House Rules
A dog stays with us in the room of its parents for an extra charge of 15€ cleaning fee/night.
As a rule, we calculate with one dog per room. If you are planning a stay with several four-legged guests, please contact the hotel in advance about the exact number of paws in the travelling party. This is also to ensure, that there is no scramble among our staff as to who can welcome whom first.
Many hotels have designated dog rooms, because we also have a heart for allergy sufferers.
We therefore ask for your understanding that it may not be possible to book rooms on the highest floors or with a view when travelling with your dog.
At breakfast, we would ask you to let your furry companions relax in their room (unless the lounge allows generous seating, see Motel One Magdeburg).
Little gourmets should not unneccessarily be tempted - and a buffet like this simply smells delicious.
Excemptions apply to all guide dogs and other comparable service dogs: They may be brought without charge and accompany the guest at any time - they are professionals, after all.
