Excellent value hotel. Perfect location in central manchester but very quiet. Big comfortable bed, decent shower and bathroom. Good quality and size tv.
Overall the property was clean, immaculate location and the staff were as always amazing. Internet fast enough to stream with my Roku stick, which personally is a big part of making a hotel trip feel like "home". It's my favourite hotel in Manchester (that's within our work budget) for a reason- I wanted to quickly pop over to the Trafford Centre and when I googled it I realized I had ten minutes to catch a tram or it would take an hour and a half minimum - I made it since the tram station is 20 seconds out the front door. Breakfast lovely too. Two issues, one minor and nitpicky one genuinely a little annoying. First the nitpick - the televisions all are locked to use motion smoothing and it looks awful, I did say it was a nitpick haha. Turn it off it makes everything look like a soap opera. Then the bigger one: their ice machine was partially broken and they didn't have any buckets, so the bar staff woman (who was lovely) could only give me a pint glass. You guys don't have minifridges (it's much less common in the UK) and I often use the bucket with some milk so I can have coffee/tea first thing like I prefer. This seems like a nitpick but it really isn't, I think ice is an absolutely essencial feature for hotels and it's the only thing keeping you from a perfect score. Spend a little on your ice experience it will be used. Thanks

The location was excelent. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and we liked the bar area. Our two rooms were adjacent and available on arrival. Great value for money.
Fab location, friendly helpful staff. Clean room, comfy beds. Lovely powerful shower and fluffy towels. Arrived earlier than check-in but our room was ready so that was a bonus. Only suggested improvement would be maybe a few more options at breakfast

Better value for money elsewhere. Bathroom small and unable to shave in sink as no removable plug. Shower sprays onto the floor. Room very small with minimal cupboards/drawer space. Reception staff's english very poor. Made to feel like a foreigner in my own country. Bar staff very good. Communal toilets spotless.

Friendly and professional staff on Reception, at Breakfast and in the Bar. Had a little hiccup with housekeeping but again it was dealt with well. Will stay with you again next time I am in Manchester and recommend to friends and colleagues.

A good location in central for a hotel in central Manhester. The room was rather small but the bed was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Lovely receptionist gave a very good first impression. Room clean and comfortable- only negatives were the water pressure for the shower and fact that felt very overlooked from adjoining building.
Recent Stay This is probably 5th time I've stayed snd once again found the experience perfect.From the welcome from staff the free bottle of water. The bar staff showing interest in my wine choice, and noting my opinion to share with others. The room was clean and well appointed. Areas for improvement shower base in 464 needs replacing as creaking as if supports broken. I find instant cafe a no no snd pod machines would be beneficial. Room was good size good quality blackout curtains. Great value hotel

Great location and room layout with a nice lounge bar. Two people on reception kept doing what they were doing without acknowledging my presence which did not feel welcoming. The last time I stayed, the receptionist was brilliant. It’s the first impression a guest has so essential to get it right.
The hotel is in a perfect location to see all the sights of central Manchester and it has a tram stop right outside the door. The room was clean, cosy and quiet. The bar felt like a great place to hang out at the end of a busy day. I'd highly recommend a stay here.
The hotel was clean, staff were super friendly, and in a good location in Manchester to get to other places. My only complaints are being woken up early on the Friday morning due to bins being slammed/emptied on the ground floor outside (I heard this despite being on the 8th floor, and wearing ear plugs, and it seems throughout my stay staff were letting the bin lids outside slam when disposing of things). I also had to adjust my travel dates to make them more affordable, Thurs/Fri night were £100 cheaper than Fri/Sat night which is a huge difference in cost.
Todo muy limpio y muy bonito. Solicité desayuno sin gluten y, aunque me ofrecieron pan sin tostar, el resto estaba en el mismo buffet con lo que la contaminación era importante. Tendrian que estar más informados.
El hotel genial en general, muy bien ubicado, habitacionrs limpias y acogedoras y la atención de10, sobretodo de Eduardo, Roy y Daniel, un encanto de personas.

Muy bien. Lo mejor: el.hotel y la amabilidad en recepción de sus empleados. Muy simpáticas y serviciales. A mejorar.....yo pondría en el desayuno huevos fritos, escalfados, bacon ......tortitas con sirope...... lo vi muy básico para este hotel y por eso no lo adquirimos.

Primera vez en este hotel y la experiencia en general ha sido muy agradable. Habitación y baño limpios, la cama es estupenda, la habitación es tranquila y no había ruido. La ducha podría tener más presión pero no estaba mal tampoco. El personal atento y amable en especial Fernando que nos ayudó mucho con recomendaciones de la zona que nos encantaron. El hotel está muy bien situado. A mejorar el desayuno, que es bastante limitado y sin mucha variedad para el precio que tiene. Volveríamos sin duda, un descubrimiento recomendable en el centro de Manchester.

Era la primera vez que hemos ido a Motel One. El personal amabilísimo, la habitación muy limpia y la ubicación excelente.
El hotel esta muy bien hubicado en pleno centro de Manchester, las habitacioines son muy comodas y el muy atento. Tambien es de destacar la limpieza. Sin duda es para recomendar.
Agradable lobby, variado desayuno aunque las habitaciones no son demasiado espaciosas. La atención del personal es realmente excelente y la ubicación céntrica e ideal para el turista.
