Modern hotel, very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Very pleasant stay beds are comfy, room quiet and staff lovely
Great location - All nearby
Stayed before and had a lovely big room. Stayed this time had a small room, very uncomfortable bed & pillow. Staff lovely& hotel smelt lovely. But wouldn’t stay again
Perfect location, within walking distance of the train station, very comfortable bed, everything was very clean. Warm welcome too! I'd stay there again.
Great, cosy choice in a very central location. Perfect for access to all parts of Manchester. Cosy lounge and solid breakfast choice.. Rooms simple but cosy, well designed. You can also open the window, which I always prefer. Smooth check in, nice team. Thank you, hereto the next time!
Excellent hotel located right in the City centre. Clean room and public areas, staff friendly and professional. Love the decor in both the room and bar area.
A good location in central for a hotel in central Manhester. The room was rather small but the bed was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Amazing stay! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back in the future
Great hotel with great staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for conferences and city centre attractions.
The reception welcome was amazing, really made to feel welcome please pass my thanks on. The bar staff she was out of this world and nothing was too much trouble
Excellent
Good value, friendly staff and great location
Lovely receptionist gave a very good first impression. Room clean and comfortable- only negatives were the water pressure for the shower and fact that felt very overlooked from adjoining building.
Recent Stay This is probably 5th time I've stayed snd once again found the experience perfect. From the welcome from staff the free bottle of water. The bar staff showing interest in my wine choice, and noting my opinion to share with others. The room was clean and well appointed. Areas for improvement shower base in 464 needs replacing as creaking as if supports broken. I find instant cafe a no no snd pod machines would be beneficial. Room was good size good quality blackout curtains. Great value hotel
Central to amenities Spacious room and comfy bed Friendly staff
Great location and room layout with a nice lounge bar. Two people on reception kept doing what they were doing without acknowledging my presence which did not feel welcoming. The last time I stayed, the receptionist was brilliant. It’s the first impression a guest has so essential to get it right.
The hotel is in a perfect location to see all the sights of central Manchester and it has a tram stop right outside the door. The room was clean, cosy and quiet. The bar felt like a great place to hang out at the end of a busy day. I'd highly recommend a stay here.
The hotel was clean, staff were super friendly, and in a good location in Manchester to get to other places. My only complaints are being woken up early on the Friday morning due to bins being slammed/emptied on the ground floor outside (I heard this despite being on the 8th floor, and wearing ear plugs, and it seems throughout my stay staff were letting the bin lids outside slam when disposing of things). I also had to adjust my travel dates to make them more affordable, Thurs/Fri night were £100 cheaper than Fri/Sat night which is a huge difference in cost.
Everything was perfect at this hotel. Can't fault a thing!
Love this place. Staff is so welcoming, room was clean and bed great. Be good if bathroom door didn't always keep closing and a bit more sound baffling adding to sewage water flow down the plastic pipes!
Lovely hotel with perfect location
Rart hotel!
Value for money. Clean room. Great location. Not a fan of paper coffee cups in the bedroom. For £80 in the centre of Manchester something has to give.
Lovely decor, really friendly attentive and capable staff, they could not do enough to help, breakfast was a smoothly run ship, well stocked food, and everything else. Really relaxed friendly atmosphere, very pleased with our stay and we definitely would stay there again, on leaving, had to get the car and they have an area behind reception to keep your luggage whilst you sort this, it can also be kept in this area for 24 hours we were told. All fab. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hotel is in a great location for tram and amenities too. The only thing my partner was disappointed about was that there was no full english breakfast, but the breakfast - continental that was there was awesome, lots of choice, good quality.
Great location, comfy room, helpful staff, great continental breakfast and good price
Great stay, wonderful location.
really lovely stay, very clean and comfortable
Lovely staff and lovely hotel, great location, can't complain about anything much, except for the pillows: one was rock hard and the other was too soft and empty so I couldn't quite get the right support when sleeping.
Welcoming, clean, rooms lovely Only slight disappointment, no lager on draft ☹️
Another happy experience of Motel One St Peter’s Square. Efficient & friendly service with every member of staff we met. Clean, warm & comfortable room. Excellent location for all amenities without being noisy.
This was our second stay at the Motel One at Manchester St Peters Square and it was excellent in every respect. Very friendly welcome, excellent facilities, quiet and very clean room.
Enjoyed the stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Didn’t get a change of towels or bed made up for day 2 otherwise you’d have got 10/10. Water in the room would be really useful too.
Room was adequate for my needs, great shower, very clean and central location was ideal
easy booking eve n easier check in and the free water at the bar is a nice to have.........the bar later in the evening is such a plus due to it being residents only
Spoilt by bartender more interested in cleaning than serving. Had to be told by manager to serve rather than clean!
The staff, the room and the night away was fantastic
Great situation, clean and well looked after.
Using paper cups is cheap and wasteful and brings the tone of the room down vs using regular porcelain or something else that can be washed up and refused
Lovely hotel. Really handy for city centre..Room immaculate. Friendly/ helpful staff..Good pricing
Booked the Motel for a concert at Co-Op live. The staff in reception were excellent with information and times for the tram to the arena, our room was perfect for a nights stay beautifully decorated, spotless and very quiet. Very nice buffet breakfast served till 10.00 am and very relaxing that you do not check out till 12.00. Would definitely stay again.
Fire alarm went off at 3am. restless sleep.
Staff were pleasant. Nice decor everywhere in the hotel. Hotel is in a great location. Just the size of what was supposed to be a King Size room let it down as it was very small and hard to manoeuvre around the bed with 2 people. No window or expelair in bathroom. No waste bin in the room onky in the bathroom and that had no lid which I found strange.
Friendly, efficient check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great.
Stayed for just one night for work so the location was absolutley key for me. On arrival I was greeted by the reception staff who met me with a smile. The hotel is well appointed with the reception /Bar area relaxing and comfortable. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. My stay included breakfast and although I'm a Full English guy the continental selection offered was comprehensive and well prepared and displayed. Overall a great stay.
Weve stayed at a motel one beford in glasgow so decided to try one in manchester, we would definately stay in this hotel again.
Very friendly and welcoming reception, extremely helpful with any questions we had with regards to travel. Room was very clean, and spacious. Very comfortable lounge area downstairs, great location for trams, bars and restaurants.
very nice competent helpful staff and nice rooms
Had a very pleasant stay. Would stay here again.
