My stay at the MotelOne was excellent from the airport pick up by the attentive Ibrahim to the check in Team and especially the breakfast crew. Wow, this team has customer service down to an art. The genuine caring service is being what I dare to expect considering the great price. I felt at home within minutes. Thank you for your amazing crew!

I was traveling from US to Azerbaijan and had a long layover in Frankfurt-Airport and thought I would need somewhere to get a few hours of sleep. When I looked up the hotels near the airport Motel one seemed to be the cheapest. I was surprised when I got there. That kind of quality is hard to find in that price range. Everything was clean and beautiful, the staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing missing was a toaster :) Thank you!
My room was great. There was no food to eat for dinner.
I had to get a room last minute very late at night. It was easy to do the reservation online on the App - check in was quick and I even got the offer for a late checkout wich I used. The room I got was locked at the 5th floor towards the City - so it wasn’t as loud. But still as the Hotel is close to the airport and the highway is passing by right behind the house you of course could hear the planes and cars. But if the window is closed there were no noises to hear. The breakfast was good just like expected, the stuff were super friendly. Overall I absolutely recommend to stay here if you are looking for a place to go before you take a plane or hiding back home.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would prefer more variations for breakfast. The cleanliness could be improved also - especially in the bathroom
The price, including breakfast, was euro 228.90 for one night, instead of the usual 79 euro for the room and that is in my view exorbitant. The motel is an average low budget hotel all respects, except for the breakfast, which is excellent. Feeling a bit taken advantage of, I will not, as in the past, first Lok for a motel one when talking to destinations where such is available.
Good hotel, bathroom small. Used shuttle bus to airport which was a very hood service. Good breakfast and staff very pleasant

Room could have been a little bigger. Good noise insulation, though! The breakfast buffet (like in all Motel One locations I know) could do with some warm dishes like scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon etc. There was a little hair under one of the pillows on my bed when I first entered the room. Please note re. my rating of "Location": the rating is for the area the hotel is in, not the hotel as such
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a problem, and they fixed it with patience immediately. Room had a nice view, was very clean. Wonderful shower. My only disappointment was that it cost 10 euros each for the shuttle from motel to the airport.
I liked the stay and the room was really comfortable. I really missed a kettle and some tea in the room, as well as a fridge with some drinks. Apart from that I really enjoyed the stay, thank you for that.
Location is perfect, just breakfast is not so satisfied compared to others MOTEL One.
The room was fine and mostly quiet. Noise from the halls is easily heard in the room. The breakfast was expensive for what was offered. That was a shame.

The facilities were very nice as always, but what made the visit very special was the front desk team, who has exceeded every expectation I had in its friendliness, communication, efficiency and charm. They really made me feel like a welcomed guest. I hope they can be duly rewarded for being such star employees.

Most of the Staff was very respectful and helpful. They did help with some of my concerns. The clerk at my checkin and the same person at checkout was not that nice. The room was very small which was difficult for my husband and myself .

I am transgender, so i don't appear or sound the way manycwith my gender do. I found staff was very quick to call me Sir based on my voice, without looking at my appearance. I don't it's an individual failure, i think there needs to be companywide awareness raising to improve the way all patrons are received. Evencwhen i said, "I am not a Sir" i still got called Sir. It made me want to avoid staff.
All in all another great hotel experience.it it would be for the room, staff and ambience I’d have given 10/10. The parking situation is not ideal. We parked and payed but drove to a restaurant, after we returned there was no parking left.

Motel One is the One! Whenever we need a room, Motel One is our first choice. We love the design and the predictability of top quality in every location.
Temp. of the room was too warm, not really inviting to have a good sleep. Windows towards to the very busy highway. No option to have some fresh air/cool down the room.
The Motel itself was great (room, bar, breakfast) - however, the airport shuttle was chaotic. We were assured we could ring from T2 for collection - but no-one answered the phone. We then went to T1 (from where there was supposed to be a regular shuttle without the need to phone) - but no shuttle came. We finally emailed reception and got a response. All quite stressful after a day of travelling - and almost an hour & half wasted.

Perfect place to stay for 1 night ahead of a flight out from Frankfurt Airport.
All good, room was nice and breakfast was great. Also, that the bar was open late at night was very nice. Kind and helpful staff.

I was really suprised about this stay. Money for value was great! I really liked the small but very stylish and modern rooms. Breakfast was really good as well. Overall a really good experience and I will be back for future business trips for sure. Staff was overall really well trained.
As usual, it was a great stay. - As I signed up via the Internet page, I thought it was "weared" to be asked about my birthday - which was difficult to put it via the calendar - Communication for the pick-up service could be better - breakfast was excellent, the service excellent too - they were very friendly and offered even to bring the coffee from the machines to you - wonder about the price of the breakfast, it increased over 50% in the past years - loved that they respected my room wishes even on a very short notice

Always a pleasant efficient service at Motel One. A simple enhancement to your rooms would be inclusion of USB charge points in the room (after all it's an airport location and finding adapters and chargers from your suitcases is not always possible) Edinburgh Motel One has them. Thank you
Location is too far away from any public transport. Options on how to arrive at the hotel were not provided post booking. The check-in process took forever. There was a line of multiple guests checking in and staff seemed not to recognize that guests were waiting. A wrong signature page was presented to me, with someone's information who coincidentally has the same last name. Thats a data privacy concern. The room was cold upon arrival, and the shower gel was not refilled.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay at Motel One (Frankfurt Airport). Point of criticism/suggestion to improve: information about shuttle from airport to hotel. I arrived at Terminal 2 (after an 20-hour trip, so quite exhausted) and found out that there is no shuttle there (later, the receptionist at the hotel told me that a shuttle can be available at T2, but only if specifically requested). So I took the airport bus to T1. Once there, it turned out to be quite difficult to find the shuttle. There are no obvious signs to hotel shuttles!! Finally, I asked around and did find it, but it would have been nice if this info had been in the initial confirmation mail or on the website.

We stay at Motel One whenever we travel in Germany. It is a great value and very consistent quality. This location is not as convenient to the Airport, as I expected, but there is a shuttle van to the Airport. One small improvement to breakfast would be a toaster.
