Really good! I enjoyed my stay. My bathroom was a little cold, but apart from that everything was just perfect. The service was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fabulous. A lot of choice. Especially the bread is so good.
The rooms are fine, but the rooms on the very busy road side are too noisy and the acoustic isolation should be improved. I asked for changing my room to one on the back side of the building and it was much better, but I've been given room and then a second one where there were people inside sleeping ! The system had some issues I guess. This was a bit crazy. By the way, next time I won't stay at your hotel unless I'm given a room on he back of the building. One more thing, my company as an agreement, so that get a free of charge bottle of water for the first night. I think you can do a bit better there... like one per night.

Have stayed in Motel One is several locations, personally love Motel One, however this stay was a bit disappointing because the bathroom shower from the drain

Very friendly and efficient service. Great ambience in the common area. The room was compact, clean and comfortable. The Continental breakfast featured tasty fresh roles, croissants and cake.

A typical stay at Motel One. Good breakfast...would love to have a scrambled egg though. So 16€ for this breakfast is quite expensive..even though you literally can eat as much as you want. The air condition was set to the lowest so it was freezing in the room when I arrived.
The hotel was very clean and stylish. The employees were very polite and helpful. But, the rooms didn't have refrigerators. And, there was a lack of vegan food options in the lounge.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood in Altona, with plenty of parking. Short walk to the S3, which takes you in 20 min in the city center. Check in was quick and we were able to do it a bit earlier, which was excellent. We had a double room that had plenty of space. Clean and quiet. Great value for the money.

The hotel has stairs right after the entrance door, not trolley or wheelchair friendly. The hotel only has a busstop out feont, and is in the middle of a residential area. First time I went to a different hotel for the rest of my trip.

Nicely designed room, great style overall, and super friendly staff! I think 16,90 for breakfast deserves a bit more variety like egg options. Being able to opt out of room cleaning is a great idea. I'll definitely choose Motel One again!

Bathroom towel is very small and there is only 1. Bed's quilt is very small for the bed. There is no water in the room.

Le port d’Hambourg est la « porte sur le monde » qui relie la métropole à sept mers du globe. Dans notre Motel One Hambourg-Altona, situé à proximité directe des quais, nous accueillons les marins, mais aussi les professionnels et les touristes. Dans notre One Lounge chaleureux, vous pourrez prendre un petit-déjeuner équilibré avant de démarrer la journée, rêver d’ailleurs en prenant un café ou raconter des histoires de pirates le soir venu autour d’un verre de vin. Le port est également à l’honneur dans le hall d’entrée où est représentée la Speicherstadt ainsi que le Queen Mary 2, la « reine des mers ». Dans notre hôtel design, seule votre chambre n’a rien à voir avec la navigation. Au lieu d’une cabine agitée par les flots, c’est un lit confortable qui vous attend.
L’arrondissement d’Altona a bien plus à vous offrir que sa proximité avec le port, la célèbre Reeperbahn et le marché aux poissons. Le Motel One Hambourg-Altona est un point de départ pratique pour découvrir le quartier tendance Altona et Eimsbüttel, tous deux caractérisés par de magnifiques bâtiments anciens, des espaces verts et une culture de quartier vivante. De plus, le parc zoologique de Hagenbeck, le parc des expositions et les salles de concert sont à seulement quelques kilomètres de l’hôtel. La gare d’Altona vous offrira un accès au réseau de train (S-Bahn) et vous permettra également d’emprunter le réseau interurbain à votre arrivée et à votre départ.
