Nice location, well situated, service was polite and fast.
Always enjoy my stay at Motel One except for this - I wish they would turn on the fan system/ cooling option in the rooms as it gets very hot and stuffy at night. It’s too loud to leave a window open. Our room was changed but fan and cooling was shut down and controlled centrally.
Everything was fine except for the fact that it was not possible to submit the breakfast certificate at the reception, so we didn’t stay for breakfast. The second issue was that the website stated that parking for hotel guests was free, but in the end, we had to pay for it.
Everything was clean. The room was big enough to relax. The breakfast was amazing with so many food options. If we could have slippers and a kettle in the room, the stay would be perfect..
Clean rooms and helpful staff, good location, breakfast is adequate. Lack of tea/coffee facility throughout the day is not good considering there is none in the room.

The temperature in the rooms was much too high. I asked for a specific room and was very happy to get this room
The heating in the room was not working well - 20 degrees was very hot. Ajdusted it to lower level, but there was also no air circulation and it was still quite hot. Wifi not working
Good location, close to train, shops and city. Clean spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good bar, great breakfast with perfectly cooked eggs, coffee was ok but not great, like many hotels. A boiling water jug in the room would be good. The downside is there is no telephone to contact reception from your room so if something goes wrong you have to go down to reception. If you understand German you can probably call from your mobile I suppose.
The chambermaid came into my room to clean it while I was still in there.

This review would be higher but the initial experience on reception and one gent really took from your hotel. He did not smile, seemed utterly stressed and would not smile or give eye contact, even when I tried to lighten the mood. Surely it is part of the job to have to cope with demanding queues at reception?! The rest of my stay the receptionists were more friendly, although the late bar staff showed a few miserable faces. Breakfast staff really tried!
We had a wonderful room on the 5th floor
We were looking for a basic, simple, 'quick stay' hotel in Weisbaden and Motel One fit the bill. The location for us was perfect: next to the train station, a mall, and most importantly our friends who lived a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet was good. Also right next to the hotel is SIXT, our car rental agency where we picked up our car.

Win at reception made me feel very welcome, made excellent recommendations for restaurants, money exchange, sights to see, and helped me with everything I needed. It was pleasure to see him again on my return visit. Breakfast was also excellent as it had high quality food options with a lot of variety. The room was clean, simple and well lit - everything I wanted, needed, and expected. The lounge was a friendly place to get refreshment and relax.

Love this hotel. Location is great, with plenty of food available nearby. Staff is very friendly, most all are fluent in English, and all are always willing to help in any way. Rooms are small, but very clean. I highly recommend staying here, and would choose this hotel anytime I travel to Wiesbaden.
excellent and professional!
When I removed my card there was no electricity at all. My choice was pitchbdark or ceiling lights on all night. I looked all over for a switch for the ceiling lights and ended up putting the blanket over my head. Plus I could always hear the tv screen saver . I did not sleep well.

Overall the experience was excellent regarding the price range. Only the following minor points bothered me: - a flimsy soap holder in the shower - no tooth brush or paste - the fact, that you could not charge a laptop in the room while when being absent from the room for the electricity needs to be activated with the key card But I deeply appreciated: - the very friendly staff - the overall cleanness and quality of the furniture - the size of the room (just perfectly enough to spend a night) - the ease of the whole booking and check-in procedure

Good morning, in all honesty, the hotel is wonderful, the employees are wonderful, the management is wonderful, and the reception is wonderful. Mr. Mateen and Mr. Kazemi deal with great professionalism, kindness, and tact, and the cleaning workers are wonderful. In all honesty, the hotel is not lacking in anything. A wonderful hotel and a wonderful reception. Everything about it is excellent. I feel at home. I thank you, I thank you from the bottom of my heart

Nice hotel, good rooms, nice service, good location
Good quality for value, friendly staff and good location near the central station. The choice at breakfast is good, as well and there are some vegan and lactose free products, too. The city centre is to be reached in about in 20 minutes by foot, which is not a long way.
Soaps are too aggressive for my skin
Comfortable, conveniently located hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately 1 elevator was out of service for my entire 10 day stay which left only 1 elevator for guests and staff. This was not the first time that this has happened at Motel-one.

Good bed and modern bathroom albeit cramped and poor water pressure in the shower. Breakfast is meager for what you pay. No scrambled or fried eggs in this price class is a letdown.
The breakfast needs to be improved, it is mainly focused on adults and it should be lovely for those travelling with family to have children oriented products. Besides, I consider the price for children above 4 being considered as adults too expensive.
Clean rooms, delicious food, lovely, inviting reception area and John Luka was amazing. Next time I am vacationing, I will look for a Motel One!
This is a very convenient, friendly and well priced hotel. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
You can a little bit hear the other people going to rooms. The walls or doors could be a bit thicker. I really liked the bottle of water given to me at checkin!

Excellent, as always, we really enjoyed our stay. Just a minor point of improvement: the room furniture, even the bedside table, was very dusty, in the otherwise squeaky clean room - maybe it's due to the carpets?
Near wiesbaden hbf. Next to shopping mall, very friendly staff, very clean and secure, comfy bed, very high speed internet, tv with variety of channels, …etc.
