Hi ,I was late for my check in, but i felt welcome. The man at the desk was verry friendly and helpful. The rooms are verry comfortable and clean; The breakfast was verry good - and the fact that breakfast was served in the bar made it special.

This has been definitely amongst the best hotel experiences I’ve had. In addition to all the facilities and cleanliness and the location, The staff and their professionalism is incredible and plays a more significant role in my decision of wanting to go back to this hotel everytime I travel.

Due to maintenance on the city water network, there was no water available from midnight until the morning. I had to check out without the opportunity to take a shower.

Great country great hotel
You cannot beat the location of Motel One Chopin, Warsaw! It's in the best spot—just a 4-minute walk to Nowy Świat, the most vibrant street in the city. The hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a very convenient and comfortable stay. The staff is always smiling and happy to help, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The bar and café in the lobby are cozy and perfect for relaxing with a drink. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Warsaw!
This is a great place to stay either on business trip or privately. State of art interior, cleanliness, central location, quite rooms, unique atmosphere where I like to come back.
Como todos los hoteles que ya conozco de la cadena. Muy limpio, sábanas y toallas nuevas, camas y almohadas cómodas. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda y luminosa. Excelente situación. Siempre digo que le falta una pequeña nevera como algo a mejorar.

Everything is great as always: lovely bar/lobby,, great rooms, reception works perfectly, croissants for breakfast are to die for. A few things to improve: put on smart tv in rooms (Bluetooth barely works, screen share is only possible with android), add some kind of loyalty program (it’s weird to stay in the same hotel for the 8th time and not get any benefits) and maybe make sure the security guy on the first floor is less aggressive with checking your hotel card?
The location, staff, cleanliness and cutting edge atmosphere make Motel One a wonderful place to stay. Filip, Krystyna, Kinga, Mateus and Paulina made my stay great.
You offer me a voucher of included breakfast. When I arrive hotel, I have to pay extra 58 pln for breakfast. (But was included? in the voucher for first time), I asked for 1 only invoice and reception, probably because it is junior, said me NOT possible. I insist today by email to your Warsaw hotel. 2 options: 1. Check in the website booking if the voucher was real or not? If real, why I had to pay extra? 2. If not real voucher, please remake the 2 invoices (room and breakfast, into only 1 invoice. I wait your reply.

Lounge/bar is the best part of the experience. Super friendly Staff, especially in the bar. Rooms are too small, without any amenities like water kettle(coffe/tea base), pen/notes. Aircon wasn't working properly. No free water att all in the hall. Nowadays tap/water dispenser available 24h is usually base. Breakfast - every day the same things. Not worth the price at all. Apart from boiled eggs and quite cold pancakes - everything was cold food. No scrumbbled eggs/sausages/bacon/ porridge etc at all. Good fresh bread. Not good quality coffee grains. Good selection of tea. Parking wasn't available. Great location.
The ventilation system in my room was very lound, even when the heating system was turned off. This was a disturbance when I was trying to fall asleep.

En lineas generales bien, pero que no se pueda poner la calefacción en la habitación a menos que baje de cierta temperatura es algo indeseable tratándose de una ciudad donde en invierno hace mucho frío.
Excelente trato y amabilidad de Marta en recepción y Cristina en el desayuno. En la habitación sería necesario un minibar

Me gustó mucho el hotel en general. Hice la reserva tras conocer hace varios años su hotel en Leizpig. Esperaba que la habitación fuese más pequeña después de leer los comentarios que había al respecto en su pagina web. Creo que acerté plenamente al elegir Motel One frente a los varios hoteles del competidos francés. Les felicito. Hasta pronto.
Es un buen lugar para llegar de vacaciones Bien ubicado
Colchón muy cómodo y habitación muy limpia. El desayuno estaba bastante bien, sobre todo porque no es un hotel como tal, sino, un motel. Está muy céntrico.
Ubicación perfecta para visitar el Stare Miasto. Se puede ir caminando. Cerca de cafeterias y restaurantes, también alguna tienda de comestibles. También está cerca la parada del autobús 175, que va al aeropuerto Chopin. Incluso se puede llegar a Warzawa Centralna dando un paseo algo más largo (unos 20 minutos) Habitación cómoda, silenciosa y limpia. No contratamos el desayuno por la cercanía de las cafeterías.
Calidad precio genial, solo que estaba un poco lejos del casco histórico.

El hotel es muy agradable, bonito el diseño de los espacios y la habitación muy cómoda a pesar de ser bastante pequeña. El desayuno realmente excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable.

Hotel situado cerca del centro, ideal para hacer turismo, con habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Lo mejor el desayuno, ya que dispone de productos sin lactosa (leches vegetales, postres lácteos y sustitutos del queso) perfectos para los intolerantes a lactosa.
Personal atento y amable. Sobretodo en el desayuno, este es variado pero se echa en falta algun alimento caliente (excepto los huevos y pancake). Habitacion siguiendo la linea de motel one. Bien cuidada y confortable. Esta vez echamos en falta que pedimos luz natural y nos dieron la 722, que justamente era en piso alto pero con una estructura metalica delante. Buena situacion y facil acceso. Repetiremos y recomendaremos.
