Overall, my stay was fine, but the service at the reception could use improvement. I believe it is very important for Polish to be prioritized as the primary language of communication, rather than Ukrainian or English. Additionally, the reception staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional.
Everything was nice and relaxing. Very gentle and polite staff, very clean rooms with comfort matrix for a very relaxing sleep.. good wifi. very nice and cozy lounge area Breakfast was not what expected.
Could improve breakfast choices. Limited options especially for gluten intolerance. Hot English breakfast options and would rate a 10
Great stay. Very clean
Exceptional Hotel in every respect, comfortable, clean and friendly staff-all the employees at the reception are worthy of every praise (special congratulations to Klaudia for her genuine smile and tireless activity). A (small) point for improvement was the shower water pressure.
Very clean rooms, very comfortable spaces and very friendly staff. Breakfast was really good and full too.
Hi! Thank you for the comfort, cleanliness and peace of mind during my stay. I stay at your hotel every time I have the opportunity to visit Warsaw. Thanks to Rostyslav (from the reception) for his good mood, understanding and care. Rostyslav's communication and work made my stay even better. I will definitely come back to your hotel again.
Great hotel and location. Welcoming and friendly staff throughout.
Not having scrambled eggs at the breakfast was a little disappointing but but I found something different on there otherside diverse buffet. The bar chef at night was always my evening highlight. If I have the choice to book not book the extra view room I would have chosen a cheaper option cause I don't think that the extra price is worth it even on the 6th floor. I booked late so that was the only option and for that it was good - the price one has to pay for booking late on a busy week.
Room was ok, breakfast was poor, the food was tasteless. Not worth the additional charge.
Everything great, above all the incredibly kind and helpful reception staff. One annoying problem with the bathroom: the shower head holder in room 256 does not maintain its position, but slides down, making hands-free showering difficult, if not impossible.
This was my second Motel One experience and, like the first, it was excellent!
perfect hotel in the centre of Warsaw
Everything was comfortable
very satisfied. in-room kettle would have made it perfect
All in all, the stay at your hotel was very pleasant. However, I have a few suggestions: in the rooms, there should be at least water (maybe one bottle for the night), it is inconvenient to have to direct oneself to the bar. In the rooms, it would help to find general information about breakfast and cleaning hours, so one can adapt to those. Finally, the lounge does have a comfortable atmosphere, but the furniture is hardly appropriate for breakfasts. Maybe more regular dining tables would be an option.
The modern design and cleanest rooms are exceptional for price offered. As we were for 4 nights and for business trip, we could only noted that the location is very good, just breakfast could be updated and with more things added (omelette, sausage, english breakfast etc). We are recommending this hotel to everyone who mention Warsaw to us.
Beautiful Hotel, nice atmosphere and friendly. Unfortunetly all pillows are very firm and high, no other choice available at front desk. Queen size beds are very small, only one small blanket for two. Bed size looks like for only one person. King size bed was fantastic apart from the pillow situation WiFi you have to reconnect very time, very annoying. No smart tv for streaming Netflix only for Samsung devises
Most everything was excellent, however, there were two rooms beside us that on Friday night, with a number of girls in each room. They were up all night, and both doors continued to bang shut through the night, significantly disturbing our sleep. Since there is no phone in the room, we chose just to bear the intrusion, instead of getting dressed and going to the lobby to lodge a complaint Not a good experience!! Thank You; Ward S Hotze Rm 228
I was staying with my family (with newborn baby, 7 years old son and my wife) and arrived half of an hour later my wife. She and kids were not allowed to get into room until I will pay and provide invoice details. Ironically it was me who requested invoice right after booking the room. I guess reception staff could let them in and be more friendly. Especially since we have provided guarantee card, so even if they don’t trust us for some reason they could always charge that card. Another minor thing: it could be good to have cartoons tv channel on the tv.
missing a refrigerator - a 10 point score if it was there nice large tv screen
Perfect location, excellent design, best view on Chopin Museum! <3 Big love and will get back soon!
Great Hotel and great staff!
Good location, comfortable beds, rooms in lowest price category are small, difficult parking situation.
The service staff at the reception was very helpful. Plates for breakfast were too small as there were no trays that I could find. Sitting in an ordinary chair at an ordinary table is preferable.
I would have scored this place a lot higher, but the reason for the score was the air conditioning, or lack thereof. The room felt constantly warm and stuffy, even though we had the air at the max. We even opened the windows, but because only the top opened, and only a few inches, and the curtains location, the cool air from outside could not come through the windows and got stuck in the curtains, even though we opened them. Other than the air situation, the hotel is lovely and a good price. The breakfast was also amazing.
Hotel was nice but basic, staff weren't very helpful or friendly. Hotel is very dark due to lighting features. Location was good but not sure I would return or recommend. Did the job and was reasonably priced!
Very friendly and accommodating staff in reception and bar. Room was sparkling clean. A kettle would have been nice. Excellent value for money. Thank you!
The hotel and staff are always exceptional - and this stay was no exception.
Fantastic place to stay in Warsaw … very comfortable room at a great price… Bert efficient and friendly staff… they even minded a bag for a few weeks for us
I occupied two rooms. I tried to use the cheapest available room. As a cheaper room became availabe (non-city view) I moved. My complains all seem to stem from this move. (1) The new room had a bit of a smell -- probably as the bathroom had not been used for a while the drains smelled. But the smell did not diminish even though I stayed in the room several days. It was not terrible, but noticeable. (2) To move from one room to the other, I had to pack my stuff and ended up waiting for 4 hours after I had to move out at 11 am and before I could move into my new room at 3 pm. When I queued up to check in again -- another 30 minute wait -- I learned that the motel offered an extended stay until 3 pm to "some guest". Well it was not offered to me. (3) At this point, I had decided that the morning receptionist does not like me. It is difficult to put your finger on these things, but I had no happy interaction with her for the rest of my stay. I talked to the manager about it and he appreciated my feedback. Now, this became so bad that I did not want any more interactions with the front desk. (4) There was no place to open a laptop and do a solid hour of work. The room's desk and stool (and it was really just a stool) gave me a back ache within minutes. The lounge area is cool, but did not have any "sit up right" type of tables (unlike the Motel One in Vienna). This turned out a major inconvenience as I had to edit some stuff during my stay Ultimately, I was happy to leave.
Excellent hotel - great price and nice clean rooms! Everything worked well and great customer service at the front desk!
Thank you for the upgrade. Most of the staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean.
Clean Hotel, very centrally located. Bar staff, cleaning staff were very professional and helpful. The man who there in the morning of my checkin was very unfriendly, and when I asked about a possible early checkin, he just coldly said - "after 15:00 not earlier".
Everything was just perfect! Spacious and bright room. Perfect cleaning.
On arrival waited 45 minutes to check in, pretty chaotic and definitely inefficient. My main issue was that I was charged twice for the room. Once on a card that was used to hold the room and then on the card I used to pay for the room. I called, emailed and sent bill receipts and statements. Was told their accounting department could only find one charge. I clearly have been billed twice as it has shown up on both card statements. They have not taken responsibility for the overcharge. It is now in my credit cards hands to sort it out.
Immaculate hotel and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back again. Beautiful hotel. Beautiful city. 10/10 & 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am a frequent guest in your Warsaw location. Always good service. Of note this visit was your receptionist, Paulina. So many people in line to check in when I arrived. I commend her for how quickly she checked everyone in and her high proficiency of English. Difficult job she had to listen to so many different accents of English. Filip was also most helpful. Your bar staff is always impressive including Maciej. Sorry to see Jarek, the manager, has departed. Outstanding manager of your property, he is. Smiling. Waking the floor. Always available. Not sure how he remembers my name but he does.
Nice, new, modern hotel at affordable price i great location
Great experience overall and excellent value. However, we would have appreciated more dining room for breakfast and possibly additional choices such as scrambled eggs and breakfast sausages. Also, there were no two bed rooms offered, which was a significant inconvenience to my family and required us to buy additional room. The bar is great and overall ambiance super-pleasant. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming back.
Super friendly employees, very elegant interior. We had a Special One Room, which was great value for price . It was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet area was a bit crowded and small. The staff was very fast in cleaning the tables and bringing new food to the buffet. All employees were efficient, fun and friendly. I would always choose this hotel again and will recommend it.
My daughter and I had a pleasant experience at Motel One with one glaring exception at the bar. We stayed four days at Motel One. One day we decided to have a glass of wine in the lounge while we were waiting for the hotel staff to finish cleaning our room. We ordered two glasses of white wine. After my daughter took a sip of her wine, she noticed a bug in the glass. I took the almost full glass back to the bartender and showed him the bug. All he did was scoop the bug out with a spoon and returned the glass to me. I was speechless. This was totally unacceptable and unhygienic. My daughter did not drink any more of the wine. We left the almost full glass of wine on the table. Needless to say, we did not return to the bar during our four day stay. My daughter is a doctor and said that it made her queasy at the thought of the germs. We were extremely disappointed in how the situation was handled. It appears that the bar staff may need a refresher on hospitality and cleanliness.
The hotel was really lovely. In a good position not far from restaurants and you can easily walk to the old town market place. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Really good view of Warsaw and the Vistula from my room. Pretty close to the Royal Route. The park nearby —across near the Chopin museum is also fantastic.
Good 24 hour bar 3pm check out for Motel One members Efficient check in Bad Queue at check out for around 20 mins
It was my 10+ (maybe 20+) stay in Motel One in Warsaw, and the first time when I encountered unfriendly attitude among front-desk personnel. As much as a check-in was a pleasent experience, when I encountered an issue with a temperature of water in the bathroom, the attitude of a personal left me speechless. Overall, I noticed some significant change in the front-desk personal mood (more tension, less empathy) which comes as a surprise.
Check in was very slow. It took 1 hour to check in, there should be more then one person at check in at the busiest time ie 3pm.
The well known good MotelOne standard. Unfortunately the rooms to the street are loud…
I can totally recommend your hotel, because of great location near the city and the atmosphere of the lobby and turqouise colours everywhere was great. I liked the breakfast because of local products, maybe I missed scrambled eggs. The room was so quite even when it was on the main street, also I maybe missed a kettle in the room, so I could boil a tea.
Great!!

Trying to find a great place to stay in Warsaw? Allow us to present our affordable design hotel! Our Motel One Warsaw, located opposite the historic Fryderyk Chopin Museum and Chopin Institute, welcomes you with a music-inspired interior. Frédéric Chopin, born in 1810 in a village on the outskirts of Warsaw, spent the first 20 years of his life here. And when you first step foot in our hotel, you’re greeted by the Polish composer himself. A huge artwork depicting Chopin, created by Warsaw native and artist Mariusz Libel, adorns the wall behind reception – accompanied by musical notes and scenes from the city. Tables by Baxter printed with the composer’s sheet music can found in the lobby and in the One Lounge. Theoretically, you could play some of his best work directly from our tables. Practically speaking however, it’s best to start your exciting day here with our breakfast. One thing that is as certain as finding a grand piano in a concert hall: you’ll find our sofas by Wittmann and Poltrona Frau sublime. Let the music carry you to our hotel’s bar – take a look at the back wall of the bar. With it’s high-gloss finish and deep black colour, it’s reminiscent of the elegant finish of a grand piano, enhanced with golden details. And the high note of your stay with us? Gloriously comfortable box spring beds that invite you to enjoy a luxurious lie in.
Its prime location south of the river Vistula makes our affordable hotel the perfect base for discovering Warsaw’s countless restaurants and sights. The 16th century Royal Castle in Warsaw city centre is particularly worth a visit – it used to be the official residence of the Polish monarchy. After Warsaw’s Old Town was destroyed during WW2 and subsequently rebuilt, Warsaw’s Royal Castle became a UNSECO World Heritage site. And the imposing 237 metre-tall Palace of Culture and Science, a true landmark of the city, is just a stone’s throw away from our hotel. The Saxon Garden or the Lazienki Park are perfect if you feel like taking a relaxing walk in the fresh air. Or perhaps you fancy a bit of shopping? Then take a stroll down Nowy Swiat, Warsaw’s elegant shopping street, which is also a part of the Royal Route leading from Warsaw’s Royal Castle to Wilanów Palace. There’s also plenty to explore just outside the city centre. Wilanów Palace Museum – known by many as the Polish Versailles – is within easy reach via public transport. An ensemble of exciting adventures await you at our hotel in the capital city of Poland. It’s high time you added Warsaw to your list of top 10 travel destinations!
