Generally Appreciate and love more sugar, please - naturally compared to the plenty teabags and coffees, WK
Lovely modern hotel ...spotless ...very comfortable beds and lovely staff
Very central location with everything on it's doorstep - Very modern hotel and everything immaculately clean (presume with it being such a new hotel) - Welcoming reception staff BUT Breakfast - What a shambles / chaos - Self Service continental only (including cutlery) - Most seating available was bar / lounge seating - so if you like eating from a coffee table whilst sitting on a sofa or armchair - this is the place for you... Buffet area is so small and narrow - it's difficult to get access to plates and cups, as other guests attempt to gain access to the buffets limited offerings (The food offered is of a good standard, but 4 star hotels offer much more than what's on offer here) Rooms - Very compact for a King Size room (2 people cant pass each other around the bed) but very clean and tidy - however beds are so soft, that we both ache after just 3 nights and were glad to return home for a proper sleep... 4 Star Hotel - Small things missing that you would usually expect to find - example = simple things like a complimentary bottle of water in your room, or even more so a small fridge to keep it within Was truly disappointed with the experience overall despite central location and cleanliness
Stayed at a motel one before but first time in Dublin. Good size room, comfortable bed and clean. Location was handy. Didn't have breakfast there. Only downside was TV, bit odd having so many German channels when you are staying in a UK hotel. So limited options.
Friendly and helpful staff with check in and local recommendations. Great location for access to sights. Enjoy breakfast a bagel bar across the street.
A centrally located hotel. Easy to reach by tram, while within a short walk from the city's major attractions. Comfy bed, clean and cosy room. The breakfast was good in terms of quality, but very limited in choice: apart from toasts, nothing warm to choose from (no scrambled eggs, sausages or pancakes whatsoever). Besides, the breakfast staff were officious while collecting used dishes - they would interrupt me eating in order to pick the empty plate from which I just grabbed the last bite. The room service failed to replenish the room's coffee set while cleaning. While overall it was OK, considering the price I paid, a tad better experience would be desired.
Great location along the river. Would definitely stay here again.
the rooms are not soundproofed enough internally and I also had a serious dermatitis due to your shower soap.
Room was very clean and so was the general hotel. Staff were very friendly. I had a dog staying with me and the staff were very accommodating and it is one of few hotels that allow dogs and it was perfect.
The two women at the reception I encountered when I checked in on April 08 at around 16:00 hrs were very rude especially the lady who was assisting in checking us in. The gentleman who later came in to help with the checkin was friendly and efficient.
I’ve stayed at several Motel One hotels in different countries since 2012. They are always reliable and you come to expect the same things. This hotel was really well located and everything went well. Common area very nice, excellent bar and housekeeping staff. The paper cups in the rooms have to go. It’s so unsustainable and frankly surprising that they are still used. Not a pleasant experience to use them. Proper glasses would be much better. Housekeeping replaced my towels every day no matter where I left them. This is the same in many other hotels despite guests being encouraged to reuse their towels which I’m very happy to do.
Lovely central location, clean rooms, staff were very accommodating. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for service and location.
Loved our Stay at Motel one in Dublin. Everything perfect, room lovely, great breakfast and location. Staff friendly.
Beautiful hotel in great location
This is our favorite hotel in Dublin - very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, quiet room, overall very nice atmosphere in the hotel and such a convenient location. This time we got an extended check out time for free until 3pm and a very smiley waiter when we got our midday coffee - couldn't be better!
This Motel One is located in the Heart of Dublin. It’s easy to reach by all kinds of transportations. From the Motel everything is walkable and a Tram is right outside of the House. It’s a very nice, modern and welcoming Place.
Everything was perfect...the room, the friendly reception and the location
Great location, great bar area, rooms clean and comfortable, not a lot of space to store clothes but ok for short stays
Usual excellent Motel One facilities and quality of accommodation. Great location and access to transport facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Only development point was that there was a queue at reception and the additional staff member could have been made available earlier. The receptionist who checked me in was very efficient and had good personal skills but at times of high demand needed support.
Our experience was exceptional from check in, breakfast, all Hotel Personnel very attentive to detail and hotel location is great! Would definitely stay again when in Dublin!
Overall good quality , efficient and clean rooms
Perfect location just outside the heart of Temple Bar - short walk to bars, shops etc. Hotel clean, staff were very friendly and helpful
Good location Very clean and tidy and comfortable bar area And excellent staff
Compact and well designed room. Great location. Nice breakfast.
We loved staying at Motel One in Dublin. It was very clean and a great location. And their breakfast buffet was so good! Would stay here again if we are ever back in Dublin
We had a fantastic stay here. Staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful. The building was beautifully decorated and rooms were spotless, perfect location too!
Lovely experience
The hotel location is excellent, central and well served by public transport. Clean and tidy rooms, friendly and helpful staff, sweet and savory breakfast that satisfies all tastes. Highly recommended.
Beautiful hotel
Our stay was just about perfect! My only comment would be about the water pressure as the shower wasn’t very good.
Great place right in the middle of everything but very quiet once you get to your room. (At least our room was!) Very accommodating staff, great place downstairs to grab a drink and work on your laptop if that’s what you do.
wi-fi is intermittent TV functionality is poor Staff can be dismissive
Excellent staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Room very clean with great amenities. Food for breakfast buffet was outstanding with everything fresh and tasty. Wish I had more time here Thanks for great stay Joanne Folan
Everything was great except the nightly noise outside between 2-4am. Trucks beeping consistently. Were they delivery trucks going in reverse or construction truck noises down the street? The seagulls were squaking every night too. Oh well….
Ice machines not in order
Lovely hotel comfortable stay, great location.
Always a great stay with great front of house. Never a issue
Fantastic little hotel, we originally booked with booking.com but then cancelled and booked direct. Thank you for an awesome stay!
We arrived at 5am due to an overnight flight landing early in the morning. We checked in intending only to leave our bags until a room was ready but the staff accommodated us in an available room allowing us to shower and settle in after a long flight. We cannot thank the staff enough for their assistance and service!
Very nice, good location, helpful staff.
Great hotel in a great location, pricey for a Saturday night
Perfect! Zero complaints but if I had to I would say there could be a better selection of draft beer at the bar only thing I could see was Guinness. We didn’t eat here as stayed for an event but rooms were stunning and spotlessly clean. Staff were so friendly, lovely beds very comfortable. Great location!
Great location and overall happy with my stay.
We have been staying regularly in the Hotel since it opened a few years ago. All of the staff in all departments are very helpful and polite. The hotels location is excellent and works perfectly for the corporate groups we take there.
Second stay here & was just as good as the first. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Room & hotel itself very clean. Nice size room. Ideal location. Great value for money. Had breakfast this time which was very good. Highly recommended ⭐️
Apart from many chipped cups at breakfast all very good.
We would have loved the option of a hot breakfast.
Special thanks to Jadine for her professionalism and always there to help with any request.
Lovely property with friendly staff…a bit more f a wait for room to be ready upon check in, but was no problem at all. Bartender Joseph was very helpful with recommendations for things to do around town, and a good craic.
Perfect location, lovely room and views were really nice. Very enjoyable stay

Our city hotels in Dublin offer comfortable accommodation in the centre with excellent connections to public transport. The Jervis Luas stop and the train station are located close to the design hotel. If you’re arriving at the hotel by car, we recommend using the APCOA Car Park Jervis Street, which is only three minutes away from the hotel. That way, you can easily visit Dublin’s attractions like EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum (Connolly station) and the National Leprechaun Museum.
Not far from the hotel, you’ll also find Dublin’s Jeanie Johnston museum: on a replica of a ship that took Irish emigrants to North America in the 19th century, history is made tangible. Further out from the hotel in Dublin, but definitely worth the trip on public transport, the former Kilmainham Gaol prison has been converted into a thought-provoking museum. This is where political prisoners were once held.
