I like the Motel One group and have stayed at several hotels in different places, and all of them nice and great cost performance, but I have to say that my favorite is Motel One Westbahnhof Vienna! I have stayed periodically in Vienna, a couple times a year for the past 20 years, staying at many different hotels. And after staying in the Motel One Westbahnhof Vienna, I have kept coming back to it and no other. Hotel has a nice ambience. Rooms are nice clean comfortable as all Motel One, but I feel that this hotel is paricularly clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful, thank you very much!! Internet was also very good. Location is also very convenient, right near Westbahnhof, the airport bus and Metro, and the shopping center there is great. Thank you very much!
Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel. Gran buena ubicación y ambiente agradable. El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son bastante cómodas. Nuestra experencia en general fue muy satisfactoria y consideraremos regresar en otra oportunidad. El desayuno es lo único que nos quedó a deber, ya que no había opciones calientes.

Amazing style with very good location near to all kinds of transportation. Reception guys were so kind and helpful. Clean and quiet, suitable for short and long term stays.
check in was awful, checked in already but not found by receptionist, key card did not work, interrupted handling our case while talking to other guest, did not give us the water, in the evening a colleague treated us very friendly and tried to compensate the mistakes; hairdryer dirty and did not work!!!
Hotel is strategically placed over the train station, great location and design of the building. Rooms were small, but comfortable both in temperature and mattress quality. Breakfast is assorted for every taste, vegan options were also present. Check in and check out procedures were fast, staff really kind and professional. 100% will return if I’ll ever visit Wien again.

Everything was perfect in this hotel. Specially Ahmed, Mike, Frank, Julia and Festim from the reception. The Area is perfect for city trips. We had to park our car in P+R and its also not that far from hotel. We missed the breakfast but it was delicious last time. They also offer Gluten and Laktose free breakfast. Milad from the night shift was also very helpful. Thank you and see you soon Motel One Team.
We really liked the hotel and the staff was very friendly. It was clean and comfortable. What could be improved is that there was inly apple juice for breakfast, in orange juice containers too. Also, we paid for parking at check out (17 euros) but the coupon was not accepted in the garage so we had to pay once more (21 euros) to be able to drive out:(
Modern and very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. I thought breakfast was expensive and no hot food. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. The reservations process did not go smoothly and this caused some inconvenience as emails were not responded to quickly. The situation was later corrected by an apology.
The hotel is nice, clean and close to transportation and commercial services.
The ventilation in the bathroom was always on, thus there was a constant noise. The temperature control didn't work and the room was being heated no matter what, making the room very warm.
Our family is Motel One Westbanhof guest from 2017, every year in December. It is our home in Vienna. The rooms are very nice, the beds are confortable. Perfect location in the city centre. We will be back for sure.

No hot water on first morning and after a cold shower and running late because of that also no take away cups for coffee available at breakfast. Other than that hotel was fine. Room equipment fairly basic but that was clear before booking.
Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, location is great and there is a nice variety of whiskey at the bar. What could be better?
Unfortunately, I was not pleased with my stay this time. The room was poorly soundproofed. You can hear some music playing from the facility below, even at night. The interior was already quite used. You could see stains, scratches and other small damages. The TV did not turn on initially. It took me 10min to play around with it, just to figure out it is just super slow. Also, the bed was not as comfy as I was used to in a motel one. So, overall, I was disappointed in my stay. I used to stay in this hotel whenever I had to stay in vienna because of the high standard. I will reconsider next time I'll visit the city. Another small disappointment was that they do not serve draft beer at the hotel bar. This is a standard in Austria. Very disappointing.
Henos repetido por tercera vez este hotel en Viena. Ubicación muy buena ya que el bus del aeropuerto llega justo a 30 m de la entrada ! y sale de allí hacia el aeropuerto. Igualmente el metro línea 3 te lleva en 5 paradas a pleno corazón de viena a plena catedral de San Esteban. El hotel es muy bonito y las camas cómodas. Todo muy limpio. Se hecha en falta cadenas de televisión en español.
I had a very brief but exceptional experience. I found the front desk very helpful and hotel very clean and well organized. Breakfast was good although it could have offered a better choice. The location of the hotel is excellent and well connected with airport. I liked a lot the decor and the general design of the hotel.

Nice, big clean rooms, nice service at the reception. Breakfast ordinary (no full English-) but ok. Coffee good. Will come back and will recommend to anybody. Just close to transportation, incl. airport bus.
For the first time I got a quite small room with very slow TV operations (I thought that it is broken after 5 minutes of waiting to load the services)
We had a very nice stay at Motel One at Wien Westbahnhof and we would recommend to come here if you want an easy access to the city center and a bus ride to the airport. Overall the room was very clean and everything was as nice as expected.

I like your format and this is the third time I have stayed at Motel One Wien Westbahnhof since 2018. This means this hotel is no longer new. I found that much of the turquoise had been replaced with dark/brown colours.This made my room and the hotel spaces seem dark and dull. I missed the bright vivaciousness of my previous stays. The funky art hanging in the stairwell had been replaced with wall mounted pictures which lacked impact.Overall impression was dark brown everywhere which was dispiriting - even on a sunny early autumn day.
This Motel One couldn’t provide the one key hotel function, comfortable sleep. Since the AC was switched to heating only, it was way too warm for sleeping. Also the bathroom flooded. They have one very rude and insulting front desk member, (other reviews mention this).

Loved the room (design, comfort, etc), especially the 'fisk tank' TV screen saver! I only wish a fridge was included, as I've come to expect that from a modern hotel room.
Personal eficiente, para la oferta del hotel podría ser mejor para el precio. El desayuno es limitado en platos calientes, se desayuna en el mismo lugar que el lobby, lo cual es extraño. No hay botellas de agua en las habitaciones.
Everything is super nice about this hotel, location, facilities, friendly staff willing to help always. 24 hours reception. I gave 9 out of 10 instead of 10 out of 10 just because I would have appreciated a mini fridge in the room, but other than than, solid 9! Also, a free drink (like tea or coffee) upon arrival would have been extra comforting as well :D
Outstanding hotel. Very well located near Westbahnhof/U-Bahn station. Great place to spend the end of a central European vacation, especially with regular bus service from/to Vienna's airport (VIE). Coldest-blowing air conditioning I've ever experienced in an European hotel - much appreciated when I was there as high temperature was >30 C during my visit. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but excellent. In sum, I highly recommend the Motel One Westbahnhof

The hotel looks very nice, better than a lots of 4* hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast great, only with bio food. We will come again!
Excellent common spaces, delicious breakfast! Room too small for two adults and a child. No options for larger room. Since the booking was made directly there was no correlation with the Motel 1 membership app and benefits which was disappointing. No bonus points added, no late checkout offered when asked.

Siendo un cliente habitual de Motel One por toda Europa, he de decir que es la primera vez que tengo una mala experiencia. Empezando por el desayuno en fin de semana, que se parece más a un comedor social que a un servicio de hotelería. Muy poco espacio de buffet disponible para tantos clientes, daba una impresión de que fuéramos todos unos muertos de.hsmbre. Patético. En la habitación, el WC perdía suus. No se le hace mantenimiento adecuado. Habitación 5149 Y el servicio de entretenimiento del TV para conectar un dispositivo por wifi, fallo la primera noche. Pueden parecer menudencias, pero es que antes está cadena tenía una relación calidad precio excelente, y las continuas subidas de precio hacen que este producto ya no sea atractivo como antes.
La calefacción muy alta y sin poder bajar la temperatura. No entiendo como en un momento de restricción energética y de cambio climático pueden gastar de esta manera tanta calefacción. No se es responsable energéticamente. Por el resto todo muy bien.

Nuestro Motel One Viena-Westbahnhof está totalmente impregnado del ambiente del cercano barrio de los museos, en especial del MUMOK, el Museo de Arte Moderno. Los colores vivos y un diseño extravagante están presentes hasta en el más ínfimo detalle de nuestro hotel. Ya en la recepción le invitan a relajarse dos coloridos sofás «Enzis», que están por todas partes en el barrio de los museos. Contemporáneas y originales son también las obras del vienés Thomas Draschan, que participó en el diseño exclusivo de la recepción, la zona de desayuno, el bar y las habitaciones del hotel. Sus obras para pared y sus collages luminosos desprenden el típico carácter vienés y juegan con escenas de la estación del oeste, estereotipos y absurdos, por supuesto combinados con una gran dosis de humor.
Nuestro hotel de diseño se encuentra en las inmediaciones de Mariahilfer Straße, una popular calle comercial que sale del centro de la ciudad en dirección al palacio de Schönbrunn. Desde aquí también es fácil llegar a otros lugares de interés turístico del centro, como el Palacio Imperial de Hofburg, la catedral de San Esteban y la Ópera Nacional. La Estación del oeste se encuentra justo en la puerta del hotel y permite realizar cómodamente excursiones a los alrededores, con lo que nuestro Motel One es la base ideal para viajar a Viena. ¿Le ha entrado ya el gusanillo por viajar? Subrayamos a la cita de Novalis que, por cierto, también encontrará en los artísticos collages de las habitaciones: «Soñamos con viajar por el espacio: ¿es que el espacio no está en nosotros?» Y le proponemos que no es necesario que sea por el espacio: ¡puede empezar por nuestro hotel económico en Viena!
