez accueillis par des cors postaux dorés ainsi qu’une boîte aux lettres d’époque. Quant aux plafonniers signés Ingo Maurer et Gubi, ils évoquent les bulletins de télégramme et les fanfares postales. Autant de touches qui, à l’heure de l’e-mail et autres canaux instantanés, produisent un effet presque romantique. Des tables d’appoint en forme de colis aux tapis ornés de motifs de timbres, en passant par les collages à base de cartes postales : connu pour ses prix abordables, notre hôtel de Leipzig regorge de détails à découvrir. En plus de tout le confort que vous connaissez déjà de nos autres Motel One, cela va de soi, c’est-à-dire un petit-déjeuner bio, des lits boxspring haute de gamme, un élégant bar proposant des boissons recherchées...
