To be honest, I would have given less. I just don’t see the value for the price. I realize it’s a four star however the amenities don’t justify the price. The basic essentials were not included could’ve stayed in a different hotel for the same price and had all of the things this place was missing.
Overall the hotel is good and very well located but the rooms are a bit to small.
It continues to be a home when staying around Hannover. Good service, clean facilities, nice vibe.

The personnel at the reception was very friendly and provided useful information regarding parking our car. e also liked that we could get a coffee from the breakfast bar in the morning (without the need to have breakfast there). As usual I feel that the price for the hotel breakfast is too high. By now it is very similar to a lunch and not suitable for people that only like a small snack in the morning. Motel One does have an excellent concept and we always consider staying in one of them.
Everything worked well and staff were always helpful. Good value.

I am a frequent visitor and everything is always perfect. I asked to clean the room twice in my last stay 4 nights But my request was total ignored . I had to go to the front desk to pick new towels. In my check out ,my flight was delayed for a later time and I requested to stay tell 1 pm instead of checking out at 12 but my request was also rejected right away . Sometimes flexibility is indeed important. You guys have an exceptional facility and I always recommend the hotel As both staff and facility’s are great .

I really had a great stay at Motel well, great location. The staff were really friendly, especially reception, very welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was very well maintained and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The only improvement or comment I had is that there was no kettle in the room, which is quite hard for me as enjoy my tea while working in my room. I did request some hot water from the bar, which the were very willing to help, but quite an inconvenience. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Thank you

overall nicely appointed hotel very friendly and hlepful staff rooms nicely finished but there are NO drawers or cupboards - so all my shirts and undies either stay in the bag or hang up in full view. perhaps a narrow hanging space would make it a little nicer. breakfast nice, but no hot food - prefer hot scrambled eggs / wurst / bacon rather than all cold cuts

One of my favourite hotel chains. Good reception and very friendly staff. Rooms clean with good beds. Small bathroom but with a good shower. Good internet connection. Breakfast might be little better, extend with some hot items.
The hotel atmosphere is beyond excellent, the location, staff, services and cleanliness all was exceptional, start from front desk staff , house keeping, to restaurant staff were amazing and friendly Although I thought the variety of food needed to be little more varied You can feel the difference and peace of mind from the minute you enter the hotel The location of the hotel and rooms size are heavenly good .

very friendly staff, excellent location, superb beds, best sleep ever,. Excellent and spotless rooms. Enjoyable breakfast. Reasonable price especially in view of the high quality of facility. One problem apparently applying to all German hotels: miserably cold rooms everywhere and inoperative thermostats. Incidentally I live in Canada and am used to cold weather, but not indoors, please. I cannot recommend visits to Germany in winter in spite of Glühwein.
