Online booking, then online check-in, to safe time upon arrival. Well, there was indeed an extra counter for people that went through the process of checking in online but no-one to help getting me the key to my room… so much for saving time! I then dropped off my luggage in the room which was clean, nothing special, but entirely ok considering the price paid. Since I had some time to kill before my appointment, I decided to have a proper Bavarian Hefeweizen at the bar. Some other customers had the same idea and same thirst. But: nobody close that would serve us. One lady at the front desk, busy with checking in a line of guests apologized, saying that she‘s alone and can’t leave the front desk. I forgot to ask her name so I could positively highlight her as she was handling the situation remarkably well, but whoever at Motel One reads this: the young lady working last Saturday, March 15th is definitely a keeper!

Standard quality from Motel One as we know it. The cleaness and the friendly staff is the number one assets. The room size is kind of limited for two people. The lack of a water boiler or coffee machine in the room is a minor issue. Collors make up our day :)

We had a wheelchair and barrier-free room but the 3 handicap parking spots were taken. I was skeptical these cars were entitled to the spots but cannot be sure. 2 if the spots were occupied by souped-up cars and one by a very small car. Maybe you should do something about this.

Staff is very friendly. The only thing that is a shame is that they don't offer food for dinner but also don't allow you to eat takeaway in the lobby area, which is full of tables. Making it ideal for exactly this. Otherwise this hotel is very well located, usually you can get a parking space in the car park and it is very close to the SUPREME fair ground.

The Restaurant Seating Area is too dark during breakfast!
Room was clean and tidy with good charging facilities. The big miss for me personally that was frustrating and would prevent me booking again was the lack of tea/ coffee making facilities. The shower didn’t drain properly, I had to remove the cover before each use. Reception staff were helpful and polite. Twice I went to the bar and had to wait 5 mins for someone to come to provide service. Price was reasonable for the facilities.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed. The shower head hose was somehow twisted which meant the shower did not work correctly. The carpet in the bedroom could have been cleaner.
Great location, very competent and friendly staff, delicious breakfast with satisfying vegan options. The room was clean and comfortable but some items were broken and the water temperature was very difficult to regulate (mostly just too hot or very cold).

Although check-in took time due to the long queue at my time of arrival (3:30pm), there was very friendly and generous staff. I requested a room on the upper floors with view over Munich. And what should I say, I was not disappointed. I got assigned a room on the top floor with magnificent view downtown. The room was quiet and very tidy with comfortable beds. Only the location could be better. The hotel's location is approx. 10-15min walk to the closest public transport (metro/U-Bahn). I would recommend and come back one day.

Very comfortable and clean. Loved the bathroom-especially the powerful shower. Is your use dimmed lighting? Too dark! Surprised that did not need room key to operate lift to room. Security is important when travelling alone.
I liked everything. The Room was clean and no negative interactions with any of the staff. The only downside that i had was that the breakfast did not have any sausages or baked beans. But to be fair the Breakfast was still very good because there are a lot of other things to choose from :).
Room Door was hard to open. Asked to fix. Did not happen so asked the front desk to help me open the room door. Was quite annoyed in helping. Overall: Change attitude of staff!

Overall good. Room was a little smaller than I was expecting (maybe it’s just the layout) and the AC wasn’t cold enough for me.
All in all, the stay was fine. The price for a bottle of water almost borders on theft. A bottle of Selters costs €6.00 for 0.75 liters. In comparison, a crate of Selters costs €7.99 (plus refundable deposit) at REWE, for example. The crate contains 12x1l of water. This concept should be urgently reconsidered, because all in all Motel One provides very good service for the prices it charges.
Having been a regular guest at Motelone I experienced the usual setup, however, the cleanliness during my last stay offers room for improvement
Very nice hotel for an attractive price this time. Good bed, perfect location for us. I find only the watrer bottle at the bar very (too) expensive
Everything was clean and in great condition. Reception staff was fabulous, thanks again. I had to rush, so didnt use the lounge or breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, very well situated downtown but still quiet. Love the design and the cleanliness.
No AC in the room while it was very warm outside. Which would be fine if the windows would open more... No fridge. No coffee machine. Too basic for that price!
Good hotel for the price and location, just a short ride from the town center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was it was so hot in our room, we had to sleep with the window open. The staff told us the AC was working normally, but I don’t think that was the case, but they were kind enough to switch our rooms.
The stay was great but the room was very hot, the air conditioning was broken and after asking the receptionist she did not do much or help.
The room was really small, no glass, spoon, nothing. The room was quite noisy as well, unfortunately I could here my neighbours and people walking in the corridor during the night.
Not worth the €139 we paid for (without breakfast). The room was very dusty (it doesn't look like it's been stayed in for a while). The A/C system was already off (Sept 20th) and kipping the window doesn't bring any cool air in. Very uncomfortable stay.
Cosy room but a bit basic. Could do with some kettle to prepare a cup of tea or coffee. A bottle of water in a mini bar with some snacks would be handy especially if not restaurant is available. No telephone is available which means if any problem one has, have to go down to reception. Pen and paper would also be handy in case we need to make notes. The bathroom could do with proper shampoo and conditioner rather than just body gel. Having a body cream would be nice too. The breakfast quite basic for the price. Good location, 12 minutes walking distance to Lufthansa Bus Express to the Airport. Walking distance to access to public transport to city center. The room was clean every day with clean towels and linen bed. Staff in reception were very friendly and helpful. Yes I would recommend this hotel to friends and family
First of all, the location is great if you are with the car. I personally like that it was not right in the middle of the city noice. It was clean, I quite like the lobby area, the garage where I had to park was very accessible. But on the other hand, it was what it is. It's a great place to have one night but not longer, for me. I woke up in the middle of the night and realized that I didn't even have 1 bottle of water in the room. But like I said, for 1 night it did the job for me. Would I stay at another motel, any motel. Probably not. Thank you though for the service.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The room itself was nice even though not entirely clean. There was hair in the bathroom, a lot of dust in all corners, stains on the tables and some particles on the bed. Since i’m allergic to dust, I had a hard time breathing at times
I absolutely loved my stay. From the beginning till the end I encountered absolut hospitality. The friendly, accommodating staff at reception, the amazing service of Naxi, serving me my daily green tea and cappuccino un-asked to my breakfast table. What a special treat. The lobby area is absolutely cosy and inviting with all the great couches and chairs, the roof top bar something else. As well my room was great. Small yet offered amazing views over downtown Munich. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return, when back in Munich.
Hotel lindo, pero nuestra habitación estaba lista para una persona y no para dos. Faltaban toallas y duvet. Muy pequeñas las habitaciones, aunque funcionales. En general bien.
Todo va muy ordenado y en las habitaciones no falta nada. El desayuno es excelente.

Se trata de un pequeño robot le irá preparando para la combinación única entre alta tecnología y profundas raíces de la tierra. Esa es la interpretación que el One Bar de nuestro hotel de diseño hace de la imagen de la nube o «cloud» y en un sentido doble: como almacenamiento de datos y como vistas desde el cielo de Múnich. Otro punto que llama la atención es la barra independiente de Ceaserstone, donde podrá mezclarse su bebida favorita o ver como lo hacen los profesionales. En la One Lounge, sin embargo, los muebles de diseño de alta calidad y las alfombras de Baxter, Poliform, Freifrau y Jan Katha crean un ambiente donde sentirse bien y cómodo con elegancia, perfecto para jugar una partida a la Nintendo. El barrio de Parkstadt Schwabing, donde le damos la bienvenida a nuestro hotel, se une el vivir y el negocio en un entorno urbano y a la vez con zonas verdes. El parque que da nombre al barrio es la pieza central de este barrio situado al norte de Múnich. Casi que no hay mejor forma de planear su estancia en Múnich. El hotel se encuentra directamente al lado de las torres Highlight Towers, del Jardín Inglés y de la estación de metro Nordfriedhof a la que llegará en pocos minutos desde nuestro hotel. Con el metro también llegará rápido al Mundo BMW y al Parque Olímpico colindante, así como al centro de la ciudad con la plaza Marienplatz y la estación central. Y desde aquí tampoco se tarda mucho en llegar a la Oktoberfest ...
