Central location, and 1min walk to berlin mall lovely compact and very clean rooms, very good breakfast and friendly reception lady. I really felt welcome , environmentally friendly hotel too Keep up the good work.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect location to walk to sights and for public transport. Would definitely recommend it.
Air conditioner had a sound so I couldn’t turn it on to make the room warmer. In bathroom air vent didn’t work and after every bath everything was wet there so I had to open the door while’s taking bath so I got cold in the end. No balcony or view, couldn’t open the balcony door because of the laud.
Generally I liked it, the location was good, it was quiet enough and fast to check-in. I did mark the "no cleaning" option in the app and then someone still have cleaned the room. It is not a big issue, but I would prefer to not being disturbed at all if I set that option.
Superb location and service. Rooms could do with a bit larger desk, kettle and perhaps even a minifridge. Also in the bathroom the fan was constantly working even with the lights turned off. But those are really minor inconveniences.

Nice hotel with great staff. Hairdryers are not good and failed every day. Those bedside lamps are impossible to find the switch in daylight let alone in the dark!!
Great location for the Berlin Marathon. I'm returning next year. The room was clean and the service was very efficient.

Standard city-located mid-market chain hotel. Basic small room with a comfortable bed, some clothes storage but no extras (I would have liked an iron and a safe) and with inadequate sound proofing. Variable hot water supply to shower. Unrestricted access to lifts/stairs seems insecure in a city hotel. Good position though, close to a public transport hub and many must-see tourist locations.

The room is very small bad luck, i was close to the lounge at the 3rd floor and listening to music at least, we can have a bottle of water in the room please, ask the guy the receptionist to stop eating a chewingum ;)

staff was very unfriendly and rude at morning times overall, good quality of the rooms.
Internet didnt connect to my devices. When I asked staff to help, they told me they couldnt do anything about it since they were connected and didnt have any problem. Part of the reason i am paying to stay includes having the necessary amenities like internet access and being deprived of that feels like my money got stolen.
Check in and check out went very smoothly and the room was comfortable and quiet. I did use a voucher for a free breakfast, but the breakfast area was too crowded so I had to miss out.

Nice and Comfortable stay at the centrally located Motel. I would strongly recommend keeping a kettle and coffee/ tea sachets with adequate cups/ glasses in the rooms.
The reception & bar staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel room is clean & spacious. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Central location.
The rooms were small, but clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable and it was a great location. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine, but had a smaller selection of items and no toaster. Overall, everything was ok. I ordered a balcony room, but got a double room instead, but no refund in price or anything. This was an issue for me, as I felt I didn’t get what I paid for. There was no water or a glass in the room, which is essential - particularly when there are no other drink making facilities. You can get water from reception however. Overall it was a good stay.

Location is amazing. Bar and breakfast was great, loved the people. View from room was super cool out on the garden above hte Berlin Mall. Rooms were very clearn and nice, but small like a travel motel. Would definitely stay again.
The Room is ok, but 2 or 3 more meter bigger will be better. The big problem is that it is not a safe in the room.
Very friendly staff, I felt welcomed! I especially liked the many and labelled vegan options at the breakfast buffet, organic soaps everywhere and the Viva von Aqua water. I stayed at the Motel One Spittelmarkt before which was a bit more quiet and had slightly nicer rooms. In my room at the Potsdamer Platz, there were sometimes loud bangs from doors which was a bit disturbing. And I had some dust fluffs in the room which could be avoided. All in all, I would recommend it further!

Great hotel in a perfect location in Berlin. Inner court yard, calm rooms, super service, einfach empfehlenswert.
Could not turn off the toilet fan and it made a noise the whole time. Everything else was good.
My room was a catastrophe in terms of noise. Located directly in front of the one lounge and next to the elevators there as noise till 1am- no chance to fall asleep even if I was very tired. There must be another door to the hallway to protect from this noise, otherwise this room should not be sold.
i am staying very often at Motel One Hotels, always had a great experience and felt at home, i like the great concept with perfect locations, design and compact room size alot. however on my last stay at Motel One Potsdamer Platz i had my worst experience, i got a room on the 3rd floor without day light, very stuffy and poorly ventilated room without window and only a door going to a public shopping mall indoor mezzazzine level, looked like a gravelled emergency route hidden behind some inner courtyard arches; this door could not be opened due to safety concerns and the room was without any daylight, fresh air and view. with such bad surprise and room situation i could not sleep properly. this was a very upsetting and unacceptable room that i got without any warning from the receptionist, unfortunately i could not complain immediately at checkin since i checked in, deposited my bag in the room and had to rush to a business meeting immediately; i then discovered the unacceptable room only when returning late night to the room btw i payed a high rate for this hotel room this experience changed my view on Motel One hotels very much

Accueil courtois et souriant. Chambre et salle de bains très propres. Toutefois, il serait agréable de disposer dans les chambres de : coffre-fort, réfrigérateur et étagères pour poser les vêtements.
mon fils à vraiment apprécié le séjour dans votre hôtel, et y retournera lors de son prochain séjour à Berlin, possible que je l'accompagne d'ailleurs. son seul petit soucis, c'est qu'il semble que personne ne parlais fiançais à la réception (il en parle ni allemand, ni anglais), pour lui donner des conseil de restaurant typique, ainsi que des activité hors les circuits touristique habituel. mais cela n'a en aucun cas nui à son voyage. au plaisir de vous rencontrer prochainement

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Situation idéale. Malgré l'environnement bruyant la journée, très bonne insonorisation (ch. 352) . Ce que j'ai aimé: comme dit, la situation géographique, réception 24h/24 vraiment un plus, personnel aimable, grande terrasse ensoleillée, rangement suffisant, transport public à proximité. Ce que j'ai le moins aimé: pas de bouilloire, pas de coffre, aucune chaîne francophone, pas de petit réfrigérateur mais là encore il faut se remettre dans le contexte qualité/prix. Comme maintenant dans tous les hôtels, il faut demander si l'on veut que le ménage soit fait. Je ne vois pas en quoi l'accumulation de poussière est bon pour la planète! Malgré mes "contre" qu'il faut minimiser, j'y retournerai sans aucun doute.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Situation géographique idéale. Petit-déjeuner satisfaisant (pas de chaud mais ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles), lounge ouvert tard fort apprécié, réception 24/24. Accueil agréable, grand ascenseur. Chambre très lumineuse, ce qui est rare. Pour la planète (elle a bon dos), on nous suggère de ne pas faire notre chambre tous les jours (j'y suis quand même restée 5). Je ne vois pas en quoi l'accumulation de poussière est bon pour la planète. Le service n'est pas passé ni pour vider la poubelle ni pour remplacer le papier w..c. Je précise cependant que j'aurais pu demander de nettoyer la chambre. Je l'ai demandé une fois. Pas de coffre, pas de réfrigérateur mais là encore le prix explique tout), J'y retournerai sans problème.
