The best way to start your day is by treating yourself to the best products – and for us, this naturally means organic! At our extensive ‘urban organic breakfast buffet’, you’ll find a range of organic, vegan and fair trade treats, including organic cheese, milk, butter and yoghurt from the Bavarian Alpine foothills, vegan spreads and organic jam. Organic apple juice and fair trade coffee and tea are offered in the mornings alongside fresh fruit and organic muesli.*

Representative and regional

Travellers are usually keen to explore new things, so regional themes are reflected in the design of every One Lounge, giving you a closer look at the neighbourhood and its history. We want you to be able to taste this regional character in addition to seeing it, so there are also local products and specialities offered at the breakfast buffets of international Motel One hotels. Try out our hot English porridge in London, enjoy delicious brioche in Basel and Zurich, and sample some Prague ham in the Czech capital.

Our best-selling toasted sandwiches are made to order and served with a garnish of tasty, organic sea-salt crisps. Choose from three kinds of ham and cheese or mozzarella or tomato, on white or wholemeal bread.

Accompany your refreshing evening beer with peanuts packing a fiery punch, or fire up your concentration for work with the Clever & Smart snack combo - our mixed nuts are simply tasty!

The One Lounge, open for guests 24 hours a day, offers plenty of room to work, relax or socialise. Get comfortable on the cosy lounge furniture and take a look at our well-stocked bar menu: after a stroll through the city, you can relax by the fireplace with an organic, fair trade speciality coffee, or our homemade ginger lemonade*.

There’s no accounting for taste, as the saying goes. ‘Not to worry,’ say our bartenders, who are fully equipped with an arsenal of the finest berry, malt, hop and barley concoctions to tempt any palate. Gin enthusiasts in particular can enjoy a selection of more than 50 hand-picked gins. By the way, Motel One has drawn up a different bar menu for every country, including a host of regional specialities, covering (almost) every imaginable flavour of spirits and liqueurs to suit any preference.
