I am writing to express a concern I had during my recent check-in at the hotel. While the receptionist was assisting me, a male guest approached and requested a new key card, stating he had left his in the room. The receptionist provided a new key without asking for any identification or verification. As a customer, I find this lack of security protocol concerning. I would like to commend the receptionist for his helpfulness in recommending an alternative room when my preferred choice was unavailable. I was very satisfied with his suggestion. However, I am disappointed that I have not yet received my invoice via email, as I requested upon check-in. I prefer email invoices for environmental and organizational reasons. Due to this inconvenience, my overall rating for reception during this stay will not be as high as usual. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

functional room, clean & adequate for an overnight business trip. Clean although had a damp smell when you entered. Beds comfortable although didn't sleep well due to the noise of trains, traffic & trams. Would prefer to have water available than tea/coffee
After having stayed at the branch at St Peter's Square I expected an equal experience. That wasn't quite the case. The thermostat turned itself on time and again and made sleeping an uncomfortable experience. The tv didn't work either. All other expects were at the same level as the other branch.

Room heating system is a nightmare. You can’t control temperature from the room. You have to call the front desk to adjust. If after adjusting, the temperature still isn’t right, you have to call again.
A quiet and comfortable stay, just a small issue with the shower that i pointed out to reception upon check out.

Motel One piccadilly is always very welcoming and the staff are fabulous, they managed to check in me early which is a bonus after travelling for a few hours to get to Manchester. Staff were very attentive
Fantastic location for my needs. Clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly, helpful and professional reception staff.
The stay was uncomfortable for a number of reasons. The air con in the room was broken, and the actual temperature was an uncomfortable 24c and there was no window that opened. At 4am I couldn’t bare not sleeping any more, so we were changed room which I was grateful for, but the aircon was also broken there despite being assured everything was working. The icon was flashing so I believe it would have been turned off remotely for the building, as around 10:00 it started working and the icon stopped flashing. I also feel the room was far from the photos, in that it was incredibly basic, no side table for the other guest, no mirror at the dressing table, and just incredibly basic. The windows were dirty with pigeons on the ledge with no anti bird spikes, although the room was otherwise clean, and well sound proofed. The staff were friendly, and check in was quite quick, but needing to change rooms at 4am is disappointing.

What a lovely hotel, absolutely stunning to walk into, an amazing location and the staff were all so nice. I've just cancelled my 5 star hotel to stay here again. The room was lovely and clean, it was basic in terms of lack of fridge but still had a wardrobe, hairdryer, coffee facilities and the bathroom was fantastic. Thanks so much motel one, really enjoyable stay
All perfectly clean and pleasant
Enjoyed a one night stay here . The room was comfortable, bathroom great and the breakfast had a good variety and great machine coffee. Nice lounge/lobby area with a bar, and no problem to leave bags at reception on check out day. Paid £10 for check out one hour later to fit in with our plans. Parked at Qpark which is next door. Would definately stay again.
Lovely staff. Great room. First room had a broken plug which is why i didnt score 10 but i got moved easily. Breakfast was divine.
This is my second visit to Motel One Piccadilly - I last stayed here in November 2022 and it's now my hotel of choice in the centre of Manchester. It really is excellent - spotlessly clean, pleasant staff, comfortable, good internet, and couldn't be closer to Piccadilly train station. I chose it based on customer reviews in Booking.com and the accolades are well-deserved.

We arrived from Belfast at 9am and were just hoping to leave our bags at reception but our room was ready which was great. The receptionist was extremely friendly as were all the staff we encountered.

Comfortable, clean rooms with adequate facilities. Friendly staff. Always love the lounge and bar and how the decor is themed to the city you are in. Good choice at breakfast, all fresh and tasty, easy to use.

Hola, me ha gustado mucho su hotel. Sin embargo, no me ha llegado la factura del pago de mi estadía, y la necesito con urgencia.
Personal muy agradable, limpio y bien ubicado. Faltan perchas para colgar la ropa en la habitación y quizá un pequeño armario.
Muy buena ubicación cerca de la estación. El personal de recepción es de 10 y la habitación muy cómodo. Excelente.

Es mi primera opción si me tengo que quedar en Manchester. Lo único negativo es la falta de google/apple cast en las TV (estamos en 2024) y la falta de habitaciones con bañera. Por lo demás perfecto.
La única pega que puedo poner es el Wifi, que era muy lento. Por todo lo demás, ha sido un gusto alojarme en el Motel One Picadilly.

hola simple pero confortable, la cama excelente. el desayuno es muy monótomo, siempre hay los mismo, deberia haber mas variedad.

El personal de recepción muy amable. Me hubiese gustado preguntarle el nombre al chico que nos hizo el check-in porque nos dio recomendaciones y orientaciones muy buenas. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. La situación es muy buena. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas.
Un lobby muy bonito, habitación grande y decorada con mucho gusto, personal en la recepción y en el desayuno muy amables y serviciales, desayuno superabundante, localización al lado de la estación de trenes.
Muy bien la habitación, pero el Night Manager que nos recibió fue muy poco amable: llega es a las 01:00 am, esperamos a que abriera la puerta, llegó de lejos, se acercó para que se abriera la puerta y al abrirse, se dio media vuelta a recepción sin dar ni las buenas noches siquiera. Hizo el checking y nos dio solamente una llave de la habitación. No nos explicó nada del hotel, ni nos ofreció el desayuno, ni nos explicó el wifi, nada. Muy antipático. La ubicación maravillosa.

Hotel bien situado en lineas generales y justo enfrente de la estación de trenes Picadilly. No es barato pero no es de los más caros. Ofrecr café/te gratis en cada habitación. No hablan español.

¡Bienvenidos a la ciudad de la música, bienvenidos a Manchester! Acorde a esto, el Motel One Manchester Piccadilly está decorado con papel pintado con retratos de las famosas bandas. En la zona del bar, las sillas de club Varier y los sofás de Living Divani crean el relajado ambiente que se vive entre bastidores donde las guitarras eléctricas y los vinilos le dan el toque diseño. Y no podía faltar el símbolo de la ciudad, la afanosa abeja que también se hospeda en el hotel. Un collage de fotos sobre la temática de la Manchester Bee pone el toque de color, las lámparas de péndulo doradas de Produzione Privata recuerdan al cuerpo de las abejas y en los bancos de Signet hay cojines en color miel.
Nuestro hotel asequible de diseño se encuentra en el centro de Manchester en las inmediaciones de numerosos lugares emblemáticos como el teatro Royal Manchester Theatre y la catedral Manchester Cathedral. Justo enfrente está la estación Piccadilly Station, la estación central de la ciudad, lo que permite llegar fácilmente a lugares como el Salford Quays y el aeropuerto de Manchester.
