With our online check-in, you no longer have to queue at reception: as a beOne member, you now have the exclusive option of conveniently and flexibly checking in via the app two days before your arrival – regardless of your current location.

In addition to online check-in, your room door can be opened conveniently with your smartphone at selected locations. All you have to do is download the beOne app, check in online and turn on Bluetooth. And you’ll always have the key card for your room to hand.

As a member, you can save your details in your profile, so you can book your room faster. You can also manage your reservations directly from here.

A good day begins with a good breakfast. That is why we place high value on organic, Fairtrade products and regional specialities when selecting food for our breakfast buffet. And as a thank you for registering, we will invite you to a one-off breakfast during one of your overnight stays.

After completing the registration process, you will receive an email with a voucher code. You then have three months to redeem the code. Don’t worry, you can choose any travel period!

How to redeem the breakfast voucher:

• You will receive an email from us with your breakfast code
• Log in to your beOne profile at motel-one.com or on the beOne app.
• Select your desired stay and add breakfast.
• Enter your breakfast code in the ‘Voucher code’ field on the booking ‘Summary 3/3’ page and confirm the code with the ‘Redeem’ button.
• The free breakfast will now be deducted

Please note: the code cannot be applied to existing bookings and is non-extendable. The voucher can only be redeemed for online bookings on motel-one.com or in the beOne app and not on other, external travel booking portals. Only one beOne voucher can be used per booking.

As a beOne member, you’ll get a free bottle of water with every stay. At check-in, you’ll get a drinks voucher that you can redeem at the bar.

The water is from Viva con Agua and by gifting you this water with your stay, we’re contributing to charitable water projects: with every bottle of water, we help give more people access to clean drinking water.

To use our convenient One Click Book function, you just need to save your booking preferences in your beOne profile. This activates the function, and you can then enter your travel dates on our website or app as usual and take advantage of One Click Book. You will be directly forwarded to the reservation summary page, where you can confirm your booking with a single click!
This makes booking even faster and easier!

If you logged in as beOne member and made your booking on motel-one.com or our app and are departing on a Sunday, you can enjoy our late check-out up to 3 pm, depending on availability. Our staff will ask when you check in whether you would like the late check-out. You can also ask the staff member directly.

As a beOne member, you can connect up to three devices to our wifi permanently and make surfing the web much easier. No need to log in – you’re connected right away. Your device will automatically connect to the Motel One wifi, no matter which Motel One hotel in Europe you’re in.

Here’s how to use beConnected: when you arrive at your Motel One, select the guest wifi. Your browser will automatically redirect to a login page with two login options. Select ‘beConnected login for beOne members’ and log in using your beOne account. And you’re sorted! Your device will then be permanently connected to our wifi, so you’ll never need to log in again on future Motel One visits. Every beOne member can register up to three devices for beConnected.
