Chambres simples mais tout confort et impeccablement propres. Elles manquent un peu de décoration... Buffet copieux pour le petit déjeuner ; il manque l'option espresso sur la machine à café. Pas grand chose à manger dans le quartier.

I was in Berlin for the Berlin marathon. The hotel has a good location for getting to the start area. Nice location for walks along the Spree. And very good with the early breakfast on marathon day (Sunday).

Everything was great, the reception and bar guys were really helpfull and friendly. However, on the day we were checking out, the cleaner, a young man, knocked on our door early morning and then an hour later, quite a few times until I went to the door and asked why he wanted to come in when we were checking out, this concerned me, as if he was checking if we were in the room.
Excellent start for a city trip to Berlin!
The breakfast were kinda annoying - not enough of seats, even when including the lounge ones, and leaving my seat to get more food meant loosing my seat, due to over-active cleaning staff, and again not enough seats.
Simple small room, but ok for max. 2 days. Very tight parking lots. Excellent breakfast. Nice staff. I would go there again.

Friendly welcome, clean and comfortable accommodation, good breakfast
Nice modern hotel in close proximity to the Hauptbahnhof as well as Schloss Bellevue, Siegessäule, Reichstag and Brandenburger Tor. Room size is rather small and "cosy". Bathroom is modern, but also quite small. Also there is no active ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and a nice variety and selection of food offerings.
Second time we've stayed at this Motel One (with an 8 year gap) and it's as good as ever. The location is great. Clean and quiet room, excellent breakfast and the staff are really helpful. We were able to check in early as the room was ready which was useful. All the staff (breakfast, reception, room team) were helpful and friendly. Thank you.
Terrible experience: checked in, dropped my bags off, went round Berlin; when I got back that night the key card didn't work, the staff member on reception said there was no record of me checking in, he insisted on seeing my passport which I had to explain was in the room. Took about 20 mins for him to come with me and enter the room to prove that my belongings were in there. The same thing happened to two others in our party. Very poor back office processes in place for this kind of nonsense to occur.
All in all good but the toilet flusher was broken and the water flowed every 2 minutes, which was audible and annoying.
I'm a big MotelOne fan, so I love the setup. In this particular case however, there was no table in the room, which made it a bit difficult to get some work done. I still managed somehow, but if the rooms were properly equipped, it would have been perfect. The hotel is generally very nice and well located. The only other point I would make is that considering it's so close to the S-Bahn line, the next stations are a bit far to walk and too close for a taxi...
As always, the staff were super friendly. The hotel itself, however, is quite dated. Clearly one of the older locations. Other Motel One hotel I stayed at included small desks, a safe for valuables, etc. All of this is missing. Also, the cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved.
Very clean, close to a S-Bahn station, nice surroundings, very polite employees, comfortable. Good stay, I recommend.
Great Service. Still missing a system to collect points. I would love to use Motel One more often, but without collecting points I prefer to take other hotels.

We really enjoyed staying at Motel One Bellevue. Very clean and in good location, very close to S-bahn and the Tiergarten. Breakfast very good with several options. I really liked all the products were BIO. The only min point: when I tried to reach out to the hotel via phone to make some changes, the wait on the line was super long and noone picked up. Eventually I communicated via email, but I couldn't reach them via phone.

Très bon accueil pour un late checkin. Le personnel nous avait réservé des chambres calmes donnant sur la cour intérieure. Le lobby est très beau, la situation de l'hôtel très bonne, les chambres sont plutôt petites, basiques, mais correctes. Seul bémol; même si nous restions deux nuits, l'accueil n'a pas voulu nous donner une bouteille d'eau le deuxième soir. Pourquoi? Un peu "cheap". Alors que celle donnée le premier soir était appréciée. C'est un petit geste qui compte.

Chambres un peu petites, le tapis-plein dans les chambres et les couloirs des étages devraient absolument être changé par des matériaux actuels et d’entretien facile. Ce n’est pas très hygiénique dans un hôtel où beaucoup de clients passent constamment.
Excellent hôtel mais pas assez. D espace de rangement ds les chambres , surtout pour les couples ex la chambre 525 ´ avait même pas de petite table où poser ses affaires !!!
Très bonne expérience au sein du Motel One Bellevue, chambre propre et confortable. Le S-Bahn passe juste à côté d’une aile de l’hôtel, aucune nuisance sonore, l’hôtel est très bien insonorisé. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié et l’hôtel est bien situé, à quelques minutes à bien du Tier Garten

Envie d’échapper à l’agitation de la ville pour rejoindre le poumon vert de Berlin ? Depuis l’hôtel, vous pourrez vous rendre directement au Tiergarten, situé sur l’autre rive de la Spree. La Maison des cultures du monde et le Tipi am Kanzleramt vous dévoileront un autre visage de la ville.
