Lovely hotel and staff very friendly. Good location easy walk into old town etc
The people who work there are great. The lobby is great. Drinks are great. The room I had was fine but felt oddly empty. Also, with another building looking into the hotel, some sheer curtains, in addition to the regular curtains, would be nice.
We have stayed here before but this time we were not that happy. The door to the bathroom was broken and took extreme force to close. There were also hairs in the sink when we arrived which was very unpleasant.
Overall our stay with you was excellent. Two issues could be better though: 1.Charged 400 CZK more compared to the reservation. After complaining received a compensation of a single breakfast (325 CZK) 2. Water pressure in the shower was humiliating. After complaining, was fixed.
Have stayed here several times and at many other Motel Ones. Had a great stay again and will be back in October. The hotel was spotless and staff very friendly and attentive. I have no faults at all. The location is perfect and has lots of good amenities nearby. Do not hesitate to stay here.

only minus no mirror in the room and no mirror in the anteroom!
The bathroom’s door is too hard to close. No fresh air in the bathroom makes mirror always not clear. Should have a real door to separate dry and wet areas in the bathroom
Basic but good, and for the price I paid was perfect.
Overall very clean and according to the high standars of Motel one! The only issue i had was that the room was not well heated. And the aircondition did not allow for heating. Thus, the room was a bit cold. Not extremely but I would have loved and option to increase the temperature a bit.
Room size is a bit small but otherwise everything is excellent. Location was very good, everything was clean, staff was polite and the breakfast was good.
Everything went well. Room, bed were in a good condition. All coworkers were very kindly. Who wants more should pay more.

Ok hotel but atmosphere is less vibrant and attractive than the other hotels Motelone hotels I stayed. Breakfast room very ordinary. Rooms as always quite ok and good value for money

A very nice experience overall. Staff at the reception were very obliging informative and friendly especially Lucy. She checked us in, welcomed us with a big smile and gave us all the info we required . A bit of colour could be added to brighten the entrance esp as it is winter. Thank you everyone
A lovely hotel, lovely decor, very clean with very comfy beds, the only thing that would make it better would be tea & coffee making facilities in the room as we had to go to Starbucks next door each morning which soon added up. The Hotel is in a good location, just a short walk from the main attractions. The staff, on the whole, were very helpful and friendly apart from one of the barmen who was a little rude about the amount of tip we'd left when we hadn't actually left a tip yet, we were awaiting our change. Apart from that would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Good hotel with excellent breakfast, but our room (which was the upgraded version) was incredibly bland - none of the soft furnishings (cushions, bed runner,, ext), pictures, etc that we would normally expect, having stayed in a number of Motel Ones previously. In addition, there was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom - not ideal at all. We mentioned these things at reception and were told that the hotel is due to be refurbished in 2026. In addition the bath towels were small! Also the bar was situated right by the sliding front doors, and this made it really unpleasant to sit in, with the cold weather. Also the bar prices were very expensive compared to the high end restaurants we ate in, which was surprising. We went and looked at the newly opened Cloud One around the corner from the Motel One, and would recommend that over this hotel, which is a real shame. This hotel has actually put us off the motel one brand somewhat, which is a huge shame as they are usually our go-to for city breaks.

The hotel's location is excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of suggestions for having an amazing breakfast. I would definitely suggest this hotel!

I stayed in room 503 - nice room, clean and everything you need for a basic room in a busy city. Location is near transit and lots of shops and good food is available along the street.

Very good location, 5 min to the central bus station, surrounded by shops andrestaurants. Friendly helpfull staff, nice lounge. The room was clean, big enough, sound proof, so eaven though the room was facing a busy street, you would not be disturbed. Good breakfast.

Good location, confortable rooms and friendly staff. It Will be Nice to have a second sheet in the bed, only the edredon sometimes its to much. In addiction, extra room to Store our lugares it Will be Nice.

My first time with Motel One in Prague (I regularly stay in the Brussels and Vienna ones) and as I've come to expect, it was excellent. The staff were all great, and super friendly - I'm only sorry my Czech pronunciation is so bad I'm not sure I even managed moc děkuji! After a very long trip to get there - 15 hours by train! - I was even able to check in early and have a bonus nap before going to explore the areas. It's a convenient 10 minute easy walk to the main tourist hotspots, and only a ten minutes from the main railway station. Such a great hotel chain, I am looking forward to trying other locations now.
I have stayed before at Motel One Prag-Florentinum and it always meets expectations. The late check-in was no problem and everything regarding the room was great. I always enjoy breakfast at Motel One. The only small problem this time was not with the hotel but online checkin was not possible as the form did not seem to work properly (at least for me!).
Location is great, and personnel are very friendly. But I stayed in Motel One in Barcelona, and it was much better than this one in Prague. The room was better and the lobby, bar and lounge are not comparable. There are far better stays for the same or even less money in Prague. All in all, I must say I'm a little bit disappointed.

We like that the room is serviced only when we request. Appreciate the bottle of water upon arrival. We were given a room on the quiet side of the hotel, which we liked very much. Breakfast was good with lots of variety.
The room was clean and efficient. Would be 10/10 if basic amenities like coffee and an iron were available in the room. Wifi was also spotty.
