Online check-in failed Onsite check-in also had issues and the reception had many people waiting. Reception kindly offered to keep our luggage while we went out and we were able to easily login later in the night. Room was clean, but had a smell to it.
Super Hotel
Reception staff were friendly and helpful on check-in. Breakfast, although small in offering, was good. However, I don't like the fact that you have to sit on unusual chairs with very small tables. I would like to have proper dining tables. I also missed having a kettle in teh room to make my tea/coffee.
We loved staying in your hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, nice vegan options at the breakfast buffet. It would have been nice if there was also vegan pastry though. And it was a shame that there were no vegan options for the toasted sandwiches.

In general the rooms and the overall design are nice. What was off putting was the fact that the air condition in the room was not working which forces one to sleep with an open window. At the same time the room was above the main entrance with people standing outside smoking and chatting the whole night through, which impacted on the sleep quality!

The people at the bar and front desk were amazing. They always had a smile for you and made the atmosphere incredible. The room was very clean and especially the bathroom surprised us. The room was rather small but more than adequate for our short stay. The breakfast was also amazing. Everything was fresh and they had a lot of variety. The location of the hotel was very close to the airport. Our only problem was the public transportation to the hotel.

only the airconditioning was not working. after i let this know at the reception it would be fixed. but in the evening it still was not fixed so it was very hot in the room (30 degrees all week) further everything was fine.
I've stayed at many motel one, but the staff is not trained well here. I had to carry a big iron board and iron across the hotel from reception instead of them bringing it to the room. Overall unfortunately unfriendly staff. Breakfast also very very basic compared to other motel ones.
Staff were excellent, both on arrival and on departure. However, I booked the hotel for a good nights sleep before returning to work through the airport. The hotel was full and the air conditioning in the room was not cooling and the room was uncomfortably hot. The traffic was noisy outside most of the night so I could not cool the room by opening the window. I ended up with a very poor nights sleep due to the inadequate AC

Our check-in and checkout process was seamless and quick. The room was really big and aesthetic. We didn't know where to get some supplies, on of the staff members assisted us with directions. All of the staff we encountered was quite friendly. They even ordered a taxi for us on departure.
Overall it was a good stay, I really enjoyed the personnel of the hotel, especially the french-speaking server who was in charge of the breakfast, he was really friendly and made us suggestions about places to visit in Hambourg. The points were lost in the bed and the blanket that I found rather "light" compared to other hotels I've been to, and to the lack of darkness in the morning as the blinds let some lights through. Other than that it was up to the standards I expected, and once again, thank you to the personnel of the hotel !

Overall, it was fine. When we asked staff questions about how to get around, they were unable to help us. We were not informed that breakfast was for a cost. Based on reviews and looking at our confirmation email that listed the hours, we thought it was continental. On our last morning, a staff member actually told us that it cost 17 euro per person and the woman taking the room numbers and working on breakfast service made fun of us (mocked) when we said we were sorry that we were unaware of the fee. We left immediately and didn’t participate in breakfast that morning and went to the airport early because we felt uneasy.

Artival, stay and departure were impeccable, just as expected! Yet, booking the hotel room via the motel one webpage on the cell phone did not work. Had to redo the booking via laptop. Not sure what went wrong.

The room and the hotel were very good in general but I experienced a very unpleasant situation with a male welcome desk assistant who acted impatient and dismissive towards me. When someone in my group made a dismissive joke towards me he laughed and took that to mean that he too can be disrespectful and dismissive towards me, which is how I would characterize the assistance he gave me after.

Breakfast was not good nothing much on table and its small area for people to take breakfast , about the rooms klima anlaga its faulty it doesnt work really well , i booked from 6 as i arrived crom airport needed to rest , they told me to come back at 12 that was so stressful for me with my lagages to find a way till 12

Need improvement: 1. no (white/ light) curtain on windows, other guests from oppositw aide can see in, so I cannot see the sun/ natural light, dark curtain should be closed even daylight or no any privacy… 2. No plug at the desk in the room:-( how to work sitting by desk longer?
Nice hotel, good parking. Breakfast way too expensive for what was on offer. Attitude of one of the reception staff was quite rude however. She approached my fiancé and 4y.o boy who was playing in the lobby (quietly so) and said that non-guests are not welcome to spend time there. She didn't even bother to check if we were actually guests and when told, she didn't even apologize. Maybe the same woman who told me on check-in that since we arrived late the room would normally not be held without a credit card reservation but out of the kindness of her heart as we were travelling with children she made an exception. Through email we had informed that we would arrive late, and the response from reception was that "no problem, we are open 24h". No mention of credit card reservation... "in the booking confirmation you can read all the terms to avoid any problems in the future." Really, f*off! Give the lady some people skills or replace her.
Liked very much the reception, uniforms, catering & atmosphere. Would have enjoyed clearer instruction how to arrive and also more signage after going out of the bus. Room was OK, clean.
