I still wonder why I haven’t known this Hotelchain before now. I stayed in MotelOne Opera in Vienna. Fantastic stay and the same here in Hamburg 😘 Have recommended your hotels to friends and family.
This is our third visit here from Australia. We love this hotel and sitting the bar relaxing after sightseeing this wonderful city. The location is perfect, rooms are comfortable and quiet, staff are always welcoming and friendly.
The hotel is excellent, and the location is superb. The only issue for me is the curtains are not blackout curtains, so as soon as the sun starts coming out. I would get woken up.

Very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. location is top. the only thing I missed is a glass in the room. you get a complimentary bottle of water at check-in, very much appreciated, but then no glass to drink it.

We had to wait to check-in, but when it was finally our turn they were very friendly. The breakfast buffet did not have that much variation and no scrambled eggs or bacon. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean. I would recommend and book it again as the location is great and the staff friendly and helpful. Finding your way in the halls was a bit difficult as there weren't a lot of signs. It was great that the motel had separate lifts for staff and guests so there were always plenty lifts available. The dimmer in the room was very practical. One of the bedside lamps was very unuseful and in the way. It would be nice to be able to make coffee and tea in the room. It was a fun experience to have staff members walking around the breakfast buffet offering you warm croissants and espresso while you were sitting down. The smokers area should not be directly in front of the motel as it is very offputting for nonsmokers and families.

This would bring the experience (and hygiene) to a next level and facilitate cleaning Shower with plastic floor cell is in general not a good experience in all motel one In general at motel one i always eonder why you guys never adress the problem with the horrible coffee. This is a worldwide problem. Get an expert to propose coffee with a good taste (eg alnatura own brand or DM in getmany -> its even better than illy or other with low acidity and not too roasted) make sure that the machines have correct settings for pressure and heat. If you add warm goat milk as an option you would be next level. I assure you its worthwhile to put more effort into. I doubt that there is additional cost but if there is its maybe 1 Eur which everybody would be happy to pay.

For the reasons I travel to Hamburg, which is for business, I find MotelOne the most suitable place to stay. The location is great, the Service is quick, the employees are friendly and willing to support.
Motel One—Fleetinsel is my preferred location in Hamburg. It has a nice ambience and friendly service. The bar is known for its very extensive range of gins. It is well located to Hamburg Harbour and Harbour City as well as to other locations.
Rooms are too small Hotel Rooms with carpet are not up to date Breakfast: tables too small Breakfast: where are the tablets to put all the things on it. Did not find, it is tedious to carry everything with the hands.

Hotel is in great loation, but the offering is definitely on the 'budget' side - although this is not necessarily reflected by the price. The lack of a simple drinking glas or a water kettle in the room makes the experience a little cheap - ok for one night. Unfortunately there was a strong chemical smell in my bathroom - I don't know what is was. I would have asked for a different room had I not noticed so late and if I had stayed multiple nights. Otherwise -everything was good. Staff was friendly.

Very warm welcome (asked me how my journey was and it seemed authentic). Nice room with balcony to the fleed. Next morning I just wanted a coffee, no breakfast and they gave it to me for free since it was "Nikolaus". Very nice gesture!!

MotelOne hotels are always same. No surprise at all. Comfortable and basic rooms for your needs. Very well located. Walking distance to main areas in the city centre.
The common areas of the hotel were much larger than we expected. While our room was small, it was very quiet and had wonderful amenities. The bathroom was larger than expected (from reading another review). Breakfast was outstanding. The offerings were varied and there was something for everyone. Coffee was delicious as were the breads and fresh fruits. Overall, we were quite pleased with our choice of hotels while in Hamburg.

El mantenimiento del hotel es excelente, instalaciones en perfecto estado. La habitación con el sofá-cama se hace corta de espacio. Las ventanas son de buen aislamiento térmico y acústico. El lavabo tenía buenas dimensiones y el olor del jabón es increíble, me ha gustado mucho. Los colchones son muy muy muy blandos. Tengo un peso normal, estándar, y aún así me hundí en ellos. La espalda se resiente. Dormí mejor en el sofá-cama. Por suerte no escogí el desayuno, había leído malas opiniones del tiempo de espera y realmente pude comprobarlo con mis ojos, la cola para desayunar llegaba hasta los ascensores y al salir del ascensor sorpresa! Imagínate hacer esa cola con un niño... Imposible! Así que hice bien no comprar el desayuno para los tres. El personal de recepción amable pero sin más pretensiones, eran días de mucho movimiento para ellos. Cumplieron con su trabajo pero estoy convencido de que en otras fechas ofrecerían una sonrisa más amigable. El proceso de check in/out fue muy rápido, es de agradecer. Eché en falta más decoración navideña como pude ver en otros de la misma cadena en otras ciudades como Colonia. Nuestra estadía fue satisfactoria.

¡Arrrrr! Le damos la bienvenida a nuestro hotel en la Fleetinsel de Hamburgo, el corazón de la ciudad hanseática. En este hotel de diseño, acogemos tanto a viejos lobos de mar como a marineros de agua dulce. Comencemos por el principio: ¿qué significa «fleet»?
Así es como se suelen denominar los canales navegables en las ciudades costeras del norte de Alemania, sobre todo en Hamburgo. En el centro de la ciudad, entre Herrengrabenfleet y Alsterfleet, se encuentra la isla que alberga el Motel One Hamburgo-Fleetinsel.
De los musicales a la tierra de las miniaturas
Desde la céntrica Fleetinsel se puede llegar fácilmente a cualquier punto de la ciudad, ya sea a través de los muelles, la avenida Jungfernstieg o el barrio HafenCity. También se pueden visitar los clásicos del turismo, como el Ayuntamiento, la iglesia de San Miguel y la zona de ocio alrededor de Reeperbahn. Para los aficionados a la cultura, las inmediaciones de la Elbphilharmonie son el lugar ideal. Además, el conocido barrio de Speicherstadt está a apenas unos metros.
