There was no heating in my room!
There should be free water in the lounge area available all day for hotel guests. There is infused and plain water available at breakfast but it should be available all day. We stayed in several cities in Germany during our trip and yours was the only one that we had to pay for bottled water from the bar. I have to say that the Me and All Hotel in Mainz was a better experience due to this one small thing. We spent plenty of euros at the bar for mixed drinks and coffee, tap water should be free.
Can't go wrong with Motel One. Some are better than others. This was a reasonable one. Very busy and could do with more staff. I'd always score Motel Ones higher in the week than busy festive weekends. When like this, breakfast is messy! Disorganised chaos. The food and drink were good though, once finally found a seat/table and cleared them ourselves. We asked for balcony room.but didn't get one, so we got a refund and a free breakfast. Good recovery. I'd go back to Motel One. Some just need a refresh. Location great at Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof.

Room was adequate for a short business trip, tidy and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty, but could be improved by with some warm dien like scrambled eggs, bacon or others.
Second stay - excellent location and staff - very efficient. Fantastic breakfast and nice bar area for an evening nightcap. I stay in a lot of European hotel rooms and even for Europe your rooms are very small. I'd like more space

The room was extremely noisy: I could hear my neighbors all night long watching TV (past midnight) through the extremely thin walls. On other nights the ventilation's base sound level.disturbedy rest. Very poor design.

I was very impressed with the service I got from your bar staff Juri. Always very polite and helpful.
Expected more for a five night stay. Just one bottle free water for the whole stay? C'mon. Asked for an iron and ironing board. Reception gave me a dirty and burnt iron which almost spoiled my dress shirts. Had to ask for a brand new iron. Bill was incorrect: They overcharged me for a breakfast which I never consumed and I still haven't received my money back. Terribly unprofessional.

Very good stay. Room are clean and bright. Location is very good for business travelers. A little bit crowdy the breakfast in the morning at 8 when all the people are there. All the staff was friendly. Easy to find and to find the parking.
Excellent service, good location, comfortable rooms, very clean and very nice interior, but overcrowded. It Is really hard to have a breakfast in peace and to find a place to sit. Everything else was perfect.
I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights each - so a total of 9 nights. All parts of the hotel were way overheated making the stay very uncomfortable (we were told that you were in Winter mode, but clearly the weather was not). We had to move rooms in order to be able to open a window. Individual room controls would solve this issue. As in house guests, I should have the option to add all bar expenses to my room, not be asked each time for separate payment. The cleaners left the ice bucket and glasses borrowed from the bar in my room suggesting we should return them. There is actually NO SERVICE at this property - it presents as a great place from which to base yourself in Stuttgart, but it is really no frills, dressed up to look pretty. Disappointing. Reception was always over-run with guests/understaffed whenever we needed assistance.
The customer service was great. The rooms were clean, comfy, and wasn't that noisy. The breakfast buffet was good.
Modern, very clean hotel located just across the road from Stuttgart main station. Although small, our room had everything you needed for a short stay including a very comfortable bed and great shower. Although there was no in-house Restaurant, a limited range of light meals and snacks were available from the extremely attractive bar and lounge. In addition, there were a selection of restaurants within a very short walking distance from the hotel. Staff were good and in particular, we must give a special mention to Jan, Juri and Fabriel (hope I have the names right). These guys were such a credit to the hotel. They all looked so smartly dressed and were very welcoming, friendly, professional, helpful and basically very good at their jobs. Well done them.

The staff at Motel One Stuttgart was wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. I enjoyed the plentiful breakfast buffet and the fact that the hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and the city center. The rooms are sound-proof. The bathroom area is very modern. Excellent bar also.

The hotel was smart, clean and well run. However, I thought it was over-priced. The breakfast, at 16.50 euros, included no hot food, and was poor value.
It's a decent hotel, with good location. However, I'd suggests following improvements: - it's a shame that there was no botttled water available in the room - it wouldn't hurt to provide eggs and bacon for breakfast.

I have frequently stayed at Motel One and have always enjoyed it, but my experience this time was not as positive as before. A room on the first floor with a window facing the main street was very noisy at night, and the air conditioning was not effective. I hope for a better experience again next time. Cheers, Lars
Despite the ongoing construction works at the main station, the location provided easy access to all train services. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of food and beverages and catered well for the gluten and dairy intolerant guests as well as for vegetarians. The bar served from a good selection of a drinks. The beds were comfortable and the room was bright, light and clean. An enjoyable experience all round.
Clean, tidy and comfortable, check in staff friendly and welcoming. Excellent location. Tea/Coffee facilities would be nice in the room either that or being able to help yourself to free tea/coffee in the lounge. Bar staff could be a little friendlier, my pet hate is also having the tip button pointed out when I'm paying by card
The motel is located very close to the center of Stuttgart. There is a direct connection to public parking. It offers very good value for money. The rooms are small, but the furniture is new, with excellent cleanliness and a very good organization of the space. The Motel One is a perfect choice for a short stay.

Beautiful clean hotel!
This was a great stay overall! It started out with a room where the air conditioning was not working, but the front desk staff quickly changed us into another room where the AC was working and it was very comfortable. Fabriel at the bar was fantastic! Very nice, personable, had excellent knowledge about gin and cocktails and gave excellent service.
The only thing that the room is little bit small, but this is the most cleaned romm i have ever been. Next time I stayed a Motel One again, the whole Hotel is very good!

I've been to the hotel at least twice before. Love the bar area in and outside. Friendly staff at reception. I could hear the TV in the next room at night which surprised me a bit in such a modern building. My TV wouldn't work in the morning even though it had functioned the night before, which was a bit disappointing. Maybe some sort of software issue? Last point about the room: there were no net curtains which meant I could choose between darkness or being totally visible to every other room around the courtyard and all visitors to the courtyard terrace. Net curtains for privacy that still let in the light during the daytime would be nice. A small issue perhaps, but I'm a bit confused about BeOne membership and the free bottle of water. The company I'm working for now books all travel through "lanes and planes" and I was told at reception that this meant I had no right to a free bottle of water even though I was able to prove I was a BeOne member, the reason being that you have to book direct on the Motel One site to get the water. That is not really clear and to be honest I find it a bit stingy and bureaucratic. If I can prove I'm a BeOne member then surely I should get the bottle of water. That said, your kind receptionist said she would make an exception and gave me a voucher for the water. I like companies that trust their staff to be flexible when it comes to customer relations and that made a good impression.
