Stay was good up to breakfast when there was confusion about if my breakfast was included. The member of staff came to my table 3 times to query the situation. In the end I had to produce my company reservation proof for him to leave me to my breakfast. It would have been far easier if he had said please call in at reception as there seems to be some confusion. Spoilt not only the breakfast but the overall stay.
It was a nice experience , the staffs were so helpful and nice. The room was perfect , it was a 💯.
Wonderful staff make it feel like a home from home - very welcoming and friendly, with special mention of the front desk team - Maria, Chloe, Mila, Dmba, Felicitas, Thada & Pablo. Annie and her housekeeping team do a great job of keeping the rooms clean to such a consistently high standard. Great value and flexibility of cancelling when plans change is a big factor in choosing to return frequently. Providing free quality newspapers (FT & NYT) is a real bonus.
Yet another excellent stay. Never disappoints and I look forward to returning in the future.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The communal space was very inviting and atmospheric. Great breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Had very noisy neighbours on the first night, but great sleep in comfy bed the second night.
The pillows were either too hard or to soft. I hardly slept the first night. But the hotel is lovely
Stayed here before and came back as it's a great location, reasonably priced, stylish, comfortable and a nice bar. Didn't book breakfast this time as had it on a previous visit and cubs l found it disappointing for what it was. But with check out not until midday, I'm very happy to enjoy a lie in then pop round the corner to Weatherspoons for an all day breakfast!
Brilliant stay, can not fault. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean, small but perfect. Bar and lounge area very relaxing and tastfully decorated. Hotel location ideal, right beside a tram stop. Will visit again.
Motel 1 is a pleasant, reasonably priced, city location with friendly staff. The rooms were modern and clean. Areas for improvement would be some some arrangement with one of the local parking garages and more clarity around when you book online and do not provide a credit card guarantee that the room may be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. if you had not checked in by then.
City centre ,price range, friendly staff clean comfortable, grat bed pillows. One of the best value for money places I've ever stayed at. Can't say anything about breakfast
The room was smaller than expected for a kingsize, however it wasn’t an issue as the hotel itself was in a perfect location for us. The room was clean, it has sockets near the mirrors for getting ready, and we were provided with plenty of towels. The cleaners were very polite and friendly! I will definitely be staying again

Love Motel One, our go to place in Manchester. Staff really friendly and helpful. Ticks all the boxes for a mid range hotel. Having tried a number of their locations in Europe they don’t disappoint and are of the same standard

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Bed was incredibly comfortable and slept great. Room was well soundproofed nothing heard from inside or out. Room had everything we needed. The only thing to improve would be for proper mugs and glasses in the rooms as opposed to the paper cups.

After staying at the property with family we found a place where for a reasonable city centre price a quality hotel which we will use again. The bedrooms were functional and the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower area made you want to use it.All in all had a super night's sleep and would recommend the facility to anyone who needs a place to stay whilst in Manchester.
Room clean and linen clean. Problems sorted very quickly. Although we still couldn't get the heating how we like it. Could do with detailed instructions for non tech savvy people.

Friendly staff comfy beds and bar until 2 am, so usefull if you have gone to a show. Very clean hotel and bedroom
The quality of service is very good, the rooms are clean and all expected amenities are to hand. What is poor, unfortunately, is that the rooms are claustrophobic with very little desk space to work or stretch arms out in. Particularly poor is the breakfast as it is only a bare minimum continental with cheap provisions (horrible coffee) in a dark room with only a handful of proper tables and chairs to sit up at. Please look at Travelodge to see how a far better breakfast experience can be done despite being economy. Though the room bathrooms are modern, clean, bright and provide everything one needs - they are *cold*.

Lovely warm welcome from Maria and T at reception…couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful… room was clean and nicely decorated, bed very comfortable and location excellent. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.
From the welcome at reception to the room, all was great. We enjoyed the bar too - and the prices there were reasonable.

Muy bien. Lo mejor: el.hotel y la amabilidad en recepción de sus empleados. Muy simpáticas y serviciales. A mejorar.....yo pondría en el desayuno huevos fritos, escalfados, bacon ......tortitas con sirope...... lo vi muy básico para este hotel y por eso no lo adquirimos.

Primera vez en este hotel y la experiencia en general ha sido muy agradable. Habitación y baño limpios, la cama es estupenda, la habitación es tranquila y no había ruido. La ducha podría tener más presión pero no estaba mal tampoco. El personal atento y amable en especial Fernando que nos ayudó mucho con recomendaciones de la zona que nos encantaron. El hotel está muy bien situado. A mejorar el desayuno, que es bastante limitado y sin mucha variedad para el precio que tiene. Volveríamos sin duda, un descubrimiento recomendable en el centro de Manchester.

Era la primera vez que hemos ido a Motel One. El personal amabilísimo, la habitación muy limpia y la ubicación excelente.
El hotel esta muy bien hubicado en pleno centro de Manchester, las habitacioines son muy comodas y el muy atento. Tambien es de destacar la limpieza. Sin duda es para recomendar.
Agradable lobby, variado desayuno aunque las habitaciones no son demasiado espaciosas. La atención del personal es realmente excelente y la ubicación céntrica e ideal para el turista.

Elegante hotel situado en el centro de Manchester. La habitación era pequeña con relación al tamaño de la cama.
Muy limpio y confortable. Ubicación inmejorable. La única pega es que no esperaba no poder tomar ni un sándwich un día que quise quedarme por la noche en el hotel. Me dijeron que sólo tenían snaks…
Buena atención, habitación confortable, buena ubicación, estancia agradable. Seguramente volveremos.
