My stay was really good! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Something I value is the overall aesthetic- the hotel is modern and well furnished. Even after my checkout they held on to my bags so I could explore the city comfortably. Overall I strongly recommend staying here as I myself will definitely visit again!

Very friendly reception (kudos to Samin). Her colleague was also helpful to check and stop the water flushing in the lavatory in bathroom (blocked button) on the second evening of my stay. Prices during the ECS were high but I guess this is demand/offer driven.
Air condition did not work in my room (found out only in the morning) and trains directly in front of the window did not allow to open the window to get some fresh air. Breakfast "room" is too small. But room was fine and clean and, most important, the service team in the restaurant and at the front desk was perfect, efficient, helpful and very friendly.
Thoug the hotel was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful the fact that I repeatedly could not access my room without having to replace the door key multiple times was not a good experience. Ultimately, the batteries had to be replaced on the door, which was done by a member of the front desk and which I had to help with as he was already nervous with the whole situation. It was very unsettling seeing a clearly overburdened member of staff having to do basic maintenance that should be carried out by a specialized technician on a regular basis.

My room was too warm, even after turning the clima off. Plus I couldn´t open the window because of the noise.
Walking distance from the main train station and old town. Abit close to the train tracks.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and keen to assist. Spoke excellent English which was a great help as my basic GCSE German was poor. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The design of the hotel is nice and also you have good breakfast. What I didn't like is not having a kettle and tea in my room and also iron and ironing board. It was not comfortable to go to the reception each time I needed those.
Only issue is the breakfast. Too little place compared to the number of people. And the traffic in the corner of bread etc. is too complicated.
I was staying again in that hotel after staying at two other hotels (one outside of Nuremberg and the Cloud One in Nuremberg) the two years before. After coming back to the "old" Motel One I realized that I prefer it over both other hotels - the Cloud One has a nice design and the bar overlooking Nuremberg is really cool. But I really like about this one that the doors are not slamming shut. And it has a more relaxed atmosphere. So I will stay again here next year :)
The Hotel is located within walking distance to the old town. The rooms are quiet but quite small. You don’t have much space to move around. The bathroom was well equipped and had a large shower. We did not use the lobby or the Bar/Breakfast area so we cannot share any opinion on them. The biggest minus that we’ve encountered in both rooms was the Bed. It was rock hard and we had a very bad sleep. Since we only stayed 2 nights we didn’t bother to ask for a Topper. I see the hotel as more oriented towards adult couples and less as family friendly.

Cleanliness, Buffet, check-in all flawlessly. Many television stations could not be received -- probably need to rescan the frequencies. Rooms are very small.
Very good personnel service at reception desk and also comfortable room. In other opposite side is the availability of space during the breakfast. Varieti of good could be also improved.

very friendly staff, perfect breakfast options. it was very busy at Saturday in the breakfast lounge and best to be there early enough to find a good place to sit.

The Staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and cozy, and breakfast was fresh with a nice variety. It would have been nice to have a small bottle of water or understand if the tap water is ok to drink.
I appreciate the service you provided. It was a pleasant experience to be considered for my early check-in, and overall, I had a nice stay at Motel One.

The staff at reception were very friendly and competent. The room was a bit cold and the air conditioning could not be regulated or turned off properly. The towels in the bathroom were not changed.

The rooms near the elevator can hear the noise of the people using the elevator. The breakfast area was chaotic, the buffet had far too few options, and not sufficiently stocked. The parking area had no functional charging point.
I experienced excellent and friendly service - the only critical point was limited parking space, but this also was handled pragmatic and quick. Thank you!

Poor breakfast. The cleaning crew stole personal items. Lock everything in the safe for avoiding such.
Reception was friendly and helpful (Ms. Maurine Aguila Benito — did very well to make guests feel welcome). AirConditioning seemed to be switched off somewhere in the early morning, so the room would heat up. Only to come back on at 06:00 to make the temperature comfortable again. (Windows needed to remain closed due to noise from outside)
My favorite was that the breakfast had an ecological focus. However, I would have liked some scrambled eggs.

Very nice! Receptionist (mr.Steirn) super useful and kind and no noises in the room despite the close distance to the trains.

Why an 8/10, only because 1. it was a bit noisy but this is clear whit being that close to the main station, which is the pro here. 2. Due to fairs during that time the breakfast area was super crowded but the concept includes to sit down at couches and armchairs.

Simply excellent! This has been the best experience I have had so far in any hotel in Germany, period. The room was comfortable and perfectly isolated from the outside, I did not hear the noise of the trains despite the hotel being just beside the tracks and a few hundred meters from Nuremberg's main train station. Thanks and congratulations!
På grund af ombygning var det et par små problemer vores værelse var ændret til et enkel værelse og vi måtte selv først hente en ekstra dyne og senere håndklæder.

Vores design tager dig med tilbage til tiden omkring jernbanens første spæde begyndelse. Om morgenen indtager du således din økologiske morgenmad foran en malerisk jernbanekulisse, omgivet af historiske rejsetasker og kufferter. I baren drikker du din kaffe eller cocktail i lyset fra en unik lysinstallation inspireret af gnistrende jernbaneskinner.
I vores bekvemme loungemøbler, herunder designklassikere fra Arne Jacobsen og Achille Castiglioni, føles det som at køre på første klasse. Så er det bare at læne sig tilbage og slappe af. I området umiddelbart omkring hotellet kommer du bestemt heller ikke til at kede dig. I den charmerende gamle bydel finder du nemlig utallige butikker, restauranter og caféer. Hauptmarkt og Kejserborgen ligger ligeledes tæt på hotellet. Selvom hotellets indretningsdesign hylder jernbanen, er det selvsagt også muligt at ankomme med fly.
