The hotel personnel is very helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet very good and plenty of options. The shower and bathroom is quite small even for only one person. No real wardrobes, just some hangers. The room is comfortable enough for a business trip but just for a few days.
This is the third year in a row we stay in Motel One Frankfurt Messe because of the fair and for sure we will be there next year. Perfect location next to Messe and the Shopping Mall. The most important though is the friendliness from all the staff, always with a smile ready to serve the guests. Special thanks to Alexandra from the Reception :)

Overall good experience. Only missed the iron box during my stay. I believe its essential for business travellers. The reception yean is quite friendly and approachable especially Alexandra who was available during the checkout.

the hotel was amazing, the location, property and rooms were excellent and the receptionist "Alexandra" was more than wonderful, she was very helpful and decent. our only problem was that the room was too bare, no tissues, no bottle of water, no slippers, not toiletries kit, nothing at the bathroom, not even a pen! the only thing the room had was towels! I cant remember when was the last time for me to find a hotel room that empty, honestly it was very disappointing to me and my wife. And by the way the wifi was not working
Liked my standard, no-nonsense room. Staff was super friendly and competent in a relaxed but attentive way. Hotel parking in the basement made things easy for me. Liked the various veggie options of the breakfast buffet, also the option of having just a cappuccino at the bar in the morning. There was a problem with my room (smelly in a perfume sort of way, giving me a headache during the first night, see my rating below), but switching to another room for the second night was arranged in a matter of minutes next morning.
Great location. Modern and comfortable, functional and clean rooms. The very friendly and helpful staff, a special thanks to Mr Nicola who made our great breakfasts fun and caring. We hope to come back next year. LINDA and MORENA

Hello, Everything was perfect except the beds. I am a frequent traveller and I usually stay at MotelOne group. Requesting you to take note and improve the bed quality. I could hardly sleep the other night.Also there was no coffee machine in the room. Best regards, Niraj

Pros: quick check-in and -out. room was clean. Room was isolated/quiet Cons: no shoe horn (Schuhlöffel) in the room was annoying. Bottle of water handed at the reception was not as convenient given the hands full -this should be in the room.
As always best option to stay in Frankfurt close to business, shopping and restaurants.
A big thank you to the Italian sir at the breakfast buffet - super welcoming, helpful and friendly. Outstanding experience!
Love this hotel
Not enough car parking spaces in proportion to the size of the hotel. One thing that did impress me was the breakfast staff, in particular tbe Italian manager and one of his male assistance that the whole breakfast an enjoyable experience too and kick-started the day so entertainingly.

Not a bad room. The blanket on the bed is always too small and I'm not sure why? Also I don't think my heating was working because the room was always cold. I do have to say that the breakfast host - Nicolas is brilliant and deserves a raise. He is always very friendly and pleasant to see at breakfast.
Shower was a bit cold, the room was basic but good enough. Very nice Italian breakfast guy 😁
Great welcome, amazing bar, most friendly staff (especially at breakfast) and really comfortable and quiet room. Next time I'm visiting Frankfurt for an exhibition at the Messe I'll definitely stay here again.
I love this hotel, only the breakfast is too expensive for what is on offer (not enough warm). Awesome vegan and vegetarian options though.
My stay was perfect. All worked very well and the personnel was always available to help. Alessandra in reception was very kind with me in several occasions and Niccolo at the breakfast keept all in perfection with a welcoming smile and words . Please give my congratulations.
- Good: I want to highlight that the host at the breakfast was incredibly friendly. I felt very welcomed with him. - What could be improved: A kettle with some tea and instant coffee in the room would be ideal.

No fridge in the room Rest was ok
The heating in the room was a bit too hot and I was not able to find information how to lower the temperature.
Fantastic stay as usual, one minor thing this time: the window wouldn’t open at first (had to have someone check it out who was then holding the handle in their hands), eventually it worked and we got some fresh air. The ventilation system seemed to only work in the bathroom but not the room itself, which in combination with a closed window made the room very warm. Staff and breakfast were amazing!
Very friendly and fast check-in, the breakfast was very good and I appreciated the flexible check-out time due to the marathon in town.

Solo he pasado una noche en vuestro hotel. Ha sido la primera vez. La simplizidad y la calidad van de la mano. Excelente. El desayuno muy bien descrito. Para los que tenemos intolerancias es de gran ayuda. Como espagnola he echado de menos el aceite de oliva. Es la base de nuestra alimentación en todos los países del mediterráneo.

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en hoteles de la cadena desde el 2013 y tengo dos estadías pendientes más este año. Siempre los recomiendo por el servicio que brindan. Si bien ya lo sabía con anticipación, creo que agregar caja fuerte sería conveniente y más cómodo para el huesped.
Ubicación ideal si vas a la "Messe", pero también es un paseo hacia el centro. Personal atento. Hotel excelente, calidad - precio. Mejoraría calidad del desayuno.
Los camareros en el desayuno son todos muy eficientes, serviciales y simpáticos.

Mucho diseño por poco dinero
En el Motel One Fráncfort-Messe todo gira entorno a la metrópoli financiera y a los congresos y ferias – es decir, entorno al dinero. Pero, como es lógico, no se trata de los precios de nuestras habitaciones que siempre son económicos, sino exclusivamente sobre el diseño temático de la One Lounge. Nuestra pared de LED ocupa toda su extensión y en ella se retoma la temática de ciudad donde se celebran ferias y eventos «Encuentro – Personas – Movimiento» para ilustrar, lo que en la jerga se conoce como la «pela» o la «pasta» y dar por finiquitado un duro día de negociaciones y pasar a relajarse. Muebles de diseño de alta calidad colocados como los corredores sobre el parqué invitan a relajarse y a intercambiar opiniones sobre el mercado bursátil. Aquí puede iniciar el día disfrutando de un desayuno sano o por las noches sentir el agradable ambiente acompañado de una copa de vino.
Gracias a que está perfectamente ubicado, desde el Motel One Fráncfort-Messe no tardará apenas tiempo en llegar a su cita de negocios. A tan solo 250 metros del hotel está la entrada principal del recinto ferial de Fráncfort y al barrio europeo con sus centros de convenciones también es fácil llegar. Incluso si dispone de poco tiempo, la ubicación privilegiada del hotel le permitirá pasear por la ciudad e ir de compras por la Zeil o hacer una visita turística a la plaza Römer. Incluso para los amantes de la música clásica y las artes escénicas, el hotel puede ser su punto de salida para pasar una velada inolvidable en la ópera Alte Oper.
