Have stayed in Motel One is several locations, personally love Motel One, however this stay was a bit disappointing because the bathroom shower from the drain

Very friendly and efficient service. Great ambience in the common area. The room was compact, clean and comfortable. The Continental breakfast featured tasty fresh roles, croissants and cake.

A typical stay at Motel One. Good breakfast...would love to have a scrambled egg though. So 16€ for this breakfast is quite expensive..even though you literally can eat as much as you want. The air condition was set to the lowest so it was freezing in the room when I arrived.
The hotel was very clean and stylish. The employees were very polite and helpful. But, the rooms didn't have refrigerators. And, there was a lack of vegan food options in the lounge.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood in Altona, with plenty of parking. Short walk to the S3, which takes you in 20 min in the city center. Check in was quick and we were able to do it a bit earlier, which was excellent. We had a double room that had plenty of space. Clean and quiet. Great value for the money.

The hotel has stairs right after the entrance door, not trolley or wheelchair friendly. The hotel only has a busstop out feont, and is in the middle of a residential area. First time I went to a different hotel for the rest of my trip.

Nicely designed room, great style overall, and super friendly staff! I think 16,90 for breakfast deserves a bit more variety like egg options. Being able to opt out of room cleaning is a great idea. I'll definitely choose Motel One again!

Bathroom towel is very small and there is only 1. Bed's quilt is very small for the bed. There is no water in the room.
The experience overall was okay for me. Nothing special, nothing great, but consistent. My problem is that the beds and pillows are too hard and stiff for me. I would have liked a little bit softer things. The wifi was okay - a little bit higher bandwidth would have been great, since my video calls were of really low quality. You offer the basic TV-Channels, that is good. Your breakfast is way too expensive for what it offers. And I tried the food bowl, and frankly... it was just a pile of mush... everything tasted the same, sour and mush. I was actually feeling bad afterwards. The rest of the breakfast is okay but I'd go at least down to 10€ for what you have and not 15,90€... The Bar itself was good, but it lacked a bit alcohol free options, like alcohol free cocktails, a wider area of beverages (like iced tea, etc.) - you just had (again) a basic choice. Also when I wanted to eat something you didn't have the things on the card... Overall still okay for my business trip, but I'd never go here in private.
Hotel acogedor, limpio y buen servicio.
On arrival although the company has paid for my reservation already I was told I have to pay again and sorting out the issue was very complex. I went to bed on Tuesday night and on Wednesday around 2 AM someone entered my room causing me to panic; receptionist explained to me that whoever booked me made a mistake and did not marked my room (1.22) as occupied and that is why this happened. I did not sleep that night due to the stress. Previous experiences were better this one was very bad with what happened.

Hotel was clean and friendly staff . Breakfast was good but we had no place to sit had to wait 15 minutes before we could eat .

It’s always a pleasure to be there.
Of all the Motel One locations I have stayed (3 so far), this location seemed to have somewhat smaller and a little bit outdated rooms. Also the lounge area was a bit smaller. Nevertheless a comfortable and friendly stay.
Usually you get a bottle of water for the room. This was not the case because we didn't book over the portal. However, you cannot book over 5 rooms in the portal and I believe we were 13 rooms. This could have been better.

El Motel One Hamburgo-Altona es un buen punto de partida para descubrir los barrios de moda de Altona y Eimsbüttel, que se caracterizan por sus ostentosos edificios antiguos con zonas ajardinadas y una viva cultura de barrio. Además a tan solo unos pocos kilómetros del hotel se encuentra el zoológico Hagenbecks Tierpark, el recinto ferial de Hamburgo y los estadios. La estación de tren Altona le da acceso a la red de cercanías y a la red de trenes de larga distancia para la llegada y salida.
