Motel 1 Lautenschlagerstrasse is overall good, like all Motel 1s I've been in. Areas to become better are attention and friendliness of the staff at the reception and the bar. No minibar in the rooms is OK, but stripping guests with, for example, 6 € for a bottle of fizzy water is insane in my view.

No es la primera vez que me alojaba en un hotel de su cadena, por lo tanto que conocía bien sus servicios. En cuanto a comentarios constructivos, no entiendo porque a una compañera que se alojó también en su hotel, desde recepción se le hizo entrega de una botella de agua para consumir en la habitación, en cambio a mí, por haber hecho la reserva directamente con ustedes, no podía disfrutar de ese detalle. Me comentaron que podía coger agua en vaso de los dispensadores que tienen ustedes en recepción. Se agradece poder disponer de agua en la habitación, es un detalle que he experimentado en otros hoteles también.Creo que estaría bien de ofrecerlo a todos los clientes que lo deseen. En cuanto al desayuno, ninguna queja en lo que a comida se refiere, pero en caso de mucha afluencia, si las mesas convencionales estan ocupadas (no hay muchas), las butacas y sofas no son tan cómodos para comer. Considero que son más bien para tomar un café o una copa. A parte de esto, mi experiencia es su hotel ha estado muy agradable y recomendable. Muchas gracias

All the employees were friendly and polite. Especially when I was having breakfast in the morning, there was a Turkish waitress. She was very caring and cheerful. I am very glad that you have such employees in your hotel. Everything was perfect

We loved staying here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Our room had plenty of space for us: a couple with our eight year old. The couch made up for him was perfect. The area downstairs for lounging was excellent - there were so many seating areas that made it easy to go read, okay a game, bring in takeout, etc. Just great! My only negative critique is that there was no coffee in the room and we were charged for getting (only) coffee downstairs in the morning. I have never stayed at a hotel without coffee available. So strange to me.

As usual, everything was very good, Yıldız Hanım at the service and Tunç Bey at the reception showed great interest.
We are pleased to stay at your hotel due to its location and we were especially pleased with the hospitality of Yıldız Dikme Hanım and your friends at the reception. However, your hotel certainly has some shortcomings. Room slippers are not luxurious and should be provided in every hotel, there should be personal care kits. The quality of your hotel shampoo is not suitable for your hotel, or at least we would like to see hair conditioner there on our next visit. There is no telephone in the rooms, there should be a telephone in the rooms for emergencies. There should be at least water in each room. By the way, we are very sorry for the rude attitude of your employee Mr. Ali and the rude way he said that it is forbidden to enter the area where our boss's wife is choosing herbal tea. The lady who waited for a long time to order Mr. Ali only wanted to look at your herbal tea varieties because she had a sore throat. We do not want to be exposed to Mr. Ali's rude attitude next time. Therefore, we may not prefer to stay at your hotel because hospitality is very important to us, first of all, Mr. Ali should learn to be tolerant towards his elders, leaving aside the fact that we are guests.
Good Hotel at a perfect location. The rooms are good and have absolutely everything you need. A ventilation in the bathroom would be nice. Breakfast is absolut chaos.

Room is wonderfull. Not exactly luxurious but otherways excellent. I had a very refreshing 3 day period in the hotel, though my days vere otherwise very busy because of the work. But, every morning I woke up well rested, got a marvelous breakfast and was ready again for the new busy day. Highly recommendable accommodation in the heart of the city.

I hat a Very good experience with personal especially with Mr. Sekou Tito He was very helpful. the room was very clean but little bit small and also the desk in the room was so small and there was no minibar. but i got a good experience.

Super personal
I like this hotel and have stayed many times. However, even on the fifth floor, my room (above the entrance) did not allow me to open the window--because of the disgusting smell of cigarette smoke that floated up from where people smoke outside. And I am allergic. When there is no air conditioning or air moving in the room, it was a pity not to be able to open the window for fresh air.
The Motel One Experience. Just the Switch for the bathroom did not work properly, and the shower head almost fell from the wall. A fix and the 9 Stars return :D
It's my first time at Mitte hotel but I love every Motel One till now. location is so good to feel Stuttgart, 50 steps to sbahn =) Also restaurant, bars are just for a walk. Room was clean as always. Bar is good again and bartenders were so kind and helpfull.
Small room, large price.
The hotel is located downtown with easy access to all modes of transportation. The staff was very friendly, the decor is modern and cozy, the room was spacious enough and very clean. I would highly recommend it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The ambience was modern and vibrant, creating a cool and relaxing vibe throughout. Although my room was slightly smaller than those in other European hotels I've stayed at, it was still well-appointed and comfortable. The location was fantastic—just steps away from the train station and a short stroll to the lively Schlossplatz. The staff were always friendly and went above and beyond to assist with any requests. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The grading would have been even better, but the pillows were not that good. Very good value for money. This was our first Motel One experience, but not the last.
Gewohnter Motel One Standard.
most aspects of my stay were good; booking, check-in, room and lobby cleanliness. however the digital experience of managing my booking and using the offer of a free breakfast as a reward for signing up with 'beOne' was ridicuious. It was bad enough for me to not select the Motel One brand again. as your basically a highly digital experience hotel things need to work PERFECTLY EVERYTIME !!

We enjoyed our stay - Staff was cheerful and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable. We loved the design of the common spaces and the convenience of its location.
Nice modern central hotel.
The hotel was clean and had a nice atmosphere to it, it also has good facilities for sleeping well, but the staff was disappointing to say the least. During our check in the receptionist couldn't find our booking even if I gave him my passport, wrote down my name, gave him my email and the invoice that I got when I paid for the hotel in the spring. He claimed that maybe we have a reservation in the haubtbanhof motel one. When I looked at the screen, my reservation was the first one in the list on the computer. We had booked breakfast for 3 mornings, the first morning nobody came to ask for our room number but the second AND third morning when the staff came to ask for our room number, they said that there was no such room as our number. Then they asked whether we had booked the breakfast to which I said yes. Then the person went away and came back just to say that no room or breakfast is there. I had to get the invoice again to show that I have booked breakfast. The same member of staff came to ask my room number the following morning and I the same thing happened again even if I told the person that we went through the same thing yesterday that you didn't believe we had breakfast even if we did. The lounge bar was terrible on Saturday evening: we had to wait for service for 10 minutes and the bartender wrote our order down (4 drinks) and still he did one wrong drink. All in all, the service of the hotel during our stay was terrible to say the least, and on grounds of that, I cannot recommend your hotel to anyone or stay in your hotel myself even if I have stayed in your hotel for at least 6 times before and the service used to be good.

Mostly positive with three exceptions 1) the breakfast is too expensive with respect to the offering and the quality of seating - it's not fun to eat you breakfast while lying on a couch 2) Why does the TV switch on every time I enter the room? SAVE ENERGY, SAVE THE PLANET 3) Check-In waiting time too long as both clerks were occupied serving ONE customer while the waiting line was increasing to the entrance door 4) Was not able to obtain my water bottle at the bar as no waiter was to be seen to serve me. 5) Bathrooms very tiny - could be hard for "larger" guests
Exelente en general y por por poner un punto mejorable, sería el tamaño del baño, que aún siendo completo era muy reducido.
Hotel muy céntrico, bien situado para ver la ciudad y a dos minutos de trenes, metro y bus. Recepcionistas amables. Habitación cama grande cómoda, muy silenciosa, con cuarto de baño un poco pequeño pero limpio, con aire acondicionado. Se agradecería una nevera. Zona tranquila con supermercado y cafeterias en la esquina. Hotel muy recomendable. Volvería seguro.

El hotel está fenomenal, único punto a mejorar seria que el desayuno tenga tortilla , salchichas tc...Falta para ser completo algún plato caliente
