Nice rooms and situated near the town marked. Checking in was very slow. Breakfast area the furniture was bad you were sitting very badly in so low chairs. The bar was understaffed and the one bar tender there could't make the drinks right. Kr Jan

I was very disappointed when a parking spot was not available, even though I in September was confirmed that I would have one reserved for me. But other than that I enjoyed my stay
The hotel is very close to the city centre and the university, which was especially helpful in my case. I had stayed at the Motel One in Nürnberg, so I knew what it would be like. I am especially impressed by how quiet the rooms are, even if there is a major road right next to it.

Staff super friendly. I'm sorry that i forgot to note down her name but she was very helpful. Rooms and bathroom very clean, only thing is the size of the room, for two people adequate, a little cramped for 3. Make sure you don't bring too much luggage with you ;)
Hotel is very well located, bedrooms are spacious and quiet with very comfortable beds, breakfast is generous and delicious. However, no kettle neither a bottle of water were available in the bedroom. A small tray with a kettle, cups, some tea bags / instant coffee and bottles of water in the room would be very welcome.

This was my second stay at the property. Again a great stay. The only thing that did not permit a 10/10 was the extra unforeseen and unexplained extra charge (I think it was 17 euro) that I had to pay when checking in. The desk person said it must have been a discrepancy from the online booking - I did not argue but I was not happy with it.

Good location. Easy access to shopping malls, restaurants and seafront. Parking facilities at the hotel premises was excellent. Clean accommodation. Good service and friendly staff.

It would have been good to have been told on the website or when booking that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment. There was no lounge or bar available and reception could not find any umbrellas, despite the heavy rain outside. The room apparently had a very new carpet, which still smelled rather unpleasant.
Your booking system demanded double payment to get a key. The building & furniture need renovation. Drinks are served in broken glasses.
I general very good for the price. The only thing that I think was not very good was breakfast and the space for eating. No bacon, scrambled egg.
Your reception personel were extremly kind. I had made reservation for wrong night but finally got a nice room and already at noon. Room and the view were excelent, lobby and breakfast area cosy.
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. The room was warm and clean, the breakfast was very tasty.

The Aircondition made so much noice that kept me awake the whole night. In stead of a god nights rest I was more tired before going to bed when going to work the day after.

Todo perfecto excepto la atención en recepción. La persona que nos atendió, Tobi fue bastante desagradable y me atrevo a decir que rozó la grosería y mala educación: Reservé 3 habitaciones y al solicitarle el pagar separadamente me dijo que no era posible, me sacó la factura conjunta, le insistí en el motivo de su negativa y terminó escribiendo en un papel una cantidad de 2000€ para hacerme ver que ese era el importe que yo pagaría si me hospedaba en cualquier otro hotel de los alrededores. En ningún momento cuestioné el precio del hotel solo quería dividir el mismo entre las 3 habitaciones, que por otro lado si me explica que podía haber sido un error al emitir la factura, lo habría entendido y no hacía falta llegar a ese nivel de mala educación. También le indique que veníamos de otro Motel One en Colonia y la factura fue separada sin problema como así ha sido también en Berlín.
