Wonderful stay. I have stayed at Motel One Tower Hill 4 times now and always been completely satisfied with the staff and rooms. I have also stayed at Motel One in Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Manchester. All are consistently great! I will always recommend your hotels to anyone.

Thanks for a great stay in London. The hotel has a great vibe and very inviting lounge. The room was very basic but comfortable. The breakfast was a touch too basic for me. Would have liked an egg (not hard boiled) and a few more salads.
Stay was comfortable and room was clean. Offer of mineral water from reception appreciated but would prefer proper classes and mugs in the room (please).
Stayed one night. Room was clean and tidy and rooms all updated. Staff were helpful and explained everything you needed to know about the hotel. Liked the later option on check out
Hairdryer didn’t work
Motel One is an excellent value but more important, its immaculate, friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds, great location.

Great location, friendly staff (as always). Double Room booked for one person, but unfortunately 2 single duvets. One double duvet would have been more comfortable.
Does the job very well with excellent location for proximity to Lloyd's, pleasant bar/lounge area and healthy breakfast options. Rooms aren't huge and storage is minimal but fine for a relatively brief visit and the standard of the furnishings is good.
As always, excellent service, very good location, very friendly staff. We were very satisfied with everything and would come back at any time.

I had a lovely stay. Staff was very friendly. The only downside was, that there was a strange smell from the tubes in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay! I really have to mention receptionist Ingrid, who made our stay that good. She gave us a room, with an awesome view, helped me out with some medical issues, brought us a second blanket up to our room and organized Ketchup for our delivered chips. What a great service! Also an awesome room and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We will definitely come again.
Location good.most of the staff pleasant. Breakfast expensive for what it is.difficult to sleep in the room with no fresh air. Felt like being slowly suffocated.
I have stayed in several Motel Ones, in Munich, Koln, Stuttgart and Paris. To the shame of the UK, London is the worst one I have stayed in. The worst part, was the bedroom carpet having several long-standing stains, all of which should have been dealt with a long time ago. We refused to walk barefoot on the carpet. The other shock, was there was no safe for us to place valuables! I am amazed that this was not present. Just on those 2 issues, I would never come to this MO again.
Nice clean hotel with relaxing lounge area. Bed is very comfortable. The one thing that would improve things for me would be if the breakfast included cooked items as well as continental breakfast.

Ok room and nice shower and bathroom. Very nice downstairs lounge to sit in. Good continental breakfast. Convenient location for tube stations, sights and places to eat. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay there again if in London.

Great location, modern design. The room is practical and comfortable, equipped with all necessary items. The breakfast is also very good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay The only improvements I would see is related to the temperature of the bathroom where it was a cooler than in the room, and the reading light switches that aren’t very accessible when in the dark.
We have stayed in a Motel 1 before. So this was as good as we expected. The Continental-style breakfast buffet is very good. The shower flooring our room was a bit slippery.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Motel one , and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. One of the highlights was the breakfast in the lobby offered each morning, which provided a great start to the day and available to anyone to opt in. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and. For the price, the value was unbeatable, and I would highly recommend Motel one Towerhill to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in top location. This stay was a 100% improvement from our stay at Motel One in Munich. No bedbugs! Great location. Convenient to the Underground. You could improve the diversity of your front desk staff to make it feel more welcoming.
Perfect temperature, amazing staff. We were having a glass of wine at the front of the lounge and a gentleman walked in off the street and was not leaving us alone; a member of the check-in staff immediately recognised the problem and promptly resolved the issue very professionally and calmly. Could not be more impressed with his quick and efficient action. This made me feel safe to stay at this location. Outside of this blip, the room was perfect for what I needed, comfortable and clean. Location was easy to get to from the tube, and close to where I needed to be as well as restaurants for dining.
Overall I had a very good time. Just two remarks: The view was disappointing compared to the rooms facing the Gherkin. The mattress - for my taste - was too soft.
