All the Service gets 10 Points from us, but Alina and Lara did a Great job when we arrived.... those two get an extra 2 points.... we had a Great time in Motel One.
Everything great - a bottle of water each day would be nice, not only on check in day

I paid in advance but reception charged me again when I checked in. Then I received a message saying I had cancelled my booking only fir reception to interrogate ne at midnight abd threatened to kick me out of the hotel unless I immediately proved who I was. Because the system had deleted my Information. All of which was not my fault. This lead to a protracted discussion with more threats to chuck me. I had a horrid evening and didn't sleep. Very very rude staff.
Outstanding service and customer care. The lady at the reception was wonderful. As so often, Hamburg is always worth a visit. Thank you for everything.

The room and bathroom were good. The location of the room was bad. View into the courtyard of a building site looking directly into the room. This meant that the curtains had to be closed at all times. Fortunately, there was no construction noise on the weekend as there was during the week when the site was in operation. The breakfast was adequate.
Friendly personal, central location. Clean, pleasant rooms.
Room was clean and comfortable. Decent shower, water pressure was good. Room is small but efficient. Lobby area was nicely decorated, though got very warm when busy. Bar had great drinks, decent prices.

I stayed at this hotel for meetings for work as it was very close to our office. check in was smooth and room was very clean and comfortable. I was first concerned that it might be noisy as I was facing a main road but I did not hear a single noise. staff were all helpful and pleasant. Only slight complaint was that in the morning it could take quite a long time for the lift.
The room was very small, there was no kettle or similar, the air in the room was very dry and the capacity of the breakfast buffet was insufficient for the number of guests. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was not right. The staff were very friendly.
Overall good. Would have been very good if I did not have to take a cold shower.
Motel One - bestes Hotel der Welt!
We like the hotel, very good service and it is nice and clean.

Top Service
The motel One am Mischel is an excellent location to explore all of Hamburg, the rooms are very clean but could be a little bit more spacy, it was not possible to unpack our luggage and range our belongings. We appreciated that we could have a drink in the lobby after dinner, the breakfast was very complete and good.

A good friend in Hamburg recommended this hotel to us and we couldn't have been happier with the choice! The hotel is modern with a great lobby/bar area. The rooms are small, but adequate in size. The one thing I really wish the room had was a refrigerator, but we lived without it. The AC was also a bit weak in our room, but it seems to be fine in the hallway and the lobby area, so I think there may have just been something wrong with our room. However, we were rarely there, so it didn't make too much of a difference to us, and at night, we just opened the window to let the fresh air in. We loved how centrally located the hotel was to most of the places we wanted to go. It was either a short walk, or just a short walk to public transport. I loved this hotel and will gladly stay here when we return to Hamburg.
i have said many times that the air conditioning is not working, but there was no solution for that !!

Great location, good size hotel, clean and good value. Breakfast a bit expensive and rather chaotic in the morning. Bar open late and good service.
The breakfast service team was exceptional! The breakfast room too crowded. We loved that so many of the food items had organic quality (main reason to choose the hotel!) Bathroom was small and with no wondow. Other than that we feel that the hotel is very well organised, staff is outstandingly friendly (even at busy times) and the overall impression is very good. Really worth mentioning is the breakfast service team who handeled high volume of hungry people extremely professionally!

Very nice basic hotel, beds are very comfortable and the location is around 15 mins walk to the city centre. The bar is nice for a drink, but the food options are very limited, just sandwiches.

I don’t like Carpet in Hotels because it is very unhygienic, sadly my room also did get cleaned although I was told that I could decide if it would be cleaned to avoid climatic waste. I loved the breakfast and the bed was really comfortable:) I also couldn’t use my soap dispenser because it was broken. that’s my only critic :)

Great place to stay
We had alovely time. The Hotel is perfectly soruated. The rooms are nice and clean and the Hotel Staff was so welcoming and helpful at any moment.
Overall, the stay was good. A couple things that could be changed are: Update the website. On booking the room, parking was listed at a different price than what you wanted to charge. Coffee machine or water cooker in the room would be nice.

Hôtel bien situé. Personel à l'écoute et très sympathique. Il manque cependant dans les chambres la possibilité de se faire du thé ou un café. Pas de téléphone non plus pour joindre la réception.
Literie un peu vieillissante
Très accueillant. Le personnel est aux petits soins. On peut profiter pleinement de l’espace intérieur.
Hôtel plutôt bien placé Bon petit déjeuner mais la salle est trop petite pour accueillir le nombre de clients Nous avons été réveillés à 7h15 par l’alarme incendie (il n’y a eu aucune communication par rapport à cet incident) J’ai également reçu un mail me stipulant que je n’avais pas rendu les clés de cadenas des vélos que j’avais empruntés; j’ai renvoyé un mail pour expliquer que je les avais rendues à la personne qui était à l’accueil. Je n’ai eu aucune retour (pas même un mail d’excuses) La communication est donc à revoir!

Sur les traces des Beatles
Notre hôtel design face à la cathédrale Saint-Michel, symbole de la ville, illustre le lien particulier entre les Beatles et la ville hanséatique. En effet, comme le rappelle le sigle de notre Starclub bar, les « Fab Four » donnèrent leurs premiers grands concerts au Star-Club de la rue Große Freiheit. La musique est aux Beatles ce que le design est à Motel One. Des maquettes de navires et des éclairages pour bateaux, un collage de vues aériennes du port de Hambourg et des lampes à suspension fabriquées à partir de vieilles poulies marquent le design maritime de notre Motel One Hambourg am Michel. À quelques encablures de l’hôtel, vous trouverez également certaines des attractions majeures de la ville, telles que la Reeperbahn, le port et les quais.
Le centre-ville et la rue commerçante Neuer Wall qui relie la Jungfernstieg à la station de train Stadthausbrücke offre des possibilités de shopping illimitées. Vous serez également à proximité du lieu de votre rendez-vous d’affaires puisque le parc des expositions est à un kilomètre seulement de l’hôtel. Pour les amateurs de culture, l’hôtel est le point de départ parfait pour assister à un concert ou à une comédie musicale le soir au Stage Theater ou à la Philharmonie de l’Elbe. Le Miniatur Wunderland proche de l’hôtel fera également le bonheur de toute la famille.
