The atmosphere was very calm, and the staff at the reception and restaurant were very kind. It was also very clean. Above all, the central station and the nearest station are easily accessible via well-lit streets, so I was able to walk there safely even early in the morning.

I had a 6:20 flight on my check out day. I had paid for breakfast, but had to leave before breakfast was ready. Not an issue and I understand. I wanted a cafe to take with me, but staff would not give me a to-go cup and said it would be 3euro's for the to-go cup, even though I had paid for a full breakfast. I was not happy with this.
Really loved this hotel. The guys at the reception were so friendly and helpful with dinner recommendations. Everything was perfect.
Perfect location . You go downstairs and you are already in the famous little Tokyo. If you want to go to city center, tram station is 5 minute by foot. Breakfast is very good: bread, croissants, hams, fruits, eggs. Many food Bio is served. I recommend without hesitation.
I had stayed at Düsseldorf Motel One before. This time I had reserved a SpecialOne room with balcony for 4 nights but it was quite small and when I asked to change to a larger room the reservation personnel was very helpful and changed to a large and quiet room with backside facing. I was very satisfied with the size, design and calmness of the room. I want to stay in the same room in my next visit. The reception and breakfast personnel was very kind and assistant. The location at Immermannstrasse was very convenient and central, with Oststrasse U Bahn station was very close. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Motel One.

I like the Motel One concept and style. The rooms are small but smartly designed and perfectly adequate for short stays. The bed in my room was comfortable and I had more than enough pillows to choose from. The staff is attentive and service-oriented. The cocktails were delicious. This time the room was not 100% clean (some glue on the floor). Next time I will ask for a quiet room because the second night there was noise from downstairs (kitchen?) and I didn't get much sleep. Please consider replacing the breakfast/bar area chairs, they are not comfortable.
This time price was double from last year….strange, anyway good hotel and breakfast should have scrambled eggs

The rooms are somewhat old-ish compared to other Motel One, the bedding is not as comfortable and the furniture behind the bed was creaking. The staff did a great job and was really friendly, the cleaning personel not as thorough as usual.
For Japan fans, the hotel is perfectly located, as the Japanese quarter is right next door. The hotel room is absolutely quiet at night, so you can sleep undisturbed. The breakfast is varied, healthy and delicious, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended.
Estuve muy satisfecha.La ubicación perfecta al lado de la Hauptbahnhof,la zona de restaurantes está muy cerca. Lo mejor El personal servicio, concretamente y en especial un empleado de color, fue super agradable me ayudó para llevar el desayuno a las 6 de la mañana, tenía que salir deprisa hacia la estación. Agradezco toda su atención y amabilidad.

Well placed, beautiful spaces, lovely courtyard for hot weather. The room was acceptable with a very comfortable bed. No safe in the room was a surprise after staying in another MO which did have them. The wifi also dropped out multiple times. Otherwise, all good.
Bed too hard but great pillow choice. Room needs some kind of shelf/ bedside table. Staff friendly and helpful. Great shower and rarity great mirror

Location was perfect for what I needed to do. The room was small but again was perfectly adequate and clean. The 2 main detractors was the bed was very hard and I had a street side on the first floor. Accepting it was in a city the noise was terrible which lead to a bad nights sleep. Other than that I would recommend the hotel but to avoid a street side room.

As always, excellent service from friendly staff. My only criticism is that I would have liked a safe in the room - this has been provided at the other Motel One hotels I've stayed at.

Staff very friendly but my room was tiny
I visit motel ones frequently either private or through my clients. Usually I am pleased but in this one I only had very thick cussions that were uncomfortable and the curtain was transparent to a degree so the lantern in front of the hotel lit up the room all night long. The room was a lot more expensive than what I usually pay so all in all I am probably not going to visit this motel one again.

Very friendly staff, comfy room as always. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel was spotlessly clean even though it was full for the Euro 24 football. We always stay in a Motel One in Germany as y are perfect for hat we need.
The staff were very efficient and polite despite it being very busy. The hotel was modern and clean. I would look out for another Motel 1 when traveling in Germany.
We love MotelOne, but I have to say the “Special One” rooms in Dusseldorf hotel are a little bland. Also adding ios streaming to the TV software would be great…

Everything related to my stay were perfect. Very calm welcome, smiley faces, great breakfast, super location, optimum room sizes, confortable beds, etc. I stayed 3 nights in Motel One Berlin and another 5 nights in Motel One Duesseldorf, feel like in my home in those 8 consequtive nights. Thank you Motel One again and again.

Puede mejorarse el tema GARAJE: ok el precio, PERO no está bien que no se puede entrar y salir durante la estancia, ni que se diga que es una tarifa "24 horas" cuando solo es la NOCHE.
Buen servicio del personal del Bar. Solo añadiría que sería de agradecer disponer cada día de una botella de agua en la habitación y no solo una botella el primer día de check-in
